Unlimited Motors was the last dealership that I visited on my long car-shopping journey. In hopes of finding a new car quickly, I decided to give them a try. I looked at the original car I was interested in on Unlimited Motor's website and test drove it. I decided it wasn't for me, which then lead me to another car on the lot. I decided to purchase my 2015 Nissan Altima that day, without any hesitation. I knew it was the car for me and Spencer at Unlimited Motors did a great job at helping me find my car. He stayed after closing to see that I would get to purchase my car and made the buying process super quick that week. I definitely recommend Unlimited Motors for your next vehicle purchase; they have lots of different vehicles on their lot and great affordable options!
Traveling from Louisville KY to Indy where I originally bought the car I had hoped they would fill my almost empty gas tank. I had some repairs that I had to pay for and hoped they would add gas to bill. I am no longer familiar with Indianapolis And was so worried I would run out of gas aNd be stranded alone in that area trying to find the nearest gas station. The nearest one was about 2.6 miles away and I was given directions by the service department and had asked if they could fill it up but I still wish they would’ve accommodated that small request.
Had another outstanding experience at Napleton Hyundai in Carmel. We had more bad experiences with with 2013 Sonata with Dealership in Tenn. My engine was replaced due to a factory defect when driving on vacation. It blow up on the north side of Nashville, TN. They fixed the car with a new engine and then shipped the car back to me and I drove it for a month. But I hit a pot hole and the motor came lose. The dealership in Tennessee, did not re-attach the motor mount. The engine shifted 4 inch up and 6 inches to the right.
Needless to say, there car was in bad shape and had to be towed to Napelton. I called and talked to Chris Peters, he was immediately able to help me and get me a loaner vehicle and start looking into the needed repairs. His Team found other things that were not right with the Vehicle after having the engine replaced at the Hyundai Dealer in Tenn.
After talking with Chris Peters and finding out everything that was not done right on the new engine replacement with the dealer in Tennessee. I was ready to trade in this vehicle and find something else.
I was able to talk to Chris Modory who sold me my car in 2013. First I went to Hyundai Corporate they did not not want to do anything to help their customer.
I went back to Chris Modory. He was able to get his GM Sean McCain involved and helped understand everything that went wrong with my 2013 Sonata. They were about to help me with trading in the 2013 Sonata and giving me an outstanding deal on a 2015 Sonata Sport Turbo. They understood my frustrations and made a bad situation into another great experience. None of the problems were any fault of the good folks at Napleton. This was all from a Hyundai Dealer in Tennessee that did not fix the car to Hyundai Standards. I really appreciate them working with me and going above and beyond to help me get into a different vehicle to my liking.
Ace found me a great deal on a reliable car for my daughter. Three years strong! I prefer to work with Ace and his team in the future! Honest and fair. I've had maintenance work as well. Their integrity and thoughtfulness are consistent.
I had a great experience at Falcone from start to finish! Tiffany was super helpful and made purchasing my VW Jetta fun and easy. She was very knowledgable and took the time to show me my vehicles features and how to use them. She also helped me return my rental vehicle which was greatly appreciated!
We worked with salesperson Nathan. He was very helpful and made our car buying experience easy. We came in a couple of times to look at the SUV we bought. He was patient, professional and answered our questions . We financed part of our purchase with Bill Estes. That was also quick and easy to deal with. Before we left we had one of their staff show us the features and how to use the sync 3 navigation and all of the controls. He was also very helpful. Good experience and would recommend working with Nathan on your car purchase.
Kacey was patient, polite, and very knowledgeable when we came in to shop for a new car. My husband has been a ford man since he was 16 and Kacey sold him on a brand new Kia! Kacey continued to give us great information and let he Kia's great qualities sell itself to us.
