2022 Hyundai TUCSON review
I have had zero issues with this car since I bought it in 2022. I only have one complaint that it has to do with a recall. The recall has to do with removing the wiring harness for the trailer hitch but the problem is, there is no replacement wiring harness.

He answered every question that we had. Gave us test drives in the vehicles we were interested in. Introduced us to the Service Manager Kim and the finance manager. Everyone in the dealership was friendly. Carriage even gave us a better trade-in deal for our 2022 Subaru Outback Touring than Subaru would! We will be back next year for another vehicle and looking forward to working with James Wind again.

Which means I also interacted with a lot of different salespeople. So when I say Brandon was the best salesperson I worked with, I don't say that lightly. Hands down, he stood out from everyone else. He was on top of everything from the beginning - responsive, organized, knowledgeable, and always followed through on what he said he would do. What I appreciated most was that he never made me feel pressured or rushed. He was available when I had questions, but never did the stereotypical pushy salesperson routine that makes car shopping so exhausting. Most importantly, he came across as a genuinely nice person. Honest, respectful, patient, and easy to talk to. Buying a car can be stressful, but working with him was refreshingly straightforward. If you're an introvert who dreads buying a car because it means interacting with a bunch of new people, Brandon is really good at reading the room and making you feel comfortable. Coming into the day we test drove at Webb Hyundai Merrillville, we were leaning towards a luxury mid-size with BMW and Infiniti at the top of our list, and we closed out the day by driving home in a 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. Jacques was very knowledgeable, easy to work with, not too pushy but also stayed on us once he saw our interest increasing. Much of the reason why we ended up choosing the Palisade Calligraphy was due to his approach, as the many the dealerships we went to within our test-drives did not provide a good experience. It also helped that the dealership itself was nice with responsive parts and service employees, free car washes, and a comfortable service area given how long it can sometimes take getting your car serviced at a dealership. Very happy with our decision to purchase from Jacques and Webb Hyundai Merrillville. Highly recommend!
