The folks at Subaru of Little Rock bend over backwards to take care of me. I got a great deal on a new Subaru, I get a courtesy car if work is going to take awhile, and I get treated like I'm their Mom. Best car ever + most competent and nicest people ever.
Service was done fast and friendly. Thank you I had to replace my bmw emblem last month and it came off in the wash bay. I had to go find it myself. I priced replacement of them emblem in parts department and it was over 5 times marked up from eBay. I was told it was a different part but upon inspection of both, it was the same. I left with leaving the impression that the person I spoke with was correct about it being a different kind of part. Some times simple things make no difference and the feeling of being superior matter more to some than others. Just a note. Antwon was not responsible for any of this. He was super and made me feel like I should have stayed speaking with him instead of pointing out the emblem as missing to the most available person in service once I noticed the problem.
I shopped several large dealerships in the area and the quality of service that I received here was second to none, I have never had a manager so quickly come out and help and make us feel at home... I met the new and used car managers and they treated me like family!! the deal was fair and upfront. I may could have looked around the rest of the day and save a hundred or two but I really think the service I received from Mr Moss and Mr Hicks more then took care of the price!!! thank you so so much!!
Loved the vehicle. not so much the financing. I was told I had to purchase certain extras to receive a lower interest rate. After all was said and done I called the company actually financing my vehicle and they informed me that was not true at all. Called the person who did my loan at Crain ( I will not mention their name out of respect) and was told I could cancel but to keep my interest to wait 3 months. Again another line of bologna. Drove back to Crain ( 3rd 140 mile round trip) spoke to a very understanding Ms. Bradley in customer relations who helped rectify the situation. Will I do business with them again? More than likely because as I said almost everyone there was great to deal with and my daughter really likes the Tucson and the actual pricing was great--- without the additional warranties another 5100.00!
Probably the worst car buying experience I've had.

Here you are spoken to like they are doing you a favor. My sales guy was the only professional person there. The general manager Jason is very unprofessional and when so far as to literally yell on the phone at me when I inquired into another dealer. Had they not had the color of car I wanted I would have not completed the deal. However I will never return to this dealership again. To put it simply. Management is very rude. I don't understand how they sell cars treating customers like this.
Mr Jeremy Gwin he made the best effort to make my car buying experience the best one I had since a year ago and I love how he just take his Time and focus his energy on me and made me feel like you are going to get this car.
I visit this dealership for all of my service needs. Oil changes are super easy and quick and I never feel pressured like I did at the big chain service places.
The wait time is decent and prices and in line with other stores.im always happy with the service here.
Quick, professional and pleasant experience. From the time I walked into the service center, until I walked out, I was treated like I was welcomed. Very few dealerships have created an atmosphere like this, and I look forward to continuing to use this dealership.
I ?? McLarty of Benton!!! It is practically walking distance from my job. The guys there are super nice. Not only do they service my vehicle with great care & expertise, they are super fast too. I purchased my Pathfinder at McLarty of Little Rock where I felt like I was just another sale. I will forever be a loyal customer to McLarty of Benton, where I have a much better experience everytime I grace the doors. They make me feel special :)
Jason was great in selling me a truck he went out of his way to put me in it he is very professional at his job I knew after talking to him on the phone this was the place to buy even though it was a 140 miles to drive after meeting with him I drive as far as I need to to buy again thxs Jason D.Arnold El Dorado Ar
