I had a great experience buying used Ariya from Jerome here. He addressed all my concerns, and the process was nice and quick. I got there at 10am, test drove, and had the purchase done by around noon. Left the car there on the charger while we grabbed lunch, then headed home. No pressure to add on extras I didn't want. The price was what was listed here plus tax, title, registration, and some processing fees. No pressure that I must add LoJack or some extra treatment I didn't want. I paid cash, and there was no pressure to finance. Jerome (and Trey in finance) were just helpful and easy to deal with. Every concern we raised (removing a mark on the interior when they detailed the car, making sure we got a second key, etc.), Jerome took care of (and wrote notes to make sure he didn't forget to address it). I'd easily recommend buying a car from him.

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

2023 INFINITI QX60 review
I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

Working with them, we bought our CR-V on line - they kept and exceeded every promise they made - sent the necessary documentation quickly - and then Lamont even delivered the car to us at our home ( about an hour away from the dealership) and took the time to show us all of the features. And we got a great deal on the car, which was exactly what we wanted, too. Couldn't have been easier and hassle free - great, encouraging experience - and it was buying a car! Everything about working with Ramon, Lamont and Melleny was terrific, the interaction way ahead of the other Honda dealerships we talked with ( among those, one wanting about $2K more for the car, another insisting we come to the dealership). This has been my preferred dealership since I’ve owned my 2019 QX60 and I’ve posted a glowing Google review prior to today but I’m leaving another glowing review today. This morning I was leaving for work and my truck wouldn’t start even though my battery is a month old. I called the Service Center and was able to head straight there after jump starting my vehicle. After a thorough diagnostic we could pinpoint the issue or identify any computer codes pointing to the issue and instead of charging me for some random work or trying to make up reasons to perform work just to earn money, Ty Robinson (this is the service rep I always go to) was completely honest and has never steered me wrong when it comes to my vehicle. He kept me updated and informed and he’s always professional. I got a few minor things done since I was there anyway but really appreciated that, just like prior visits, I’m treated very well whether I spend a ton of money or none at all. I should point out that the dealership facility is very welcoming and comfortable—I prefer to come here even though I live closer to the Annapolis dealership. At the point where I don’t mind waiting a few hours for my vehicle instead of heading home (they offer complimentary Uber), that really says something.

Bought my first car here and had an overall good experience. Jenn was fantastic-didn’t force into anything, heard and understood my circumstances and concerns. I’m a young female and all the other dealerships kept talking to my dad even though we made it clear that I was buying the car. She was the only one who spoke directly to me. My only issue was with one of the sales managers. Originally I thought I was going to sign paperwork with Trey, who was very nice and listened to me about my cars trade in-value. However, Andrew ended up making the sale. Andrew kept trying to sneak things past me, like forgetting the second key the dealership owed me and giving me the full value of my trade in. He also tried slipping in a few pricier add ons that I wouldn’t have caught had it not been for my dad. Trey and Jenn were SUPER nice though.

2020 INFINITI QX60 review
Bought this vehicle for my use. Out beloved Tahoe come up with a check engine light and we decided not to spend money on an older vehicle. Our DIL did some searching and found this one for us to check out. It looked like it came off the showroom floor. Even it was 5 years old it was immaculate and the maintenance records were maintained. I’m so impressed. In my seventies I feel like I’m driving a sports car. So much different that driving the large SUV but still has a third row of seats when needed and plenty of room for luggage and/or packages. Couldn’t be happier. Even my husband will use it instead of driving his Dodge Ram.
