We had found a Nissan Pathfinder online that we were interested in, but once we got there and really had a chance to look it over we decided to see what else was available. We were able to find a newer model that really met our wants/needs. Trevor worked with us to get the price where we wanted it and we were able to leave that day with our new car.
Worked with Shaun Smith at the used lot. He was very professional, enjoyed working with him. There was a little confusion in difference in listed price on Cars.com versus what was quoted at the dealership. Not a big deal. Wish we could have made a deal, but also understand they deserve to make a profit. If we could have made a deal they could have made 14000 from my persepective. In all fairness they may have just needed to make more to make a real profit. All in all wasn’t a bad experience just didn’t make a deal. I’m not sure if I would recommend to a friend, I kind of like not messing around and just getting the this is what it is, if your looking to wheel and deal this isn’t the dealership for that, again just from my perspective. I also want to emphasize Shaun was very professional.
This is our 3rd vehicle we have purchased and we once again had great service! I highly recommend this dealership! Brandy spray was amazing to work with, she went above and beyond to keep us informed of the process and she made our time there very enjoyable
Immediately after contacting the dealership about looking into a new truck, Mike Muckenfuss called and let me know that I would save a lot of time if I came to McLarty Daniel Ford in Bentonville. Mike got me into a brand new Lead Foot (Exterior color) STX V8 F150 and I'm happier with my truck now than I have been with any vehicle I have owned in the past. What is most important to you? That is what Jomar ask me when I said I came to look at cars and possibly buy. Jomar continued gently to ask more specific questions and before I knew it I was looking for a Jeep Cherokee which I later purchased. And like it better today!

He was so informative on the vehicles and their amenities. So impressed on everything from start to finish on the purchase. Everyone was so friendly! Great experience!
I tried to edit/or delete my original comment but this site does not allow for this action. I'm writing this comment too update the situation. I was called first thing in the morning by the management "Tyler" at Superior GMC where they we're extremely apologetic and eager to provide satisfactory customer service, and they did just that. This seems to have been a huge communication error that led to me being frustrated by what had taken place. After speaking with Tyler I'm confident that if I would have spoken to him originally this issue would have never escalated, as he is truly someone who is determined to give good customer service. I plan on buying a new truck or SUV here in the next year or two and I will attempt to buy it from Superior GMC when the time comes, this is because of them going Beyond normal customer service expectations after what originally happened.

My Acura Rl is 12 years old and the treat the car and me like new. My wife and I are buying or leasing a new Acura in June. They put us in a MDX for the weekend while my RL was being repaired. Top notch service from everyone. Now the problem is which car MDX or RDX?
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Vroom has excellent customer service and follow-through. My process had complications and Vroom worked with me to make it right. I will definitely purchase from Vroom again.
