Carolina Auto ConnectionReviews
Carolina Auto Connection review
Excellent experience. When I called, Joe answered all of my questions. Made me feel confident that the car would meet my needs before I spent the time to go and actually see the car. He had the car ready for a test drive when I showed up. There were some minor issues which he promised to address. He was flexible on the purchase process allowing me to make a deposit with balance upon pickup. I couldn't get there to pickup the car during the dealership normal hours and Joe came in after hours to meet me to close the deal. He had fixed the minor problems and in the process found one that I missed and had it repaired as well. Made the purchase/paperwork a seamless and effortless process. I drove the car an hour to get back home and it performed as expected. I've been driving it now for a week with no unforeseen problems. All together and excellent experience.

Deery Brothers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Iowa CityReviews
Deery Brothers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Iowa City review
Deery Brothers Iowa City hands down has the best service department that is around, never have i seen so many people go above and beyond to take care of a customer and do it as fast as possible to get you back in your vehicle. I have been to many dealerships in my time and never have I been able to genuinely take my car in and forget that it is in for service, mostly because I know they are going to keep me updated and send pictures and or video showing the issues that I brought it in for even if its a issue that I did not even know was there all because they do a multipoint inspection on every vehicle that they get. Saftey is the biggest thing that someone should want for themselves or there family. I know when I do buissness here at deery thats what Ill get. The service manager alex is beyond one of the nices people I have ever met, but He has a Lane Manager Zeke who will always choose customers over company and will fight tooth and nail to make sure he gives his all and to make sure you leave a happy customer.

2015 Jeep Cherokee review
I bought my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4WD in January 2017 as a slightly water damaged vehicle with 18000 miles on it and have been pleasantly surprised at how reliable it's been! It's now at 66,000 miles and still working perfect in any kind of weather. Decent gas mileage, hauls anything I've put in it, gone from PA to Florida twice, Tennessee 3 times, and Myrtle Beach twice. I paid 10800 bucks for it in 2017 and I figure after 6 years of use and multiple trips ~ it's paid for itself already. The key is keeping proper maintenance!

Springs Automotive GroupReviews
Springs Automotive Group review
I recently purchased a truck from SAG Denver, I have had a very positive and professional experience with the sales and service departments. I normally avoid dealerships at all costs, however I came across a beautiful truck that I was having difficulty finding on the private market. I enquired online and was replied to very expediently. I received a no pressure call from a sales person who scheduled an appointment with me. When I arrived, I was greeted and assisted immediately. I test drove the truck with Tracey, who by the way, I highly recommend working with. After driving and inspecting the truck for a bit, I detected what is a common mechanical problem with that type of truck. I brought it up to Tracey and the sales manager Dan and my concerns were immediately acknowledged and validated. Dan did not try to gloss over my concern or argue that there was an issue, instead, he gracefully offered to have the repairs made along with any other contributing or resulting damage as needed. I left the truck with them to begin the repairs, unfortunately it was a bit more involved than originally thought. There ended up being a significant amount of engine work needed, nothing that could have possibly been detectable without opening up the motor. I think most dealerships would have somehow tried to find a way to charge me or unwind the deal rather than proceed with completing all necessary repairs and making the truck run properly. I have several other vehicles so I wasn't by any means inconvenienced, however I did purchase the truck because I had to haul some things for family. After the repairs ran into an extended period of time I did email to express my concerns, I received a call from Dan offering me another truck from their inventory until the repairs were completed on mine. I can't express enough how impressed and pleased I am with the entire experience with Springs Automotive in Denver, I would definitely recommend them and would buy from them again.

Coast To Coast Auto Inc review
Russ is very friendly and great to work with. He listened to what we were looking for and in what price range. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. Nor did he try to push us into looking at a car higher than what we could spend. I would not hesitate to go back if Russ could help us out with our car needs again.
2015 Jeep Cherokee review
I have owned this car since 2015. I bought it new and I love it. I never had an SUV until I bought this one. My husband owns a Wrangler and a Grand Cherokee. This vehicle handles well, it feels nimble and quick. The interior is nice. I finally had to fix a part which I guess is common on these. It was an overflow oil part, but I can't complain. I drive a lot for work through snow and bad weather in New England. I have driven in this to Vermont, Maine, NH, NY and Massachusetts. I live in RI. I now have around 105K and I think my next vehicle will be this same model. I really enjoy driving my Cherokee Trailhawk.

Lithia Volkswagen of Des MoinesReviews
Lithia Volkswagen of Des Moines review
I recently needed some service done. After VW Lithia confirmed that my water pump, thermostat, and housing needed to be replaced, they took care of it and even offered to keep my car so they could do the service as soon as they had time, which was appreciated. I have the Certified Pre-Owned warranty on the car and everything was taking care of in a professional and expedited manner without cost to me. A special thanks to Emrah Tabakovic who was extremely helpful, kept me up to date as much as possible and provided care free transportation for me, all the way to Pella. The next day Emrah also provided transportation back to Lithia when my car services was completed. As icing on the cake I received a simple but attentive "complementary car wash". I also really appreciated that the sales person I bought the car through came over to me to make sure all was well and I was being taken care of, Sejad Dubinovic was that sales person and I appreciate his personal approach very much. Cars can, and will be, expensive and, sometimes, a pain to deal with. Lithia Volkswagen has been very helpful, knowledgeable and willing to help me whenever I needed them and I recommend Sejad and Emran for their openness, honesty and customer service.

Kris Snyder Auto Sales Inc.Reviews
Kris Snyder Auto Sales Inc. review
We saw a Mini Roadster they had on cars.com. I inquired about it snd someone got right back with us. The day we were out to test drive it the car was waiting for us. No pressure sales- easy process. They allowed us to take the car to a prepurchase inspection at the local mini dealership and it came back needing new front tires- other than that the car was great/ low mileage too. Buying the car was a breeze. Would def recommend this dealership the owner was a pleasure to deal with.

Showcase Auto Sales LLCReviews
Showcase Auto Sales LLC review
I purchased a ford expedition through Jacob Reynolds and found it to be a pleasant experience. Jacob was helpful and professional. I was impressed by Showcase auto sales although you have to drive and check out the cars you are considering. The one I bought had a couple of problems that I found during my test drive and when I brought them up they had them repaired at no extra cost to me before I took possession of the vehicle. Now i am very happy with my purchase and would recommend Showcase auto for finding a vehicle.

Ganley Buick GMCReviews
Ganley Buick GMC review
Best Automobile buying experience EVER! From the salesman Steve Lyons who did not pressure us in any way whatsoever. I recommend seeing Steve Lyons when purchasing or leasing from this store! As well as Alexandra Betras in the finance department who is really on top of her game and you can tell really cares about her customers! Thank you Steve and Alexandra for making me feel like royally the entire time I was I was shopping, trading and purchasing my Brand New Buick Encore GX xx. Best car I have ever owned or ever will own! Floats on air and the warranty that Alexandra was able to work into our loan is by far second to none! So to everyone at Ken Ganley Buick in Strongsville keep up the work at exceeding customers satisfaction and you will have customers for life from us and all my family and friends I will be sending them straight to you. So I hope Ken Ganley Buick recognizes what a crucial part of the team that Steve and Alexandra are. Thank you again for your caring, Compassion and utmost Professionalism. Thank you Robert McCourt & Scott Bishop

Advantage Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAMReviews
Advantage Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
I recently purchased a 2024 Hyundai Palisade from Advantage Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM (CDJR) of Mount Dora, and the whole process was absolutely seamless from start to finish! A huge thank you to Patrick, Tom, and Pete — each of you went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. From answering my questions to helping with financing and trade-in, I felt taken care of the entire way. I couldn’t be happier with my new Palisade and the outstanding service I received. I highly recommend Advantage CDJR of Mount Dora to anyone looking for a new vehicle — ask for Patrick, Tom, or Pete, they’ll take great care of you!
