He made the time available for me prior to the official opening of the sales department and met with me again for test drives. We bought a 2018 Toy Sienna XLE. I am very surprised going to this small building. I drove up and got to work with Ross immediately and I was very pleased with his service from the first moment I met him and he went beyond what the last two months have offered me of constant car searching with disappointment followed by disappointment. He was so nice to work with and a real concerned gentleman, someone you would rather call a friend than a salesman. Ruth was a lot of personality and gave it to me straight as I was over extending myself it appears and worked with me on a deal. I have not yet closed the deal because I am in decisive but overall I am happy with what was offered from Ross and crew. I recommend this dealership and it is a great environment where I had no pressure.
I stopped to look at a car that I wanted, but did not need. The salesman, Ted Mowen, could not have been nicer, and fully understood my situation. He treated me no differently than any other potential buyer. There was no pressure. He took all the time I needed to fully understand the vehicle. He allowed me to determine if it was right for me. Even my Wife remarked that it was the most pleasant experience we ever had in a dealership. We did buy the car. As we went through signing the papers, we found that Jason and Terry in the back office were also very easy to work with. We had to travel a couple hours, but what a great experience, and I am not one who looks forward to car buying. This really is the best place we know to buy a vehicle!
John was my sales man and he was awesome! Greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Took me on the test drive and knew the vehicle well and was super kind and optimistic about the entire process. I came here to look at a vehicle to see my options and left with a new ride.
Came to look at a car I found online. After the test drive, I knew I didn't want that car; seat and armrest weren't comfortable. Salesman found another car--this one didn't even have an armrest. I stated this wasn't what I was looking for and I was looking for a car that I would use until the wheels fell off. I could see him getting irritated and he said, "Can't you just get used to the armrest?" I knew specifically what I wanted and what I didn't. Eventually after showing me many cars that didn't fit what I was looking for, he said, "You're gonna have to sacrifice on some of the things you want."
He seemed very irritated that I did research on cars. He gave me makes and models they had on the lot that might work, and I was using a website to tell him if the cars would be acceptable. After a while of telling him no, he stated, "Not that I think that website is lying but I never hear about any of those complaints." This was the final straw. You are a salesman. People are not going to come in and tell you about how bad their transmission is when they are trying to trade it in for another vehicle.
I bought a car I love a week later with EVERYTHING I was looking for. I didn't have to sacrifice anything and I got it $5000 less than cars they were showing me.
We've been doing a lot of searching for just the right vehicle for our college age son who will be starting an internship soon. While searching online I found a Jeep that seemed perfect. So I completed the online request for info. I was pleasantly shocked to receive an email almost immediately on a Sunday afternoon. You'd think it was a canned response but the way it was worded that seemed impossible. That was just the beginning of the personal attention to our needs and accommodating our unique situation. John was so easy to work with. He made my son feel at ease while there alone and was waiting for my arrival knowing my first name. Little details that make you feel important. Fred did an excellent job of explaining the financial side of the transaction. Never once did I feel pressured or taken advantage of. And here's the best part... they let Matt drive off with the vehicle to get to class on time before I'd even signed the paperwork.
