I recently purchased a Silverado from AutoNation Chevrolet and had a great overall experience throughout the process. I?ll admit that I was somewhat apprehensive about working with the dealership at first, but they had the exact truck I wanted, so I decided to give them a shot. I?m glad I did. Jacob in Sales did an excellent job from start to finish. He was responsive, easy to work with, and straightforward throughout the deal. One thing I really appreciated was that they gave me a strong price upfront, so there was very limited negotiation needed. There were not a bunch of unnecessary junk fees added in, and the overall deal felt fair from the beginning. Jimmie in Finance was also great to work with. He made the paperwork process simple, explained everything clearly, and kept things moving efficiently. Nobody tried to hold me in the dealership for hours like some places do. The entire process was quick, easy, and fair. Overall, the team provided a much cleaner and more professional experience than I had at several other dealerships I visited during my search. Very happy with the truck and the service I received from both Jacob and Jimmie.

I was asked when I needed my truck back, I alex for 2pm. I never got a call, and when I went to the dealership at 3pm because u didn't get a call back, I was told my recall was not done and it would be 45 minutes longer. Very disappointing the lack of communication. There service department was slow and I never got av return call. I was not able to wait so had to take my truck. I would continue to go to Ewing but they will not take the service plan I bought from freeman when I purchased my truck. Keep in mind we've purchased five trucks from freeman in the last two years.

2022 Jeep Gladiator review
This is a.rock solid vehicle that defines “utility” better than all the rest. You have tons of ways to configure the vehicle every day. Open air roof, doors off, entire top off, pick-up truck uses, off roading, climbing, travel, snowshoeing, skiing, snow driving, trails and dirt roads, hiking, carry bed loads, trailering, ATVs, etc, etc, etc. No way to ever find it boring. Plus, the extra bonus of the culture, friendliness, the wave, jeep groups, and the way it promotes and nurtures getting outdoors and getting active. No issues. Alpine stereo is great. Nav is great. Heat is great. comfort great, carrying fun loads great, towing to 4K lbs great. No complaints.

I want to give a HUGE thank you to Brandon Walker at Grapevine Ford, along with Devin, who helped with all of the financing and paperwork. As a single mom, buying a vehicle can honestly feel stressful - especially when you’re trying to find something that is not only practical for your life, but also something you genuinely feel safe, comfortable, and confident in long-term. Since I was purchasing a used vehicle, it was really important to me to feel secure in what I was getting and not rushed into something that didn’t fully fit my needs. Brandon truly exceeded expectations throughout the entire process. His communication was incredible from start to finish, always keeping me updated, checking in, answering questions quickly, and making me feel heard instead of pressured. What stood out most was that he genuinely cared about helping me get into the right vehicle, not just making a sale. Together, they helped make everything make sense financially, helped me feel comfortable with the warranties and coverage options, and worked hard to help me get an amazing deal considering my current credit situation. Overall, I’m extremely thankful for the effort, communication, professionalism, and genuine care they both showed throughout the process. Brandon especially went above and beyond, and I would absolutely recommend asking for him if you visit Grapevine Ford.

2022 Jeep Gladiator review
My jeep gladiator is perfect for all my needs. Better gas mileage than my previous truck and also has a great 4wd system. I will probably keep this one a long time. Have taken several road trips and some light off road driving, it has been great for both.
