I came in due to a warning signal that popped up on my screen in my Chevy SUV. The service dept. did a check on my vehicle, in which the check alone would be a little pricey but I knew that after 'googling' the average cost for this issue. They figured out it was my battery. I have an extended warranty coverage on my vehicle through Carmax (where I bought it). They called the company to get the warranty information; however, it didn't cover the battery. I understood, but it did help cover the cost of the check. Also I got GM points for this service, so I'll have money to use towards my next service. It was a fairly busy Tuesday; however, they make sure everyone gets helped in a timely manner.
Te service advisors were all friendly and welcoming. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. They showed me the wait room. They have vending & drink machines, fresh coffee, and the wi-fi information posted for thsoe who need it. There's a TV and small table if you need to use your laptop while here. I normally sit in the wait area of the dealership since the service dept. waiting room is small and usually full when I go. The salespeople/office personnel are friendly and laid back too. They staff speaks when they pass by. Usually have low music playing in this area. Sometimes the workers playfully joke with each other, including the guy who said he runs this location (i.e. in a professional manner, of course) or they'll sing along to the music. LOL! This just shows, that it's a good atmosphere and it seems like the people are happy. There was a slight disgruntled cusotmer who came in to talk to a salesperson. I think he needed a replacement key for a vehicle and had a hard timegetting one. He spoke to a couple personnel who were very understanding, polite & patient with the customer who wasn't speaking as pleasantly back. I understood his frustration but I like the way the staff handled hm & the situation. Assured him they were taking care of the issue, he wouldn't be inconvenienced any further and actually handled it. Customer left seemingly satisfied. You never know who might be nearby so how you handle certain situations can make a big difference on if cusoter come back, even those who may not have been involved. I'll definitely come back for service and who knows, potentially buy my next vehicle from them.

Owns this car
This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.
