Now in the 2nd year if owning a 2016 Patriot. The vehicle rides well, is comfortable, and has been extremely reliable. It has plenty of room for a small family, and I enjoy the styling.

It came with the High Altitude package. The heated leather seats and auto start sure has me spoiled. The four wheel drive sure has came in handy. Also has usb ports and other inlets.

After an accident he assisted me through the paperwork, spoke up on the disparately of the quote by the insurance assessment versus the reality of the hours and parts needed to return my vehicle to its original state. He helped me attain a loaner car during the lengthy process in getting the bodywork done. Could of been a lot better , I had my 2024 Sportage in the service department as I had an issue with my radio , so a very long story short, after a week long without my suv , I finally got it back today only because of a misunderstanding cause they are short staffed an things basically just got out of hand about the diagnosis! But Travis the manager over the service department was very nice an helpful an we got it all straightened out!! Although I did not get the Honda odyssey my heart was set on , the experience was phenomenal . I was comfortable and Ryan Blawn did everything in his power to assist me. Although approved the payment plan just wasn't a good fit for me. The customer service provided was white glove service. Although I'm a mom looking to get a vehicle to fit myself and children comfortably , I now have a new knowledge on Mazdas, and will definitely recommend Mazda at the avenues to anyone searching for reliable and honest service. Staff that we interacted with were patient and understanding and great with my kids who have special needs, That really means the world to my family!
