After our incident on 11/28/2018. The dealership contacted me and offered to make things right. They apologized for what was an accident. I understand this and continued to do business with them by purchasing a truck. I would like to thank them for giving the extra mile and doing the customer right. I would do business with them again.
I was searching for a “new” used car, and a coworker suggested Malloy out of Woodbridge. I live in North Carolina so immediately I was discouraged. Nevertheless, I gave them a call and I was happy to work with Kia who assured me that she would get me financed regardless of my credit. Not only did she make good on her word, she even offered to deliver the car to me personally so that I didn’t have to go all the way to Woodbridge! She had the paperwork in hand when she showed up and I drove my car back home, never having to leave the state of North Carolina! My son will be graduating soon and needs a car for college, so I WILL be returning!
This is the best dealer I have ever been too! I always stress out so much while shopping for cars. I am in sales, so I know how things work. This makes it even harder for me to be in a high pressure sales environment. My husband and I went to Buick expecting to be stressed out. But let me say, our experience was AMAZING!!!! They were able to do things other dealers couldn't do, as far as a trade in is concerned. Got me into the car I wanted. Broke down all the numbers for us, and showed us the break down. Explained it all in detail. Needless to say, I drove away in an amazing vehicle, at an excellent price. And within a week my husband went back and got himself a vehicle as well! Jerry is the GM there and let me tell you, I will recommend him to anyone I run into looking for a car! We also did business with Layla and John! What amazing people. What an amazing experience! I will never ever purchase anywhere else!
Pros: Good clean facility, many choices, flexible hours, professional staff. Cons: Vehicles considerably overpriced--many times more than the dealer, trade in vehicles considerably underpriced. For instance, the Mercedes Benz S500 that I wanted was priced $2200 more than the local dealer and they offered me $17000 for my vehicle which I sold two days later for $25000. For those reasons, this is a good place to research different types of vehicles but buy only after checking at a local dealer.
