The Basil Team is awesome! They take such good care of their customers. I went in today for an oil change and tire rotation. It didn't take long at all.

My Wrangler has the 2.0T engine and gets an average of 23 mpg. No issues mechanically at 52,000 miles; it drives like a Jeep-which makes sense. The interior is stylish and comfortable; AC and heat work just fine for Upstate SC climate. The soft top is easy to flip up and total removal isn't that much more trouble. Radio is great, media mode has a slight lag but stays connected once paired each time you use it-it doesn't automatically connect Bluetooth. The only knock I would have is that the USB or USB-C causes the entire radio to short out periodically. I love my Jeep!

I have shopped every Nissan dealer in all of Western New York and these people are by far the nicest people to do business with! They were all so friendly and they beat every other Nissan dealers price by over $900.........I will never go anywhere else again!!

This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

I love my 2020 Sahara Unlimited. She is beautiful but still drives and handles like a jeep, which is why I wanted her. The stock tires for the unlimited are bigger than regular tires, and makes her fierce! I have almost 30K on mine and have had no problems (knock on wood) whatsoever. It is a joy to ride with or without the top off. Easy to remove the driver and passenger top for a quick fun ride. Easy but a little heavy to remove the entire top, but totally worth it. I've even had it on the beach and it handles like a dream!

Certified AutoBrokers is the best dealership for used vehicles. Their staff goes above and beyond for their customers. We just purchased our second vehicle from them and our salesman Tim was incredible. He also sold us our first vehicle. I always do my research before I buy anything. I called other dealers, visited other dealers, looked online, called banks, called friends in the banking world and spent close to a week on this. After all that Certified was truly the best on everything. Travis, the owner worked with Tim and myself. They gave me much more than other dealers offered me for my trade in, spent two days to find a bank with a better interest rate and answered all of my calls and texts I sent them over the course of the week. Certified treats you like family . The excitement you see and feel just being in their show room will tell you everything you need to know about them. Another awesome thing about them is their service department. They truly have the best mechanics in the business. I bring all my vehicles there for repairs. Never once did I ever have to bring one back cause the repair wasn’t done right. Anything I have done with my three vehicles are done there. No one else touches my vehicles but Certified. Purchased in August 2020 with 8.5k miles for $41k, headlights suck, tachometer, auto start stop, radio, running lights got completely messed up for whatever reason this year, dealer fixed all but start/stop for cheap but the vehicle idles rough and sometimes shifts odd. Now has 31k miles and hasn't had any major issues. Engine has lots of pep and it's fun to ride around in with the top off. Remote start and CarPlay/Android Auto work well but the vehicle feels cheap and is scary at speeds over 80 mph.

Noticed my NY State inspection expired on 8/31!!! Went to the Quick Lane and was able to get an inspection and oil change in about an hour and a half….the experience was very timely and efficient!

This review is for a 2023 Jeep Wrangler 4 door Willys. I had traded in my 2008 Jeep Wrangler 4 door Sahara. So I know these Jeep’s not only last a long time, but are reliable. The new Jeep is beautiful, runs well, and is fun to drive. Exceptional on road and off road performer. Snow, rain, sleet, or mud, this Jeep can handle pretty much any conditions.

I always take my Jeep to Transit Town for all of my routine maintenance needs. They always get me in and out quickly and everything is perfect. Everyone I have encountered there has been very nice and very helpful.

We are excited to be proud new Jeep owners and look forward to all the fun we will have. Making memories with the grandkids. Rides great and has a lot of amenities

Moved up from the south, so we need a AWD vehicle. Terry found us the perfect vehicle and at a great price. We will back come Dec. when our lease on our other vehicle is up. Al in finance was awesome too!!

driving now 1 1/2 years. still love it. 59,000 mi. rec. chang rear end oil. mine had broken bits of gear. much better now. leaks from windsheld area, gotta work on that. overall still jeep'n--- please stop putting ducks on my jeep

Highly recommend Tyler Geisler he is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the vehicles and his customer service skills are excellent. He took the time to go over everything with us and was very patient and not pushy at all. We purchased the 2023 Grand Cherokee Overland and we are very happy with our decision.

I've added aftermarket exhaust and a computer chip and the roar pedal also KNN air filter and bigger tires 35 so far it is a lot of fun to drive

This Jeep was meant for me. The Jeep that I had been riding around with is a 2008, so any Jeep would have been an upgrade:) However, the design, the interior, and of course the after market lift, and tires, make me feel proud of what I drive. I was even able to create a personalized plate through them. I welcome "Blad Betty" into the family with open arms.

Let me start by saying that you often brace yourself when going into or even calling a car dealership. You  mentally prepare yourself for the “pushy salesmen"....well...not here at Superior Auto! Aiden went above and beyond in helping me by being completely prepared with all the answers to any of the questions I would have and for any questions he did not know the answer to (which was not many) he went to the person who could answer them and gave me their info as well! Very comfortable seating & leg room for me (6'4"), but my wife has a hard time climbing in with its lift and 35's. My only problem is the shifter is, as described in all reviews, rubbery. It takes a determined shift to get "reverse" to go without grinding. And, it doesn't like shifting too soon. You have to tach out every gear when accelerating to highway speed, or it will dog down. While complaining, the back is difficult to access with my zippered rag-top. Otherwise, I love it. It's beautiful, quiet (for a Jeep), drives smooth at high speeds, and will climb a tree (almost). My JKU gets 18+ mpg and the seats are very comfortable on a long drive.

We were looking for a moderately priced Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for a teenage son and this one fit the bill. For a roughly 8 year old vehicle it was well taken care of by previous owners. Although the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited won’t be confused with a luxury car for its ride and comfort, they are adequately appointed and fun to drive. That’s where the saying, “it’s a Jeep thing “ comes from. All I know is that in our area they are very popular and our teenage son will thoroughly enjoy it if he can ever get it away from his Mom.

A very good looking Jeep. Already raised, with 5 custom wheels and tires. Runs good and was priced fairly. My son is beside himself with joy.

I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

Without a doubt the best buying experience I have ever had buying a new or used vehicle. I'll probably drive the extra miles from Rochester again on our next purchase. Megan from internet sales directed us to the perfect car and answered every question. Then when we transferred to our sales associate Brandon, he did everything possible to make it a smooth sale.
