When I started my search for a new vehicle on line, Alexis was very helpful in getting me the information I needed to make an informed decision. I asked her not to overwhelm me with phone calls, text messages, etc. and she didn't. She simply provided the information I needed and told me when I was ready to contact her. Once I arrived at Global I worked with Riley who had a good energy about him and was very accommodating in showing me a few vehicles that I was interested in. We did a test drive, worked out pricing and I left there with my new 2019 Chevy Equinox. Overall a great experience. I have bought vehicles from Global before and will continue to go back in the future.
My Experience at Sands was the way it should be at every dealership! I'm that tough customer who contemplates and perseverates until I find exactly what I want. Looking for a used car, I am glad my final decision ended with a warm and welcoming dealership such as Sands. Joe Lyons was pleasant, professional and extremely helpful Between Joe, Matt and Chris my experience was flawless. They did everything right to make it work for me with in my budget! I will definitely be recommending Sands! Everyone there was great! On a side note thanks to Jimmy Mack for making me laugh!
We had our Jeep breakdown while we were 3 1/2 hours from home. We called Sands service department because we knew it should be under warranty. They were so helpful and amazing that we knew we would come here to buy our next car! We were not disappointed!

Just recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee here, It was probably the best buying experience I've had buying a car from a dealership. They are quick, don't make you wait around long hours and the kindest people work here. I had Consatine as my salesmen and he was awesome! He didn't rush me while cleaning out my car and kept us entertained while we were waiting for the response from the banks. The cars here are pristine, I was so happy to come here after seeing horrible cars from other dealers. Consatine was also awesome with helping make sure I got into the car I truly wanted and was patient with me when I kept asking to see other vehicles.
I will definitely be back in the future for my next vehicles
Encouraging and friendly initial sales contact. No pressure during the test drive as the potential buyer is allowed to drive the car without the sales representative. However the sales approach heats up shortly after returning from the test drive and the negotiations are anything but low key. The tag team approach is employed after the first sales estimate was refused. I appreciated the sales representative attempts to lower the monthly payment but not the accompanying pressure to close the deal. As the evening progressed it was also not possible to fully inspect the car before driving it off the lot and there were a few nicks and scratches that were visible in my driveway the next morning. However I realize it is a used car and as such will not be perfect. The staffs approach upon arriving at the show room is out going and friendly but it quickly changed to a shark attack once I showed any interest in the car. They have a very nice facility with lots of excellent and well maintained vehicles to offer the public and competitive prices.
Russ was great. Very knowledgeable about the car I was buying and made me feel very comfortable. I went to a few dealers prior to autolenders and the experience was less than stellar. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a used car!

I can???t say enough about Ashley and Tim at Princeton BMW. They went beyond out of their way to help me with an emergency situatio. I didn???t have to wait long at all (without an appointment) to handle my situation. They are extremely professional and very helpful. I highly recommend them for everything.

From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was met with friendly service, which made me feel at ease. I spoke to Cody, Roger and Scott during my process and never felt pressured. They were focused on me as a potential customer and answered all my questions. I have been looking at used Mercedes Benz for months but never felt welcomed by salesman at other dealerships. I would buy from these guys again. They are awesome and you won’t be disappointed.
