International Kia review
This was a smooth and easy Lease arrangement on a new Kia Niro EV. We had test driven one before but found the car color and package we wanted online here. We were able to take care of everything online and on the phone/text except the final papers signing. We were only at the dealer about an hour and drove our car home. Everyone was courteous and sincerely seemed to be getting us all the Kia promotions we should have. I would go to International Kia and ask for Karlos Karas. He will take care of you. Thank you 😊 🙏

Maintenance on vehicle was great but when the dealership cleaned the vehicle, the top was missed. The dealership always seems to try to sell something extra like a new tire or extra service.

I just got a 2025 KIA Soul and had a GREAT experience at Peak KIA. I worked with Madeline Byerly and there was no pressure to buy something that day I was there. She provided me with different options of the car I wanted and the hardest decision I had to make was was color to choose (I went with blue).

Had a difficult experience at the get go, but overall the experience with Mikee and Gianni turned out to be ok. There some internal issues that still need to be addressed, but the General Manager will have to fix those. Love the Kia and all the outstanding technology on the vehicle.

O'Brien Kia of BloomingtonReviews
O'Brien Kia of Bloomington review
I shopped around quite a bit before buying and honestly dealt with some pretty absurd sales tactics elsewhere. In fact, I chose to drive over an hour to work with this team because of how different the experience was from the start. Working with Brian Read was the exact opposite of what I encountered elsewhere. He was easy to communicate with, transparent, respectful, and never made me feel pressured. He answered my questions, respected my time, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Coming from a high-end luxury SUV, I had pretty high expectations and wasn’t sure anything else would feel comparable. I was genuinely surprised by the quality, comfort, technology, and overall luxury feel of my new Kia Telluride. It exceeded my expectations in every way. A huge thank you to Brian and the entire team for making what can be a stressful process feel easy and straightforward. The drive was absolutely worth it. Couldn’t be happier with the experience and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Foundation Kia has a fantastic team! Pat helped me find the perfect Sorento & I could tell he really cared and really knew his stuff. Gary in finance got me the best financial & protection packages and explained everything. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! After a thorough walk through of features, the sales manager Tanner shook my hand and made sure I was happy with everything. I love my new Sorento & the team at Foundation Kia. They’ve earned a loyal customer!

J.B.A. Kia review
I went in last week to check out a 2019 Honda Accord EX-L, only because it was close to another car I was scheduled to test down the road in Pasadena. May sales rep was Mark and he's awesome. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even better, showed me with minimal research that the other car I was going to see had TWO previous accidents (shame on me for not seeing that) and they met me at the price I needed. So I ended up buying the Accord (very low mileage) at a great price. The best part was how easy Mark made the experience. My wife is on the loan but she didn't even have to be there. I drove the car off the lot about 2 hours after I arrived. They let me keep my old Honda in the lot until we were able to return that afternoon to pick it up. Overall the best car buying experience we've ever had. Thanks Mark and JBA Auto!

Leased a new sportage and everything was great. No pressure from sales people and they worked with us to get to the payment we could afford. Our salesman Jeremiah was terrific and I recommend going there if you need a new car or lease.

Kia North DanversReviews
Kia North Danvers review
Excellent service, professional and friendly behavior. Took less then 10 mins to come to an agreement about the final price before tax, title, registration and fees. No pressure in pushing accessories or other services. Was suggested but not pushed. Efficient business manager and very polite and amicable sales manager. Most of the people we met at the dealership in sales or services were helpful and courteous. Very much enjoyed doing business with the dealership. Was able to drive away with the car the very same day. I and my husband will highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a Kia. Although I live in Boston I would suggest visiting this dealership and I am confident you will get a very good and fair deal. Our salesperson Jason was superb.

Fiesta Subaru review
The sales associate, Ardy Reed, was friendly and professional. giving me her complete attention start to finish during the buying process. I feel I received a fair trade in price and new car price. The car was ready on the day promised and all closing documents were finalized efficiently, including delivery of my new license plate. Follow-up phone calls and emails were also received to confirm my satisfaction with the process. This is the second car I have purchased from this dealer and I have been satisfied with the experience both times.

Metro Kia of Madison review
The service was very good and everyone did their best to accommodate the process. For my job, I failed to get a written estimate and the verbal that I recalled was $880. When the work was finished the bill was $1000. I will return, but the next time, have an itemized estimate in writing. Dave Richmond
