I liked the used car and price that I was interested in buying. However, the dealership did not offer me enough trade in allowance for the vechele that I wanted to trade in.
We purchased a used Kia Forte here, the car and salespeople were ready and expecting us when we got there, and all was handled professionally. Only nuisance was it took a while to finish prepping the care after we had signed all the paperwork, we had to wait another 30-40 minutes, but other than that, all was good.
William Ryee and Tony were very helpful finding a Sorento with everything we wanted. William really worked with us to negotiate a price within our budget. We got a great car at a price better than we could ever have expected. Our family has purchased a lot cars from many places, and this was one of the best experiences. Defintely referring people here, especially to William!
I liked how quickly we came to an agreement on the lease terms. Wish the paperwork that followed could have been somewhat quicker. Was very satisfied that the deal that I came to get was exactly what I received with no run around.
