I very much appreciate receiving the service reminders--I really love my 2023 Kia Forte, and want to keep it in tip-top shape, so this assistance is invaluable. I've been driving for ages. This is the first time I've taken a car in to a dealership for servicing, and I must say I am very pleasantly surprised. This visit was to check out the brakes, and I was informed they were just fine--no servicing required. I compare this to the last time I went to a mechanic's garage with another car and paid thousands for repairs, only to learn not too long afterward from a mechanic friend that there was no way the parts they installed--and I paid top dollar for--were original parts. To realize that Tobin Kia, in addition to being a very clean and professionally run operation, with friendly and efficient Customer Service people such as Krissy, is also conducting their business honestly, is so encouraging in this day and age. Of course, I'm extremely likely to recommend them to others.

Whenever I'm at Tobin Kia I always feel that my car will be well taken care of in service. If I have any questions, it's quickly answered to the best of an agent's ability. My service agent is Joe and he is absolutely fabulous. My next vehicle if necessary will be another Kia. I'm hoping that my Kia soul which is no longer being produced will last for quite some time. It's very efficient and very attractive and I love it! Kia has grown so much and so quickly, and it offers many models that will suit the taste of many types of people. Go Kia!

We bought my daughter her first car from here and we were more than pleased with the service! We were especially pleased with Brandon, our salesman. He made everything so easy and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable in our purchase. If there was anything we had a concern about, he made sure that it was taken care of as quickly as possible. The purchasing part was quick and easy as well. We wanted to surprise our daughter at her pep rally and we were on a timeline to have it ready to go by 1:50pm that day. Brandon personally went to the service manager and had our process expedited. We made it on time for the pep rally suppose and I would 100% recommend Brandon and Walt Massey KIA to anyone!

Russ Darrow Kia of Wauwatosa review
During our recent visit to Russ Darrow Wauwatosa Kia to check out the pre-owned car options, I was lucky to be assisted by "Brianna Holbrook" —she was friendly, professional, and made the experience enjoyable. She was clearly invested in helping me find the right car from the very beginning, with patience and professionalism, they walked me through the vehicle’s history, specifications, and overall condition, addressing my queries with clear and honest responses, I especially appreciated their transparency about pricing and willingness to accommodate a test drive without pressure. Thanks to Brianna professionalism and friendly approach, I felt confident and well-informed throughout the process. Brianna Holbrook is an outstanding Sales & Leasing Consultant, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking reliable and supportive service. The gorgeous Ford Edge SE is finally here! Huge Thanks to RUSS DARROW WAUWATOSA KIA.

Moritz Kia Fort Worth review
Our experience at Moritz KIA Fort Worth has always been exceptional. The service department is fantastic, especially Michael, who always takes great care of us. I appreciate being able to work from the dealership while waiting for my vehicle OR catching a ride to my office. Michael has helped me not lose a beat at work while getting my vehicle serviced.

Westside KiaReviews
Westside Kia review
Great car buying experience at Westside Kia! No annoying pushy sales tactics or manager charades. They honored the price advertised added tax, title, license and small document fee and no fake cleaning fees or supposedly installed glass/paint protections, etc.! Salesman Blake was friendly, and straight forward didn't bother me with forced sales talk. Blake even drove the new car home for me, doorstep service! Rye the Finance guy was also friendly and not overly pushy. He did his job, but stopped pushing when I asked him to. Quick and efficient. Again, great overall experience, I highly recommend the dealership.

Spitzer Kia Mansfield review
I got into a car accident and I needed a new car fast. Ron Stephan was excellent, he was kind and he explained everything really well. It was my first car buying experience ever so I needed more explaining in the process. Very kind person, if you ask for Ron you will see a smiling face! Great experience even though I was there because I was in an accident. I would go to him again in the future.

As buying a car is a long process, I was made comfortable. The show room was nice, with plenty of vehicles to browse through. The staff was nice, engaging and knowledgeable. My agent, Gary was very helpful, with answers to every question I had. He was also very friendly and made me feel like I was dose too be there.
