Honestly, best deal we've ever made with a dealership. We went in with a specific deal in mind, and it was actually accepted! Very little negotiation! These folks made the impossible happen!!!

Rockwall Kia review
I've been looking for an EV9 for about a year and kept coming up against not being able to fit it into my budget. Finally, Rockwall Kia, specifically Malena and David, were able to find an option that would work! We live about 4 hours away, and during that time they found solutions for every obstacle every step of the way, including getting us a charger adapter for our drive home. We are THRILLED, amd the whole ride home in our new car (which felt like floating a spaceship down the highway) was surreal. We're looking forward to many happy years in our family's new vehicle.

I would like to thank Brett, Preston M and Andrew in service. They have superb knowledge and GREAT customer service. I love the way the service team acknowledge me when they recognized my face (Kris T) Mark S for showing me where the coffee station was. Mason for making me a cup of coffee. The Parts team helped me with product information. I would recommend Southwest Kia over and over again. Thanks again for all you do!!’nn
2024 Kia K5 review
Leased a 2021 Kia K5 LXS and we loved it! Our lease was up this year and a week ago we purchased a 2024 Kia K5 GT- Line. We love everything about this car, the style, the color (wolf grey) leather seat, heated steering wheel and seat plus more! Went to Kia of Darmouth and had a great experience with Keith B- he helped us in 2021 as well.

Auto Merchants Inc. review
I love the car I purchased!!! However, the dealership should upgrade their AI (Emma) because my only question before going to see the car is if the prices were negotiable. AI claimed they did negotiate, but once I arrived, I was told they don't. Customers just don't want to be misled. - I thought I was texting with a real person only to find it was actually AI. So, I ended up paying a bit more for the car than I really wanted to. But, I justified that because the car was in really good shape for a 2018, and it had less than 34,000 miles. I would probably use this dealership again.
2022 Kia K5 review
This is my 3rd KIA I have owed. They all have been excellent cars and mechanically sound including my K-5 except for my 2015 Kia Forte which which threw a piston rod. This was related to a recall which occurred in 2014 on the engine that was in my forte I believe and had the same symptoms as was described in recall. I was not granted a credit for that car which was upsetting. Other than that I am very happy with my Kia’s and my K-5.

2025 Kia K5 review
I only had the car 1 month but drove it to Florida (all around) and back and put on 3,500 miles. My car is a GT-Line, Wolf Grey with the Red interior, Bose speakers etc. The car is a real pleasure to drive. Very Quiet on the road, and my mileage exceeded the 37 mpg epa rating, and that’s while maintaining speeds of 80 mph with 2 people and fully loaded with luggage. Little if any wind noise. Note that at times I hit much higher speeds not knowing since it was so quiet & smooth. The engine RPM was mostly between 2 to 2.1 at 80mph. The power of the 2.5 liter is good, and slightly better than the 2019 Camry I had, which was a very good car as well. The Bose system sounded great, and all the alert sensors and some other sensors like keeping your car steering between the lines worked very well, but I preferred to turn that off most of the time. If you turn on your turning signals to changing lanes, and a car is present, not only does your side mirrors alert you, but you’ll get sound notices and the steering wheel will vibrate. Triple redundancy. The handling is very good, and secure, brakes are excellent and has a very good feel to them. A very important note is, I appreciate that the 2.5 engine has both Direct & Port Injectors on each cylinder. Port injectors will help cleaned the valves and clear any carbon build up. This is the same arrangement my Camry 2019 had which greatly reduces or eliminates carbon buildup in these Direct Inject Engines. The Nav system worked flawlessly and quickly. I also love you can remotely start your car with the key FOB (No additional charge) or with Kia Connect though Kia connect is only free the 1st 3 years. Also, happily, it doesn’t have the stop & start engine control which can cause more wear on your starter motor with little gain on MPG. The seats are very comfortable as I can attest driving 12 hours straight on my first stop. The car’s 8 spd auto shifted smoothly in all conditions. Plenty of room inside. Lot of storage in the console area for incidentals and drinks. I enjoyed the Panoramic roof. The negative was the Combine toggle Climate & Media control is a bit counter intuitive and sometimes causes more effort to control. Trunk space is good, as I had lots of luggage. The car feels solid & hopefully reliable down the line. The only other negative which is because I do my own oil changes etc, is this car takes a Cartridge oil filter (Not spin on) and takes 6.1 quarts of oil, (Not 5 qts) but I knew this well before I bought it but it’s location and design is good. So it’s not a real big deal, but this will cost a little more for oil changes. Recommended oil chg is 7,500 but I’ll be doing it every 5 to 6K for sure. BTW recommended oil is 0 -30W. Based on my limited time but very heavy usage I highly recommend this car, and I really enjoy driving it. Very sporty looking.

A Truly Exceptional Car Buying Experience with Ray Fuentes at Auto Merchant! 2022 Kia K5 review
Took the family to Vegas for a week. Enterprise have me the choice between the Malibu, Charger and K5. My youngest didn't want the grey Malibu and I didn't want to pay for the gas on the Charger with the V8. So we went with the black K5. I drive a SUV so it took some time to use to bending down to get into he car. Once we started driving I noticed how smooth and quiet the car was. The car accelerated with ease and the braking made you feel safe. My Dodge Journey is 2015 and doesn't have all the new tech. The K5's blindspot and car In front of you leaving warnings are great features. Although the K5 had great features the only negative I had was the infotainment unit. The unit worked just fine, I just didn't like how it was integrated. It looks as it was installed as an afterthought. Looks like it was just inserted like a Lego piece, I would prefer it flush in the dash.

I have stopped looking elsewhere and will with out a doubt complete my purchase with them. Very friendly and willing to go the distance to obtain my business and make me feel welcomed and relaxed. 2021 Kia K5 review
A lot of people complain about the pirelli tires going bad too soon and brakes also. I personally had no issues with either one. The tires lasted well beyond their mileage rating and brakes didn't need replacement until after 4.5 years. I have had pretty much zero issues with my gt-line. People need to realize that these are not race cars and quit driving them like they are racecars and tires and brakes might last a little longer.

Southwest Kia review
Our Salesperson was Stephanos. My husband had been looking for a particular Cadillac. We had been to other dealerships that had the one he wanted but was disappointed. My husband seen the Cadillac on Southwest Kia webpage and called about it. He spoke with Stephanos who gave him all the details of the vehicle and even sent him a detailed video. My husband had informed Stephanos about his previous experience and how we have been traveling to far to be disappointed. Stephanos assured my husband that he would not be disappointed. My husband told Stephanos we will be there Friday(7/17/26). We arrived at the dealership Stephanos greeted us and showed us the car. The car was excellent just as Stephanos had told my husband. My husband was very pleased. Stephanos made our purchase a smooth transition and enjoyable. Thank you Stephanos
2021 Kia K5 review
I bought it brand new in October of 2020. Ironically I had planned to trade my 2017 Optima for a new Toyota Camry, but the dealer didn't have any, and sales were out 4 months! This was COVID and Toyota was clearly further behind than Kia. So, I ended up with a new K5 and couldn't be happier. The car accelerates like a dream which is what I needed living just off an Interstate I'm on almost daily. I love the large video screen and Apple Car Play. My only concern is it sits low to the ground like a sports car, but I'm getting older and it makes it a little difficult to get in and out of. Also, when parking you have to be aware of curbs and parking stops as the front end is also low and won't clear some obstacles. But, I love the car overall and plan to keep it for a few more years. I may never own a Camry now.

2023 Kia K5 review
I purchased a 2023 K5 GT (GT1 package) with the upgraded engine with approximately 290HP. The car is well worth the money, as it’s priced very competitively with cars in the same class with similar features and horsepower. The car is under 40K fully loaded. Pertaining to that price point, It was difficult finding a car with the following features: surround view camera, panoramic sunroof, satellite navigation, HomeLink, ventilated seats, power driver and passenger seats, back seat vents for heats and cooling, sensing trunk open, remote start (not app only, but on key fob). This car has all those features for under 40K! Plus, it’s fun to drive, looks nice with quad exhaust tips and the chestnut brown interrupt. And the car has full LED lights…even inside the cabin. It’s a great value, good looking, and fun car to drive.

He carefully addressed our concerns and made sure nothing was overlooked. We could see that he takes pride in his work and is committed to providing customers with a positive experience. He also kept us informed throughout the process, so we never felt forgotten or uncertain about what was happening. Beyond his professional skills, Douglas's genuine kindness made a lasting impression. His friendly smile, patience, respectful communication, and willingness to help made us feel welcomed and valued. He understands that excellent customer service is not only about completing a service appointment, it is also about how customers are treated. Douglas truly went above and beyond our expectations. He made an extra effort to ensure our experience was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. His positive attitude and calm, reassuring approach made a significant difference. We hope Kia recognizes what a valuable service executive they have in Douglas Robertson. His professionalism, honesty, warmth, and commitment to customer satisfaction reflect extremely well on both the dealership and the Kia brand. To Douglas, we simply want to say thank you. Thank you for listening to our concerns, answering our questions, keeping us informed, and treating us with genuine respect and care. Your dedication and positive attitude made our Kia service experience memorable. We would be happy to recommend Douglas Robertson to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, respectful, and caring Kia service executive. We sincerely appreciate his exceptional service and look forward to working with him again in the future.

No issues whatsoever. Just came back from a trip and got 41 mpg at an average of 75 mph. I would only suggest a better soundsystem for this model.

I like the no hassle and no pressure selling and pricing model. Good customer service and the salesperson was fairly knowledgeable. We were able to test drive two cars in less than 30 minutes.

My husband and I went in just to test drive the new Jeep Cherokees. We had 0 expectations to get a new vehicle right now due to some credit issues. But AutoNation went so far above and beyond trying to take care of us, they were actually able to get us BOTH in new Jeeps! They were never pushy. We never felt pressured. They were just THAT helpful and dedicated to helping us that they made it work! Could not be more pleased and grateful for them!

Andres helped my get the best deal for my trade in and put me in a 218 ford raptor, best car buying experience hands down
2023 Kia K5 review
Too early to rate reliability, but so far I'm loving my 2023 K5 GT-Line. I absolutely love the styling and interior, though the seats are not the best I've been in (though not bad), and I have a hard time seeing the turn signal indicators even with the wheel tilted all the way up (I'm 5' 11"). Power with the base engine is adequate, and I'm thrilled that it does NOT have a CVT - it's got a good old torque converter-style 8 speed transmission. Gas mileage is better than rated by the EPA. Good tech and a very good set of safety features. I few nits to pick, but overall for the price I feel this is the best value in a sedan on the market today. Did I mention I love the styling?

2021 Kia K5 review
I’m in love with this car. I love the features with my EX trim. Heated/cooled seats. Sunroof and wood grain interior. The only issue I have is I’ve never owned a car with CVT. It feels a bit odd at times compared to my previous cars. But anything is better than dealing with Ford’s DCT.
