I can’t say enough good things about Nismo Nick at Pinnacle Nissan. I first spoke with Nick when I was trying to understand the allocation process for the new Z and sort through all the supposed “mandatory” dealer add-ons I was encountering with another dealership. From that very first conversation, Nick was different. He answered my questions, explained how things actually worked, and there were no games. During that first conversation, Nick made me an incredibly compelling offer on the Z I wanted. The problem was, I had already put a significant deposit down on a car with the other dealership, and I felt I should honor my commitment. Nick respected my decision completely and never pressured me. Unfortunately, when that car arrived at the other dealership with significant damage, the deal fell apart. I called Nick for advice. He still had my Z and simply asked if I wanted it. This time, I said yes! That’s when Nick really had my back. He walked me through a difficult situation and gave me sound, straightforward advice. Then he went to work. He put together a deal that was more than fair and added value in ways I hadn’t expected. Eric did a great job handling the financing, while Nick took care of everything else. Before I knew it, the Z I had wanted from the beginning was mine, and Nick arranged to have it shipped hundreds of miles and delivered right to my doorstep. What stands out to me about Nick is pretty simple: he does what he says he’s going to do. He treated me fairly when I wasn’t even his customer, and when I came back needing his help, he was there. He’s a no-nonsense salesman, a straight shooter, and someone I learned I could trust. I absolutely love my new Z, and I have a lot of respect and appreciation for the person who helped me get it. 2019 Kia Niro review
I love my gas mileage almost 600 miles on a fill-up costing under $30. BUT my AC went out around 80,000 that sucks it cost almost $3000 to fix at the dealership. Beside that I love this car.

2024 Kia Niro review
I am thrilled with my new 2024 KIA Niro Lx. Even the base model comes with so many features. The MPG states 53/54 city/highway I am actually averaging 10% more! Love that!! It rides beautifully and the aesthetics are great. The Snow White Pearl is stunning and worth the extra $. One drawback is NO retractable cargo cover. The only concealment/privacy option is a "cargo shield" overpriced and flimsy but necessary.

Eli brought several cars around a let ME decide if anything was the right fit and, in the end, we got the right vehicle for our family. Eli spent several hours and pretty much the whole day just for that one sale. So, hats off to him for enduring us. Once I got to Richard, he made everything a snap and was extremely pleasant and not pushy. He answered every question I had and, once again, was very patient, personable, and relaxing to deal with. Mike Wynne at Capitol Mazda was the 1st of 3 dealerships in the area to call back. The offer had to be good enough to persuade me to make the 3 1/2 hour drive. The internet price at Capitol Mazda was already reduced by $1600 off MSRP. Right off the bat, Mike said that there was an additional internet discount of $1000…so I didn’t have to do any haggling. I did a Google search of my 9-year old trade-in estimated at $7800-8300; Mike offered $1700 more than the higher end of the Google trade-in value. The car inspection showed some previously known repairs needed but he still gave the original trade-in offer. He also gave honest advice about using navigation on my iPhone through Apple Car Play rather than buying the Mazda navigation sim card.

2019 Kia Niro review
MPG far exceeds EPA rating during warm/hot months with an average of 50-55mpg during regular commute. it does drop during winter months but it bounces right backup as soon as warmer temperature. Touring model has '18 wheels and excellent for long distance ride and everything works seamlessly and rock solid reliable with 60k odo on original tire. Niro has safety system that the our new Lexus NX350 that cost 2x as much doesn't have. sound is automatically reduced when reversing.

2019 Kia Niro review
Bought this Niro LX brand new. I was impressed with it within the first hour. Plenty of power when you need it, plenty of economy all the time. We currently have 68,000 miles on it, and the only thing I have had to get fixed is the A/C system which was under warranty. We take long trips in this car and always average over 50 mpg. Driving in town gets 54 - 56mpg. It is so very quiet, even when the ICE is running. Its a shame that the price of these has risen over $10,000 since we bought ours. Not a car that I would pay $30,000 for. I have purchased 3 Kias since this one, and I love them all.

2023 Kia Niro review
I've had this car since 2023, and I've put almost 35k miles on it thus far. I've maintained it by manual specifications and have had no issues with how the car performs. The only issue I've had that was semi-irritating was the Android Auto/Carplay would cut out on me but I finally got a dealership to replace a faulty USB port and have had zero issues since! I get great milage and have no complaints as of today.

2023 Kia Niro review
Kia Niro EX Touring, 2023. About one year since purchase. Can't beat the gas mileage! About 54-55 MPG. Love the interior seat material. Comfortable and easy to clean. No issues whatsoever. Performance is good, with nice acceleration. Smooth drive. Trying to think of cons.... Overpriced. Should be $4Kish less. Shiny parts of console and dash show dust too easily. It would be nice to have a bit more cargo space, but that was known when I bought it. Occasionally the seat belt notification sounds off erroneously, but I don't know why.

From start to finish, I had an excellent experience purchasing a used 2009 Porsche Boxster that was in Near Mint/Mint condition from Capitol Volkswagen (DGDG) in San Jose. I had been searching the entire country, literally, for a nice 2009-2012 Boxster (i.e. 987.2, manual), luckily I found a great one at a reputable dealership that was not too far away. Everyone at Capitol Volkswagen that I dealt with made the purchasing experience a good one. In particular, Lori Campbell was very courteous and helpful throughout the purchase and in coordinating the transaction over the internet and phone, and to reserve the car for me, which was important because I live 450 miles away in San Diego. Arthur Fang was also helpful and easy to work with in setting up the financing, while Byron Bautista was great during the actual sit-down and signing of all the 'papers' (it's almost all done on an iPad nowadays). Even the General Manager, Peter Scibetta, chatted with me for a bit which was appreciated. I flew up in the morning, and loved driving my new 'baby' back home. Thank you Capitol Volkswagen!

2023 Kia Niro review
This is my first kia. The fit and trim are solid. The car is sound all around. Great gas mileage between 46 in the very cold winter to 67 mpg. Depending on how you drive it. I.ve been dealing with a dealer in burlington massachusetts where I purchase the vehicle. Im not sure they pay attention to detail as the engine calls for a special motor oil, 0W16, And that was not reflected on the engine oil change receipt. When I approached them with a question about the Motor oil, i was told all the engines are the same, which is not true. Also they recommended a 4wheel alignment which i paid for but had problems down the road. The dealer was very unhappy when they had to Repeat the alignment again, and made sure I knew about it. At this time I am searching for another dealer.
