The Nissan team was outstanding. They answered every question I had. They worked with me though out the whole processes. As a first time new car buyer it was scary but they made you feel comfortable!! David (sales) and the GM and Adam of the finance dept. All did a fantastic job thank you guys so much.
It was ok every one is very friendly. But my 1500 Rams trans is still not working right, Not Happy with the outcome of the trans service, the truck has 37 k mild on it and is still like new but runs like xxxx( trans) that is . FabioLugo

After talking with Tom over the phone giving me a deal on Nissan Pathfinder I made the drive down and I’m so glad I did. Needed to purchase a newer used car for my daughter. We had a very good purchase experience with our sales person Jason and the rest of the staff. No pressure and the pricing is below KBB. Came in to see a car that I saw online. It was a 2008 RDX. Car was very clean. Car drove well. All clean inside. Got a bit off the listed price and picked up the car the next day. Car was detailed and had oul changed too. Drove home. Battery though was weak and died at home. Brought car back and they put new bateery in on a Saturday first thing. Took less than 30 min. Great customer service...

I was a little put off by the fact that they were going to send me off without a copy of my multipoint inspection. When I brought it to the attention of the two service providers, they confirmed the only thing that came up was the three services (spark plugs, fuel injector, coolant flush) that they had told me about. Regardless, I wanted a copy of it for my records should anything happen or come up. Instead of asking the tech for it, the female service advisor just grabbed a blank one and marked everything 'green.' How do I know at that point that the inspection was even done? Quite frankly, this is the second dealership I've visited, and after countless issues with Kia overall, I am thankful my car is paid off and I will never get another one again.
Everything is good except 1 key policy. Cost of most of the duplicate key are about $200. We need to keep that in mind when we see their price. In my opinion they should give explicit discount or should get another key made for the quoted price.
I bought my KIA in Napleton KIA dealership but for service I go only to Schaumburg KIA - service is excellent, people working there are always nice and car gets serviced on time with no delays! I???ll be buying my next KIA there just because of the service department.
