Bomnin Chevrolet Homestead review
I had an excellent experience purchasing my Chevrolet Colorado at Bomnin Homestead. Michael was extremely helpful from the moment I arrived. He was very knowledgeable about the Colorado and explained the differences between the available options and features in a way that was easy to understand. I had several questions and took my time making a decision, but Mike was incredibly patient throughout the process. He was friendly and professional and made me feel like I was working with someone who actually cared about finding the right truck for me. I would definitely recommend Michael Nicolas to anyone shopping at Bomnin Homestead

My wife and I purchased a Mitsubishi Outlander from Renn Kirby Kia last weekend. We live out of state and stopped by this dealership just for a test drive. We were not prepared to do anything more. Turns out, we loved the car and the sales consultant, Grant, made the rest happen! He treated us with incredible patience and professionalism. This was the best car buying experience either of us has ever had! Straightforward and hassle free start to finish. Every member of the staff we dealt with was amazing too! A huge “thank you” to Grant, Gigi and Charles!!

Fred Beans Kia of Mechanicsburg review
We needed to replace a mid size SUV after the sudden failure of our 2011 GMC Acadia. We knew what we were looking for. Our sales person, Ray Schuenemann, was great. We had a ton of questions, and if he did not know the answer, he got the answer. He took the time with us...no rush and no pressure. He has been in the business for many years, and in fact, we had met him about 10 yrs ago at another dealership (did not buy then, but he was likewise good to deal with at that time.) He has owned and operated dealerships over his career. He is not a high pressure guy like we have run into at other dealerships. If you go to this Kia dealership in Mechanicsburg, ask for Ray Schuememann. We purchased a 2020 Kia Sorento...just what we were looking for and what we needed. Ray is a nice man with a wealth of knowledge.

Fred Beans Kia of Mechanicsburg review
It's been a few months since we purchased our 2023 Kia Telluride, but I wanted to write and give a commendation to Fred Beans Kia and specifically our salesperson, Ray Velez. With a growing family, we knew we needed to upgrade from sedan life. We did our research and knew the Telluride was the best bet, short term and long term, so in that regard, Ray didn't need to sell us on the vehicle. However, it was reassuring that he knew his way around the Telluride, was friendly and patient and displayed a sense of humor. Because of our schedule conflicts and a desire to move relatively quickly through the process, I really appreciated Ray coming in on a day off to walk us through the sale. While I realize it's a "sale," it still showed a devotion to us as customers, and it made our buying process much less stressful. Ray also worked well with us to make sure we paid for what we wanted, didn't pay for what we didn't, and set us up with the financial folks to officially get us into the Kia family. Ray Velez and Fred Beans Kia did right by us through the sales process, and we really enjoy our new Telluride and look forward to keeping it a long time.

Blackwell Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Kia review
I love having my vehicle serviced at Blackwell. The waiting area is clean and always stocked with snacks and drinks. The service is quick and you can even get an appointment if you need it. They always vacuum out my vehicle before they return it. I am always given a check sheet showing me if anything else is needed other than what I came in for. I was even given a cost estimate to do what ever other service is suggested. I highly recommend them for your service needs. I even received a call from service manager that evening to make sure everything went well. I wish I could have given more than five stars.

My person was super nice until after the sale, then not so much. Called to find out about a replacement part because I did not notice it, and he was very short and not helpful until I called again. I get they're out to make money, but you think they would be like oh yeah, we'll definitely fix that. Wasn't a bad experience and ppl were nice. Just wish they were a little more accommodating. Just make sure you look vehicle over carefully.

I had a fantastic experience with Joshua at Turner Kia! I initially reached out looking for more information and ultimately decided to start the buying process remotely. Joshua maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions honestly, and never made me feel pressured. He was transparent about the financing options, kept me updated every step of the way, and worked hard to find the best deal available for me. He made the whole process feel less overwhelming as a first time buyer, and I am grateful for that. By the time I arrived at the dealership, everything was organized and ready to go, making the delivery process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate all of his help and would absolutely recommend asking for Joshua if you’re looking for a new vehicle!

Follow up to review. (UPDATE) I was contacted by the used car manager Joe about my issue which was the tire sensor. He informed me that they definitely will not be sending me to a Ford dealership to fixed the sensor. He said they would do it there even if they had to send it out( they would definitely pay for it) so I was told to bring my car on 11/16 to fix the issue. I was then referred to Steve. Steve handle the situation with grace. I would say I was there maybe about a hour or so . It really didn’t seem long. Steve came to get me to let me know everything was finished. Now what I didn’t notice was they even threw in a complimentary car wash! So job well done and Joe called me after to make sure I was good. Thank you both for taking care of the issue. Tire sensor issue solved!

We had specific wants and "don't wants'. Although they did not have a Sorento on the lot to meet our specifications, Andrew Whittaker searched and found a couple of vehicles for our consideration. Andrew patiently listened to us and thoroughly answered all of our questions. He was courteous, supportive, never pressured us, and gave us all the information we needed to make our selection. We highly recommend Andrew, his team and Bill Dodge Kia of Westbrook.
