My salesman, Arif Asis was wonderful,patient, and understanding-even when I bought a car, returned it two days later for a complete refund, and ended up purchasing another car elsewhere. It was an emotional experience for me in that my 2000 Lexus (which I loved) died and I could not afford to buy the same brand. When I called Asis to tell him of my decision to return the car I had purchased from him, he was very understanding. When I actually returned the car for a full refund, the customer service personnel were excellent as well. If I could have found the exact car I wanted at Carmax, I would have bought it there. I bought my Lexus from Carmax in 2005.

I just bought 3 days ago, I absolutely love it! I am a senior female and I feel 100 percent safe. So far it's great. I will let you know in 6 months if I feel the same.

Excellent driving through snow. I have an 81 km one way to work. Never missed a shift. Also very economical with the 2.4 litre inline 4 cylinder. Average on the highway is between 7 - 8 litres per 100 km.

I own a 2011 EX V6. I bought it with 61,000 miles on it in March 2021. I have just at 111,000 miles on it now. Best car I've ever owned. Had a mustang and Camaro before this and they were terrible. The worst problem I've had is the driver side door won't open from the outside, but opens from the inside. The battery died about 2 months after I bought, but I bought a new one, and it's been fine since. The driver side headlight went out bout a month ago but replaced it. Driver side fog light is out. Had check engine light come on about a month ago, but it was just the gas cap. Honestly, I've seen a lot of people with bad 2011 sorentos, so I'm grateful mine is good. Older couple in their 80s bought it brand new in 2010, and then I bought it at the dealership as they were finalizing their new Buick purchase. They told me the history of the car and everything. They barely drove the car 6,000 miles a year, so I think I lucked out. Now, the car feels every bump on the road, so not the comfiest SUV I've been in. The leg room isn't terrible in the 2nd row, but good luck with a rear facing car seat lol. You'll have to move the driver or passenger seat forward if you put the car seat behind them.

I just bought a 2015 Sorento SX v6 after I was t-boned in my 2013 Sorento LX v6. I loved my 2013. It was my first black SUV which I’ve wanted since I was a kid. My children and I walked away from our accident relatively unharmed after all side airbags deployed and my car was clearly totaled. When shopping for a replacement, it wasn’t a question of what vehicle I wanted to buy after the accident. I trust the Sorento to keep my family safe and I’ll never buy another brand of SUV. It may not be flashy or overly powerful, but it is solid and one of the safest SUVs on the road. I’d recommend this vehicle to anyone and everyone.

I bought my 2015 Sorento last year with 100,000 miles on it. It now has 20,000 more on it and my only problem is the oil consumption!! Quart every 2 months..

In 6 years I’ve had one problem. Fuel pump issue at 65k miles. Otherwise, the car is always reliable and and handles all situations well.

We needed a car and had a budget to stick to. Joey and Abdur were great. We saw 6 different vehicles. They help us wade through the Carfax reports and choose a car with no "baggage" in its past. We have had our 2017 sorento for about a month. The interior space is amazing. Its a very comfortable suv with a pretty decent ride. The bad- i noticed recently when going up hills it makes a chatter noise. Luckily we still have some warranty left, but a car with 60k miles should not be having Engine issues, especially when it just had a full refresh before purchase. It sounds like valve noise honestly. Also the lack of led lights really ruins the car. Replacing all interior lights with led is a must. The headlights are dim holagen bulbs. Swapping for led is possible with the projector housings, but you risk getting a bulb out code. Led lighting should be standard on any vehicle.

I would like to say this was my first car experience and it could not have been any better. Sade was awesome to work with. In 5 years and 80,000 miles this vehicle has only needed one repair. It is the only vehicle I have ever owned that was never brought to the dealer for a warranty issue. It gets consistent gas mileage over 25mpg on the road and in the low 20's around town with a V-6 and AWD. My son owns the equivalent Sante Fe Ext V-6 FWD and has experienced similar reliability. My only repair other than brakes and tires was a failure of the alternator and it gave no warning at around 75,000 miles. We were driving at night in a construction zone in a city and everything electrical just quit in seconds. It went into limp mode, we found a hotel, had it towed there the next morning and were back on the road by 2pm. Dealers have been great. If I had a complaint it would be with corporate for when I asked like in the "old days" if a voltmeter would be a good idea to see a problem coming their response was "We can't predict catastrophic failure."

I did quite a bit of research prior to purchasing my Kia Sport Sorento. It has been everything the reviews state, the only issue is the latch on the tailgate. It sounds to be a common problem with Kia's from what I have been reading online. Note this, it can be quite expensive to repair depending on the overall issue.

Professional Driver says ---amazing engine performance in the SX. V-6 able to tow 5000 lbs. Eight extra gears on the handle shifter. Super bonus for driving the mountains and beach. Fun, fast and responsive handling. Roomy enough to haul furniture and heavy items. Comfortable for everyone on long haul family trips. Dealer maintenance cost is the lowest that I have ever had on any vehicle. Not a jaw dropping looking SUV but the interior ammenties will make you forget about that.

If you have been searching the market for a used diesel, give them a call. I have purchased 4 diesel's from them. My father also purchased a 2012 Dodge Cummins about 2 year's ago! I had an '07 cummins and was looking to upgrade to a 6 speed manual. So we gave them a call. BAMM!!! It was a deal. I recommend Country Select!! The Kia Sorento doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of the Toyota Highlander, but it is a good, more reasonably priced, reliable, quiet, dependable alternative.

I have had this car for 9 years now. Bought it at 60,000 Miles and it's now at 197000 miles. I have driven it from texas to Tennesse twice. From Texas to Georgia twice and I use it for daily routes and between the texas cities often. It's very reliable. Minor parts replacements. This was my 2nd Kia and plan to stick with the Kia family. I really don't want to get rid of mine. I will drive it until it stops on its own.
