I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

I visited 6 dealerships in a month prior to arriving to Goudy Honda. All other dealers where unwilling to work a deal. As the last dealer on my list, I arrived at Goudy. Pete and his staff from the beginning made sure I was taken care of. Tim made sure I was well informed with the vehicle and different models in inventory. This is my first experience with Fletcher Jones and it has been a good one so far. Buying a car long distance, sight unseen is always a bit of a challenge and potentially a risk. I feel very good about the responsiveness and customer care provided by Fletcher Jones staff. As car delivery is still in front of us, the jury is out on this experience, but I anticipate a very positive outcome. Fletcher Jones reputation provided a lot of confidence.

Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

Honestly, my experience was 6/5 stars. I went on Sunday to test drive the Crosstrek…Estelle Feng was more than happy to show me the vehicle, answer any questions, and didn’t pressure me at all to buy that day. I knew I’d be coming back because of her. I even considered going to a different dealership, but I just wanted to work with Estelle. Yesterday (Wednesday), Estelle met me on my timeline (she’s really the best) to test drive the specific trim I wanted, and I didn’t think I’d be able to make any deals that day, due to some paperwork I was waiting on. This is where Jeff Jones comes in. Honestly, I don’t know how Jeff did it, but he gave me exactly what I wanted. He worked hard to make sure to meet all my demands (and there were many). He somehow was able to get me into my dream car that day. Jeff is easy to talk, has a great sense of humor and really loves his job. Oh and he has the patience of a saint but I’ll get to the later. Marco Saines handled the boring stuff (paperwork)…again, super easy to talk to, honest, and just a good guy. He made it as painless as possible. He’s also quick to get back to you if you have questions. Back to Jeff…reading the contract today, I got confused by the numbers I was looking at. Admittedly, I am sick with a cold, and not thinking as sharply as normal. I called up and Jeff and ran him through the wringer. He very patiently explained to me what I was misunderstanding…several times (I’m sorry Jeff!!!). I realized my error and am immediately writing this review! :) Honestly, these three are a dream team. At no point did I feel pressured to buy that day, they just let me know I could if I wanted to. I hate being pressured, I’m highly anxious and am going through a difficult chapter in my life. I felt so comfortable as a woman going alone to this dealership and getting a car. I can honestly say this is one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had, and that’s saying a lot, especially for a car dealership. You won’t regret buying a car here. Just ask for Estelle, Jeff, and Marco

I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

I don't usually leave reviews but I was beyond satisfied with Hertz Norwalk that I HAD to. This was my first time buying a car and before arroving i was nervous i wasnt going to leave with a car due to my credit, BUT everything was so amazing I thought it was too good to be true. My credit is horrible and they were actually able to work with me. When I say work with me I mean I was actually able to get the year/make/model for literally the monthly payments i was looking for and less than $2k down payment. Reggie was my sales associate and he was amazing and His supervisor amazing also was able to knock my monthly payments down twice. So yea they definitely work with you here and are very nice with great customer service. I highly suggest anyone trying to buy a car even with bad credit check out Hertz Norwalk . No Joke!

It has very hard time trying to get a KIA representative on the phone regarding the recalls. I no longer have a working computer, but I did wait 1 1/2 hours on the phone for assistance, really even longer more than a month before. I have been calling since August without any results until today 9/12/23

I'm in the process of buying with this Hertz location. Paul has been a great help and he's promptly answered all of my questions either via email, text, or phone call. The car I am looking at was not processed yet, when I first spotted it on their lot. I have been kept in the loop the entire time. In June 2025 I bought a used car from OC Auto. There were issues regarding the title for the car caused by the auction company the car was purchased from & extra fees demanded by CA DMV. Adorable! I was so excited when I got my Kia Soul, it’s my second Kia product I had purchased which fits my budget. I noticed my soul had recalls, happy that there bein taking care off.. I love Driving it in the snow, lil Tank.
