J.B.A. Kia review
I went in last week to check out a 2019 Honda Accord EX-L, only because it was close to another car I was scheduled to test down the road in Pasadena. May sales rep was Mark and he's awesome. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even better, showed me with minimal research that the other car I was going to see had TWO previous accidents (shame on me for not seeing that) and they met me at the price I needed. So I ended up buying the Accord (very low mileage) at a great price. The best part was how easy Mark made the experience. My wife is on the loan but she didn't even have to be there. I drove the car off the lot about 2 hours after I arrived. They let me keep my old Honda in the lot until we were able to return that afternoon to pick it up. Overall the best car buying experience we've ever had. Thanks Mark and JBA Auto!
2017 Kia Sportage review
I purchased a good deal, but it turned out that it had an almost brand new engine, so the deal was much better. Why the new engine? Because the old one was leaking oil. Yes, oil leaks and oil consumption is the major issue people on this car, I had read about it. As having a new engine, I don´t have the issue yet, but I am aware, and I care the oil. Other than that, it provides power and it is reliable. On the left hand, the habitability and visibility in the interior is not the best to say something. To enter I have to bend my head down a bit, and I am a short guy. Also, at high speeds, it is not very stable on the steering; you need to grab the steering wheel and correct a little bit. In summary, I am happy because of what I got for very cheap. But for a regular price, it wouldn´t be my first option, nor the last one either.

Auto Giants Mitsubishi review
I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle at Auto Giants Mitsubishi. Matt and Joel were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand what I wanted, worked within my budget, and made sure I was comfortable with every decision. There was zero pressure, clear communication, and full transparency which made the buying process smooth and stress-free. They went above and beyond to get me exactly what I was looking for, and I truly felt supported from start to finish. Everything was handled efficiently, and there were no hidden surprises. I highly recommend Auto Giants Mitsubishi, especially if you’re working with Matt and Joel. This was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had.

Annapolis NissanReviews
Annapolis Nissan review
I was faced with an inconsistent heat problem in my Nissan Altima. I called Annapolis Nissan and spoke to Jennifer Kellermann in Customer Service. Jennifer really helped me from the beginning to the end in getting this heating issue fixed. She constantly kept me updated on the heat inspection process until the problem was resolved. Jennifer is polite and respectful, and this really means a lot when you are dealing with customers. Jennifer deserves an outstanding rating, and I recommend that she gets a top reward. Thank you, Jennifer, and I hope to see you next time when I'll need to get an oil change and tire rotation! Smile!!
2018 Kia Sportage review
I own 4 Kias now. I traded two Kias (189K and 150K) in for newer models. Say what you want, these are great cars (except the Seltos, its just dumb). You get way more for the money than in other vehicles. Some have issues, but all were resolved quickly with Kia. (Even their stupid choice to have no theft protection on some older models) Don't listen to the internet "experts", these are nice cars, well worth the price and nice to drive.

Safford Mazda SterlingReviews
Safford Mazda Sterling review
I had an excellent experience working with Eddie throughout my car-buying journey. For nearly six months, he was incredibly patient and supportive as I searched for the right vehicle, whether new or pre-owned. Even when we couldn't find the perfect match right away, Eddie stayed in touch and consistently kept me informed about new opportunities that fit my needs. Making such a significant purchase was not an easy decision for me, but Eddie never pressured me. He took the time to answer my questions, provide honest information, and help me feel comfortable throughout the process. The price negotiation was straightforward, efficient, and focused on finding a fair deal without wasting time. What really stood out was Eddie's communication. He was always responsive, both before and after the sale, and continued to answer my questions even after I had purchased the vehicle. His knowledge of Mazda vehicles is impressive, and his great sense of humor made the entire experience much more enjoyable. If I ever need another Mazda in the future, Eddie will be the first person I contact. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful salesperson.

2018 Kia Sportage EX AWD with Appearance PKG. Smooth right height fun driving vehicle! Bought this used 1.5yrs ago and It drives super quiet and smooth. I changed up the front projector lights to white bright LEDs and I get tons of compliments on its looks. People love my exterior and love the inside room and layout. Gas miles at 18mpg city and 23hwy. Not awesome but driving this car is awesome! When you buy this vehicle you have to get the All Wheel Drive. It's a must!! Skip out on the turbo.

Great experience at buying my new MDX at Chevy Chase Acura. My salesman was the best.
2022 Kia Sportage review
Excellent car ,no problems with 33 K miles. Rides quite and very solid. Interior seems to be top quality material. Radio is nice and great sound. No chips on exterior paint. Tires are exceptional. I hit some large holes in the roads and the tires are fine. Car has nice little features like dual sliding roof. There are other features like 4 different driving modes, lighted door handles on outside. There are other things. I will keep this for 2 more years.

2020 Kia Sportage review
I started with a 2010 KIA Forte and absolutely loved it. I now have a 2020 KIA Sportage and love this as well. The quality and performance of the KIA far outweighs any cars I previously owned; especially the warranty. I love the all wheel drive. The fact it seats 5 comfortably is perfect for me, and the back seat folds down for extra storage. The sportage is a very smart looking vehicle as well as functional. It is very easy to drive and just the right size. You can't go wrong with a KIA.

Aren Auto Group review
What a pleasant experience. My first time financing a vehicle. When going to initially look at the vehicle, I discovered a few issues. Obviously no used car is going to be perfect, nor was I expecting it to be. They told me to come back the next day and the issues would be fixed. I came back and they did in fact fix the car. They are willing to and have went above and beyond.
2020 Kia Sportage review
First off I would like to say that I am a huge car enthusiast who has owned many different cars in my 60 plus years. My most recent cars have been a 2017 Honda Pilot, 2022 Honda CRV and 2023 Toyota Highlander. The Pilot was nice but the CVT transmission drove me nuts with the way it jerked and shifted. The 2022 CRV was also nice but the electronics and bluetooth connectivity were SOOO bad!! The FWD Highlander with new turbo engine was a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe on curvy two lane roads.....like it didn't feel like it was gripping the road properly. It also had terrible turbo lag that was highly frustrating and dangerous feeling. When I would push it hard to get it going, it would almost skid out once it got going. The wireless apple CarPlay was its best feature but generally speaking the electronics were a nightmare and required a subscription to work best. You had to push multiple things to get to your radio and it was all so poorly designed. I had been having severe buyer remorse with the Highlander and started looking again. I drove a RAV4 and it was too underpowered and buzzy for my liking. Also drove a new Mazda CX-50 but was having a hard time spending the dollars on another new car since I would be losing on the Highlander trade. Long story short, we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for my college aged daughter in 2021. It was affordable, had good reviews and a longer warranty than everything else. She has loved it!! Turns out we have not needed the warranty even one time in these past two years. Only simple oil changes and tire rotations. She's away this summer so my husband and I have been driving her car periodically. During these drives, I decided I like her car so much, that I traded my Highlander for a certified pre-owned 2020 Sportage SX Turbo! I am SOOO thrilled with my decision!! The build is heavy and solid, visibility is incredible and driving it is SO much FUN! Feels like you're driving a Mercedes or BMW but at an extremely affordable price. The controls are so simple that I've not consulted the manual more than a couple of times. Everything has its own button and, although the car is loaded to the brim with every option you can imagine, it's all so easy to navigate and use. Kia made a winner here and I hope they continue on this path of using quality materials and easy to navigate electronics. If so I will be a loyal Kia fan forever!!

2024 Kia Sportage review
Our 2024 Sportage X Pro Prestige AWD suv is possibly the best suv we've ever owned. Only owned it 1 month, so really early in the ownership phase. Love the upgraded trim line's interior, the really wide display screen and the wolf gray exterior paint with the black top! Ride is very smooth and the 30.2 MPG average is very acceptable. On the highway only, get closer to 35 mpg. Recommend it to a family of 4 or less. Only downside is that it has much less pep starting out from lights; good thing we are retired and not in a big hurry! LOL

I scheduled an oil change, same day by phone and was told it would take 90 minutes to 2 hours. I was courteously greeted by Ashlyn, my service rep (who seemed to know a lot from a discussion she had with one of the service persons) and found a comfortable area in the waiting room. After an hour I was sent a link to a video inspection where they said the engine air filter was still clean enough to not need replacement and when they lifted the car, all was in order underneath. This reminded me to ask for a tire rotation, which they did. The car was ready in 90 minutes from when I got in.

Cameron, Rob, the general manager, Erica, the finance person, made me feel so comfortable and so welcome, I did have to walk out once or twice to get the best deal I got, but Rob and Cameron would not let me go until I got a deal that I wanted. Using dealing with a car dealership is unpleasant, but besides having to sit for three hours when you get your car, everything else was perfect thank you gentlemen and Erica

This vehicle runs and handles beautifully. Easy to maneuver the engine runs smooth and great on fuel .. Find looking as well . if you are looking for a medium SUV this one is just right . What a pleasant experience! Hypatia was great, the car was exactly (as far as I can tell) as advertised on Cars.com, the free Carfax analysis was very helpful for projecting reliability and assessing price to value, and ensuring maintenance was kept up. Definitely consider returning for future purchases! Glad to recommend them to others.
2016 Kia Sportage review
I purchased one four months ago. Mixed opinions. It was a great deal that I couldn´t pass on it. 128K miles but with new engine just 11K miles old for $3,500. It is a gasoline 2.4 liter. Why the engine was changed? Because of oil leak. But because of that I have no oil problems so far, but I am aware that people complain about oil issues. Other than that, interior space may be small, particularly if you are mid to big size. I am a short guy, and I have to bend a little my head to get in and out. Cargo space is less than what you can expect. And as others remark, visibility is also an issue, windows too high, wide blind spots, lateral windows tint at night... But on the right hand, this thing is powerful and easy to drive and maneuver. It runs smooth, transmission is smooth... no issues about the driving experience. You feel good driving it. Not excellent on gas, but fair enough. So it depends on your circumstances and expectances.

2018 Kia Sportage review
I have enjoyed my kia sportage. It is reliable, and I love the heated front seats. I also like the fact that the heat can be controlled on the driver side and the front passenger side independently. It has great space in the front and back. It has a backup camera, which is a great safety feature. You can turn the awd off and on. This helps with gas mileage. I do recommend that you use a good grade of regular gas to increase gas mileage. I have found that Shell, ExxonMobil, and Costco do well in my Kia sportage. My only complaint is that the gas mileage could be a little better. However, if you use quality gas, you can better gas mileage. Overall, l would recommend the Kia Sportage.

Mr. Crooms was a good salesman. Pretty laid back but helpful through the buying process. Only glitch was that we went all the way to Baltimore to buy a blue Nissan Sentra SV and then were told it was sold the day before, so we had to settle for a pearl white which wasn’t our first choice. May have been a bait and switch, but can’t confirm. Anyhow, all went pretty well!
2023 Kia Sportage review
after tons of research, started looking at the Kia suvs/sportage..I had driven Lexus RX, few other different luxury brands..I loved Kia’s warranty, 7r/10yr wow….even though owned cars and they NEVER required repair, but I do maintain and take care of my vehicles, first foremost regular oil/filter changes and sometimes even skipped a service check…so decided to test drive, I was pleasantly surprised it handled well, cabin quiet, hugs the ride, awesome sound system by H Kardon, suspension felt good( unlike last Lexus) it has all the bells and whistles, safety features. pep when needed, and gas mileage 27-up as high as 36 mph with sensible driving…oh yes 2 rear passenger has plenty of leg and head room, reclining rear seats even for 6ft + passenger was amazing surprise.. cargo area good size.. just could not find anything that turned me off the vehicle…so I bought one, and no regrets..

2023 Kia Sportage review
I've had this car for nearly 2 years but have less than 7.000 miles on it, so maybe this isn't a fair judgement, but so far, it's been great. I got the basic gas model. No problems. Had one weird thing where i didn't realize that I couldn't move the car AT ALL with the door ajar, and the car freaked out & seized up! But once I figured that out, and learned how to use all the tech, it's been great. It actually turns out to be a bit small for my needs, but other than that, great . . .

I have the SX Prestige model and I love my car. I love just about everything about my car from the numerous tech feature to the huge dashboard. After two years of owning the vehicle, I’m still finding features that I never knew existed. If I had to think of two things that I hated most about this car, they would have to be the lack of power and the gas version and the sunroof controls other than that great car

The hatch curves in on the back so much narrower than I wanted. Which was the reason I didn't get a new escape. There were so many things I can't fit in the car that we went and got 2 trailers. A hitch mounted one and a regular trailer. If you camp leave this delicate SUV on the paved road. I haven't gotten stuck yet but the clearance underneath the car is inadequate. The interior is smaller than it seems, too. With my 2 dogs plus my daughter's 3 1 of them sometimes 2 migrate to the front seat. They are average 30lb dogs. I could put all 5 and at least 2 people plus me in the very old escape. Gas mileage is better than before but not astonishingly so. As you can tell I was underwhelmed with this car. My relationship did start badly, I will admit, with this car. Like a bait and switch. Haven't been near that dealership. Supposed to have been 500 plus escape. Salesman calls and said they didn't need the escape as part of the down. Got there and he wanted 1000 not the 500. I should have just left. Cause it still make my blood boil. So that start might be coloring my view. But each point I stated is true at least for my use. The car doesn't get driven everyday. Most I go round trip is maybe 60 miles once or twice a month. It's 30 miles roundtrip usually or 5 to 10 miles in town.
