2019 Lexus IS 300 review
My beloved 2010 IS 250 needed more in repairs than it was worth. I asked to be put on the list (yes, it’s come to that these days) for a new car. The wonderful salesman at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains asked if I was interested in a used car. Of course, said I. When he showed me the 2019 IS 300, I fell in love! Midnight blue with a camel interior, low mileage, and certified by Lexus. So far, so great! So many more features than my 2010. It’s a smoother ride than my IS 250; I have to get used to that , as my 250 hugged every curve. But I’m totally in love with this car!

Noblesville ImportsReviews
Noblesville Imports review
Though I intended to purchase a used vehicle with a much lower sticker value than most of the cars on the lot I was treated with utmost respect and friendliness, from the office staff to the mechanic to one of the partners. They understood we had driven a couple hours amidst the coronavirus pandemic and worked quickly and easily with me to take the car home that evening. They honored the out the door price we had discussed prior to arrival and even shipped parts they were unable to return to Toyota at no cost to me.

2016 Lexus IS 300 review
Great small sports sedan, handling is great for a daily driver if you have high performance all season sports tires. Great for road trips, I'm young and single so it's great for someone like me or someone with a girlfriend/wife. May not be as practical for a family as the back seat is kind of small. Reliability has been great. This is a great buy if you want sporty handling, great design, value for money and reliability!

BMW of West St. LouisReviews
BMW of West St. Louis review
I had Wendy Osterman as our Client Advisor, I have been buying Dodge vehicles since 1984. This is the first time I stepped away from the Dodge family and purchased my first BMW. We bought the X3 M50, what we have found out that this SUV is awesome and have enjoyed driving it everyone we get into it. Wendy was wonderful to work with, she went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I had a great buying experience with her and would definitely do it again. If you are in the market for a car or SUV I recommend BMW and the best client advisor I have ever worked with. Please go see them, great dealership and great people. Thank you for the experience.

Wilde HondaReviews
Wilde Honda review
would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received at Wild Honda, particularly from Chris. From the outset, Chris was incredibly polite and professional in assisting me with the purchase of my 2013 Cadillac. He took the time to explain every detail of the process and demonstrated remarkable patience throughout. Chris truly listened to my needs and ensured that I walked away with exactly what I wanted. The entire team went above and beyond to meet my expectations, making the experience not only enjoyable but also stress-free. I highly recommend visiting Wild Honda, regardless of your location—it’s definitely worth the drive. Be sure to ask for Chris! Additionally, I would like to commend the sales manager, Eugene, for his outstanding support. Thank you both for making this experience so positive!
2018 Lexus IS 300 review
Bought the car used from my current dealer and I can't say enough good things about it, mine is an IS300 f sport AWD with the 3.5 v6. Driving, the car is very comfortable, the v6 has more then enough power with the added benefit of being fuel efficient. There are 2 main flaws with the vehicle which are very minor in my opinion, 1 is front tire wear, it can be easily fixed but upgrading the lower control arm bushings, and Secondly the infotainment screen, no Apple caraway or android auto for the year, but can be easily upgraded! All in all this is the perfect mix of reliability and performance you'd expect from toyota, would recommend this car to anyone

2019 Lexus IS 300 review
This a great entry-luxury vehicle! Even with the 2.0L turbocharged engine, it's fairly quick and gets up to higher speeds without a problem. It's very quiet and comfortable on just about any road. The interior fit/finish is impeccable, and the exterior styling is striking (especially in Eminent White Pearl). The AC is the coldest I've ever experienced in a car so far! The card is very stable at highway speeds and above. I've been averaging 33 MPG on the highway (driving back/forth from DC/Chesapeake weekly), and around 24 in the city. We shall see how she goes from this point forward! Definitely recommended!

Im a married guy with no kids. The car is unbelievably well, drives so smooth and fantastic in all seasons. DEFINITELY go for this instead of the German or American competitors. Unbelievably gorgeous exterior with great interior, however the german counterparts do have better interior. The engine sounds amazing and it is a Naturally Aspirated Engine. It does consume a ton of fuel, thats the negative I would add.

INFINITI of ChattanoogaReviews
INFINITI of Chattanooga review
Steve Sharp sold me a 2023 Infiniti Q50 in April, 2025. I became unhappy with the run-flat tires and the uncomfortable ride. I spoke with Steve OFTEN as he proceeded to search for a used vehicle with air-filled tires that I would be able to trade for at the dealership. After NUMEROUS attempts to locate a vehicle, Steve's persistent efforts found a 2024 Nissan Murano Platinum that satisfied my every "concern". Steve is an honest, pressure free, patient sales associate who goes above and beyond to please customers. Kevin helped to negotiate a deal with the trade details. He wanted to make sure I was "HAPPY". Robert processed the financial paperwork in a no rush manner. Steve, Kevin, and Robert made my decision easier and more comfortable. I left the dealership excited to drive the Murano. I highly recommend these professional associates for a stress free, relaxed deal.

This car has excellent safety features, voice recognition, and all you would want in a sedan. This is the 3d Lexus I have owned and it has great performance and reliability.

Staff were very friendly but took several hours to complete paperwork even though financing was not needed; would be better for them to enhance their efficiency in this regard.

Andy Mohr HyundaiReviews
Andy Mohr Hyundai review
Our AC quit working during our 12 hour drive to Bloomington from Eastern PA. We called them from the road at 1:30 on a Friday afternoon hoping somehow it could be fixed before we left on Tuesday. They got us in immediately at 3:00, someone offered to work late, and we were all set by 4:30. We can't thank them enough for squeezing us in and saving our weekend travels. Just the Hoosier hospitality I remembered!
2016 Lexus IS 300 review
I love my Lexus IS300. The F-Sport model looks and drives fantastic. Unfortunately the fuel milage is rather poor averaging 23-24MPG highway and 19 city. I recently just experienced another common issues where the amplifier has stopped working. This causes no sound to come out of the speakers and is looking to be a very costly repair. I would buy another IS300 without a doubt.

Bell Lexus North ScottsdaleReviews
Bell Lexus North Scottsdale review
I came to Scottsdale at the beginning of May looking to purchase a pre-owned Audi or BMW. I threw Lexus into the mix as my daughter had worked for a Lexus dealership and told me how great the brand was. So, my wife and I went into Bell Lexus late one morning where we were introduced to our sales representative, Wally Plachcinski. Long story short, we had committed to buying a used RX350 AWD before the day was over. Wally was a great salesperson! He attentively listened to what we considered essential vs. desirable and after seeing three different cars, he presented a fourth and it was perfect for us. During the sales process, including the dreaded financial portion which Joon made painless and smooth, there was never a hint of pressure, just options with the advantages and disadvantages presented. The financial piece for us, coming in from outside the USA, was complex. However, Bell Lexus worked with us to ensure our needs were met while their interests were protected. In the end, the transaction was completed smoothly. One interesting piece was that the second key FOB was missing and this presented a challenge for Wally to sort out. But, as promised within three days, he had recovered the FOB and made arrangements for us to receive it even though he was unavailable. Great service! This was overall one of THE best experiences I've had in purchasing any of the 20+ cars I've owned. It is a great dealership to visit at any time and for any reason, well run, immaculate and with a great little waiting area supported by pleasant wait staff who are eager to please. A confirmed German-made car owner, I am now a Lexus convert. Wally's attention to detail and great service was the spark that lit the fire for that conversion. He is highly recommended!
