This car meets my needs. Enough power. The only items I should have gotten were blind spot monitor, and Homelink. It’s a great car to drive. It does however have blind spots that I installed convex mirror to the passenger side view mirror.

Love this SUV! It's futuristic exterior design caught my attention! Purchased brand new currently has 78,000. PROS: Extremely reliable and comfortable, quick, well-built, faux leather seats (much easier to take care of than leather), Sleek and sporty design, modern - NO wood interior! In 2015 Lexus accomplished what no other car maker ever did - All of their cars received the highest reliability rating! Had many cars and the NX is by far is the best! CONS: Touchy & frustrating mouse pad - jumps all over the place, display screen too small, requires premium gas, old and out of place analog clock.

The person who posted the fact that they are Ukraine owned has zero impact on them as a business. In fact, the same person posted twice just to damage the ratings. There’s always a dingdong out there.

I have owned this car for five years, and keeping up with required maintenance I have NEVER had any maintenance problems. This is the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned. It’s an F-sport, so gas mileage is OK, only complaint the gas tank is too small.

Lexus will always be a great purchase doesn't matter what you choose. You can't go wrong period I am a previous owner of alexis.E s three fifty, and I am a lexus nx200t owner the gas is pretty much the same. You save on fuel great mileage. Great stability on the road, very quiet drive. Same maintenance as an ES350 my insurance remains the same, even though I have a small SUV you can't beat that. LUXURY ON A BUDGET

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. Purchased NXt200 recently. Top of the line styling. Love the red color. Nice comfortable interior. Engine compartment items look easily accessible. Trunk area also big enough for my needs. Reclining rear seats a big hit with kids. Able to drive 30+ mpg on highways. Didn’t look for nor got the 350 horsepower sports car. So yes, 200+ horsepower is good enough for me.

Found a 2017 NX 200t F-Sport-3 with all the toys including HUD Purchased it in Dec 2021 this one only had 9K miles, it still had the new car smell. Its fast, handles beautifully. it's a glider. I had the windows tinted and the calipers painted red. It's a one of a kind. This one outshines the newer ones.

I did the entire transaction online, which can always be a bit stressful as the dealership is 10 hours away from me. Mike was my sales rep and I cannot imagine anyone being more responsive, thorough, and upfront about every part of the transaction. Professional, polite and personable, I always felt like I was in good hands. He picked me up at the airport, drove me back to the dealership, and I was on my way within an hour. I have purchased Mercedes, Audi, and other luxury brands, but this was by far the best customer service experience I have ever had purchasing a car. By the way, the vehicle, a Lexus LC 500 convertible is incredible as well!

Very impressive and meets all my expections. Both the exterior and interior styling is very good. The car rides and feels like a luxury car should be. Also love all the safety features built into the auto.
