2020 Lexus RX 350 review
Superior-Drives like you are floating on a cloud even though it's a heavy SUV. All the tech, safety features and luxury you could want. Handles well with a great sound system. The fit and finish is top of the line. The quality of the engine, engineering and construction will make this vehicle last for many years with only basic maintenance. A smart choice if you want quality, a smooth ride, reliability, safety, and not an annoying unsafe money pit that will bleed you dry.

2024 Lexus RX 350 review
Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

2023 Lexus RX 350 review
I have driven extensively the previous generation RX and had an opportunity to drive this one in Las Vegas recently. On the positive it’s a Lexus and it will last forever nothing not even anything in Europe like Mercedes-Benz will match a Toyota product for functionality, reliability, and durability on the negative side, the previous generation was more distinctive looking. Lexa seems to be having a 67 stingray to 68 stingray moment like Chevrolet did back in the late 60s with the Corvette in the sense that the older car was superior to the new one but in general, if you need a new midsize luxury crossover, the Lexus RX remains the industry standard .

Service Advisor Ted Weinsziehr is the main reason I will recommend this dealership to anyone. My wife (also known as "my boss") first took our vehicle to another GMC dealership on the south side of town, and our experience there was terrible. Our 2017 Yukon Denali was making a noise, but they couldn't pinpoint where it was coming from. Because they couldn't identify the source of the problem, our warranty company wasn't going to approve repairs. To make matters worse, that dealership misled my wife, me, and the warranty company about work they claimed to have completed. After talking with several friends and a mechanic we trust, everyone recommended that we take our vehicle to Jim Ellis GMC, located at 5862 Peachtree Blvd. From the moment we arrived, Ted Weinsziehr made a great impression. He greeted us politely and asked how he could help. I explained that the vehicle would begin making the noise after about ten minutes of driving. Once Ted heard the sound, he immediately started the paperwork to have a diagnostic performed. He told us he would have an answer within 48 hours and he actually delivered in less than 48 hours. Ted provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. Every time my wife or I called, he either responded within minutes or returned our call within 24 hours. He was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and kept us informed every step of the way. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way Ted does. I also want to recognize Nicole. Every time I called, she was friendly, kind, and welcoming. She always had a pleasant attitude when I asked to be transferred to Ted, and that level of professionalism did not go unnoticed. We can't thank Ted enough for everything he did for us. If you're looking for honest, dependable service, I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Jim Ellis GMC and asking for Ted Weinsziehr. If I could give him a 10-star rating, I absolutely would. I purchased a used 2017 Mercedes SLC300 from this dealership. The salesperson Ashley has been very supportive through the sales process - no rush, and fair representation to her management on our asks (1 tire was bad, seat scruffs and headlight dull). Upon purchase and drive back the car had serious vibrations at low speeds on the passenger front. Next day took the car to a Mercedes specialist and found the wheel was bent. Not sure how did their famed pre-sales multipoint check missed it. When I reported the issue, the service manager Robert was quite rude - asking why didn't you notice it in test ride. Later a tire change resolved it as per service; but bent wheel wasn't fixed. But for that joker Robert, I would definitely deal with AutoNation Hyundai Mall of Georgia. Plus a big question mark on their multipoint inspection. Please get an independent inspection done before you buy here.

AT AGE 92, I NEEDED ANOTHER CAR EASY TO GET IN AND OUT, RELIABLE, SAFE, WITH MANY BELLS AND WHISTLES, AND AFFORDABLE. I FOUND A 2015 LEXUS RX350 WITH JUST OVER 70K MILES IN SUPURB CONDITION FOR 18,600K, IN FLORIDA. HAVE HAD IT FOR 9 WEEKS, AND IT IS THE BEST VALUE CAR I HAVE EVER OWNED, INCLUDING A BMW AND MB SUV.

Mike Wynne at Capitol Mazda was the 1st of 3 dealerships in the area to call back. The offer had to be good enough to persuade me to make the 3 1/2 hour drive. The internet price at Capitol Mazda was already reduced by $1600 off MSRP. Right off the bat, Mike said that there was an additional internet discount of $1000…so I didn’t have to do any haggling. I did a Google search of my 9-year old trade-in estimated at $7800-8300; Mike offered $1700 more than the higher end of the Google trade-in value. The car inspection showed some previously known repairs needed but he still gave the original trade-in offer. He also gave honest advice about using navigation on my iPhone through Apple Car Play rather than buying the Mazda navigation sim card.
2020 Lexus RX 350 review
The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

I wanna start off by saying my last Experience approaching a vehicle from Sun Toyota In Holiday Florida was a complete nightmare. That was two years ago. I went in yesterday to have a couple of things taken care of. The gentlemen by the name of Michael Shumaker Was the first person that I spoke to when I pulled into the bay. I explain issues I had said while you’re waiting can I show you a car that I think would be happier with. From the very beginning, I told him The issues that I had with my prior purchase. He was so patient and still took the time to go over her numbers to see if he could match my payment. I received the inspection of my vehicle at 8:34 AM. At 11:17 AM the advisor called me and asked me what they wanted to do about Top mounted brake light. At that point, I put my phone on mute with the advisor and told Michael that I needed to walk out of the store because I was furious. He followed me out to talk to me. I told him that thanks to the advisor that he just lost a sale. When I went back inside, he sat down with me the waiting section and we talk some more. Let’s just say he not only came up with the best offer, he got me a better deal on it the vehicle that is completely loaded and is in perfect condition and I looked at him and I said you’ve got a deal and shook my hand. Michael Shumaker Was extremely patient with me. He went to the mat for me and got me a payment that was no more than seven dollars more than my original payment. Not only that but I do not have to make a payment for 45 days as well as I’m getting over a $500 refund check from something that they had put on my old car loan two years ago. This guy is the guy you want to go and ask for when you go there. He was with me for over three hours because I couldn’t decide what to do in the entire time we were together he looked at me directly in the eyes as While speaking and had feedback for all my concerns and questions. This gentleman truly went way above and beyond. He deserves more than a 5 Star rating. In my review, I’m going to give him 10 stars. He told me what I need to go back For any type of service to contact him first. This gentleman even followed up with me in the evening to see how I was enjoying my new purchase. Sun Toyota Extremely lucky lucky to have Michael Shumaker On their team. I hope they do whatever they can to keep him there. Should he go elsewhere I will follow him wherever he goes. I hope that people read the reviews for Sun Toyota In. See this. You will not regret going there and asking for this gentleman.
2015 Lexus RX 350 review
Have only had this 2015 Lex for about 5 weeks. OK so far. In my earlier 2 yrs' experience w a 2008 RX 350 and before that, 10 yrs with 2 ES 350s, these are comfortable & generally reliable but the cost of maintenance & repairs is at least twice that of a Toyota or Honda. Things like the rear door struts/rear door mechanism or hood struts breaking down, is one thing, but the main engine seal leaking hits you w a big bill.

2021 Lexus RX 350 review
I love my new RX350! I love the Atomic silver and the styling. The technology is not real user friendly, but it can do a lot! It’s nice to drive, since it is so quiet and smooth riding. I paid cash but still hand to pay full retail price for the Certified 2021 with low miles. The dealership in Tulsa was great, though.

2022 Lexus RX 350 review
Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

Great experience!!! Sami in sales was extremely helpful and accommodating to my family. We drove 2 1/2 hours to the dealership and the 4 of us showed up 30 minutes before closing with my wife, a toddler and 6 month old. Sami, the manager and an F&I associate stayed an extra hour after closing to try and make a deal with my family. I was very impressed with the condition of the used Odyssey we were looking at and also the dealership presentation and amenities for customers. The staff went above and beyond with their reconditioning of the van, replacing the timing belt and tensioner which I have never seen another dealership do on the more than two dozen Odyssey’s with over 100k miles I’ve inspected in my ongoing 6 month search. The detail department also did an excellent job with the vehicle which is an area where most dealerships are lacking. Unfortunately, we couldn’t come to terms on my trade vehicles value at that time. While Weir Canyon did later agree to match a CarMax offer, we then were $1,500 apart on the cost of the Odyssey and did not end up purchasing the vehicle from Weir Canyon. Nonetheless it was still an awesome experience and I wholeheartedly recommend this trusted Honda store.
2023 Lexus RX 350 review
Initially all the technology was overwhelming. After getting to know the car, I really like it. I do miss the old push a button radio. You do have to take your eyes off the road to find a specific radio station.

2022 Lexus RX 350 review
I bought my 2022 RX 350 Premium in February, it rides comfortably and the outward visibility is good, overall built in quality and safety features makes you feel at ease and confident on the road ahead, I’m 64 yrs old 6’2 230 lbs and both front ventilated seats are very comfortable. Don’t believe the hype of the Mark Levinson audio system which in itself an excellent addition adds up $$$ to the overall price and unless you have to drive a concert hall all day it is not needed, the built in quality HD system on the Premium suffices for most users, the added CD is a welcoming experience for an old gizzard like me and my classical CD’s. I do not care to start my vehicle using my smartphone, personally the Lexus app is not useful to me, as my choice is to start the vehicle the old fashion way key-fob in my pocket. Thus far I do not use the kick sensor for the power rear door it’s simply enough to touch the bottom on the rear tailgate. I find the touch pad user friendly, no convoluted problems using it on my 8’ inch screen, love the dials quality buttons on the 8 inch screen as well. This RX 350 2022 model is the last of the V6 smooth buttery engines with sufficient power and acceleration yet economical enough, it doesn’t require 91 octane gasoline as it is engineered to perform on 87 octane. Overall I’m very pleased with my 2022 RX 350 and plan to keep it until death keeps us apart. Thank you for reading my heartfelt review.

2017 Lexus RX 350 review
Since I bought this car I noticed when I apply break the both front wheels vibrate (Shake).It is more shaking when I drive down the slope on HWY. The mechanics suggested me to replace the front disc of both wheels.
