Neil Huffman Mazda review
My overall experience with Neil Huffman has been OK. They haven't done anything to make them stand above the rest nor any worse. One gripe that I have with all dealerships though is the time it takes to complete the sale. It took over 2 hours from the time we agreed on the price for the new vehicle until we started signing the paperwork. Again that's pretty common with buying a car but still excessive. My daughter also had already bought a used VW from Neil Huffman and had an issue with it on day one. The issue was that the Engine Oil level low light came on. They told her that the sensor needed to be reset and everything was OK. Shortly after leaving the dealership the light returned. I checked the oil level and found that it was in fact low (has the light indicated). The car was serviced and she has not had an issue since. I have a few maintenance visits for the car that I bought so I'll see how it goes, but for now I'm not to impressed with them from that prospective.
2016 Lexus RC 200t review
I traded my Range Rover Sport Supercharged in I was concerned about the low profile at first of my Lexus, but that went out the window minute I sit in the cockpit. I was transformed into pilot. When I decided I was ready to look at purchasing the 2026 Outback Wilderness I checked out Austin Subaru. (I have a friend who just purchased her 4th Outback from them). Met with John Martinez. Right away John discussed the quality of the newly remodeled Wilderness. The whole process was smooth and easy. I highly recommend him. Once I purchased it he took me around and introduced me to key personnel that I would be dealing with in the future, maintenance, repairs, etc. John took the time to walk me through important settings in the car before I took it home. And assisted me in an add-on purchase as well. The Austin Subaru Service Dept. set my 6 month service appointment right away and I was also scheduled for a one on one appointment to go over the features in my new vehicle. A pretty smooth experience all in all. Highly recommend.
2015 Lexus RC 350 review
Reliable, holds it's value reputation really well. Fun to drive, and it's a sports coupe. Decent fuel mileage, low cost maintenance. Comfortable seat's, plenty of space room. Trunk space is nice to have. This car is just super sharp looking.
