Rob and Steve are the best. You will not find a more honest and straightforward pair of people in this business. It's apparent that they understand the value of customer service in developing a loyal customer base. This is not a high pressure sale at all. From the time you drive on their lot it's clear that they offer high quality used vehicles at fair prices. They let the cars do the talking for them. I am in the process of transitioning to a new job which precipitated this search (my old job had a company car). I popped in to test drive one that I found on cars.com. I loved the car. Had a great conversation with Steve about our employment histories, and ultimately left a deposit for the vehicle. A day later I got a call from the recruiter for my new job, and she told me that she was able to negotiate a company car into my new compensation package. My first call after was to Continental. I spoke to Rob, and explained what had happened. Told him that I may still want the car as my personal vehicle, but wouldn't be able to pull the trigger on that for another month or so. He could not have been more understanding. Said they will continue to market the car, and if someone else expresses interest, he will call me to give first right of refusal. How could you be more fair than that? Even if I don't ultimately buy this car, don't think I would shop anywhere else for a used vehicle, and I live 45 minutes from their lot!
