I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. Overall, my experience was that the sales team was organized and knowledgeable and everything was well communicated and pretty seamless throughout all phases of the purchase process. All of the paperwork was straightforward and made sense and the finance guy, I forget his name, was great to work with as well. My salesperson Justin was very friendly and helpful as was the sales manager, Dan. In fact everyone in the dealership was super friendly and tried to make the experience as pleasant as possible. I had negotiated a repair of a scratch in the paint as part of the sale and it was done quickly and very professionally. I would recommend buying a used car from this group.

Mazda is comfortable, I'm in my 70's Reliable, rides great, great on gas. Something that is great on the road, Able to handle, I've handle: M-6 sadan, SUV 5, big enough good room ,and M-cx30 and 3. All long distance traveling. And not high maintenance. Good for all season

2025 Mazda CX-30 review
Owned the car 5 months. Very happy with interior comfort and the stowing/storage space in the rear. The sound system is impressive. Took a little time to become accustomed to the entertainment system but I just needed experience. Good road handling in the winter. Practically no road noise. I appreciate the lane indicator features. Great small SUV
