Went to this Carmax off of an advertised vehicle. Vehcile was as advertised with no hidden charges or add-ons. We wanted to look at others and the salesperson walked us through all available vehicles. We ended up wanting to see one at another Carmax They set up arrangeents and we went to the other Carmax and purchased that vehicle. Both dealerships were very helpful and courteous. Price was better than other dealerships and there was no haggling. Actually a very easy buying process. I have not found a better price at ay other dealership in the area.

Wanted to leave this review letting everyone know if you can get to this dealership DO IT. My wife and myself drove 10 hours one way from Virginia Beach to get a beautiful 2003 Silverado 1500 with 77000 miles on it. We also traded in are 2022 kia Sportage AWD so we wouldn't have another car payment. Before we got to the dealership we talked about how much the full purchase price would be and if they would be able to at least pay off the KIA. We send in a video of the car and they said minimum they would pay off the KIA. The price they told me was the price I paid . They didn't change it on me . They paid us more then what we owed for are Kia even though they didn't have too. We have boughten 4 brand new cars in Virginia Beach and 3 used ones in are life time. When it comes to getting another used car I will be going through these guys regardless of we're I live. #respect to everyone that worked there. You guys got customers for life from us. So if you want a hassle free , great reliable car. We're the dealership puts you guys first before making maximum money I advise you go to this dealership even if you're driving far. We did 10 hours there 11 back home and we couldn't be happier. Thx again to everyone that helped us . Great experience. I called to check on a 2021 Ram Limited that they had listed. I was driving 8 hours to see it, they confirmed it was in stock and we made an appointment for the next morning. They had it ready when I arrived. It was as described. I knew what my Jeep Wrangler was worth so it didn’t take long to agree on a deal. Cobra Rhodes was the sales person and I also worked with the general manager Josh Osborne. Both were great to work with. I was only there 90 minutes and left with my new to me truck. I had been looking over the eastern half of the country and this was the best deal that I found. The only hiccup was that it took longer than expected to receive the title. They used a third party title company that didn’t completely the paperwork for several weeks. After I contacted Southwest about it, they did everything they could to resolver it quickly.
