By far the best car buying experience I have had. Big E our salesman, worked hard to get us approved for financing and explained everything clearly along the way. His professionalism, honesty, and friendly attitude made a huge difference. If you are looking for great customer service and a team that truly cares, definitely ask for Big E. I couldn’t be happier with my experience highly recommend. Thank you!

Heritage Volkswagen ParkvilleReviews
Heritage Volkswagen Parkville review
I do not typically do reviews. I always say I do not get to advertise for a company. But... Today I purchased a 2026 Tiguan from Heritage Volkswagen Parkville. The service was EXCEPTIONAL! When I first arrived I was able to browse freely without pressure. Then my salesperson Mari approached me. I thought I would receive the typical sales greeting. I immediately put my guard up. Giving vague answers to why I was there and what I was looking for. Partly because I didn't have anything specifically I was looking for. I really was just browsing. Mari asked all the right questions to help me narrow down me needs. I never felt like he was selling me but more like assisting me. By the time I left I had the perfect vehicle in the perfect color with all my perfect features. Mari drove 4 hours round trip to get me to the vehicle that checked all my boxes. While Mari was on the road, Paris (in financing) closed the deal. I was very strict about my budget parameters. I wasn't budging and Paris listened. While he prepared the documents we talked like life long friends. While I know they are there to "sell me" and to "close the deal". I also know genuine people when I encounter them. Mari even returned the rental car drove up in for me. That was such a big help for me. This is my second vehicle from this dealership and I will be back again when needed. Mari and Paris gave me a 5-Star experience so I had to give them a 5-star review. Keep up the great work.

Heritage Mazda CatonsvilleReviews
Heritage Mazda Catonsville review
We had an excellent experience purchasing our new 2026 Mazda CX-5 from Heritage Mazda Catonsville, and we especially want to thank Joe Summers for all of his help. From the moment we arrived, Joe was incredibly patient and never made us feel pressured. We test drove three different vehicles before making our decision, and he took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us compare different options so we could choose the right vehicle for us. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, Joe guided us through the entire buying process. There was a lot of paperwork and financing details to go through, but he explained everything clearly and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. The process took longer than expected, yet he stayed late with us until everything was completed. We truly appreciated his dedication and professionalism. Joe was knowledgeable, honest, and never pushy. We're very happy with our new Mazda and highly recommend both Joe Summers and Heritage Mazda Catonsville to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

2025 Mazda CX-50 review
I had 2018 cx-5 for 6 years and traded for 2025 cx-50 last October it has 6800 miles on it now here’s my opinion on both vehicles CX-5 has more mature feeling when you drive it Feels heavier and quieter and eat more gas also little bit of old technology than cx-50 CX-50 has good gas mileage, little more power, lighter feel than cx-5,newer technology and better seats than cx-5 Also when you drive on highway it’s more comfortable for steer feeling than cx-5 So it’s your preference of what kind of drive feels do you like Both vehicles have a good reliability

My tenth Mazda since 2010. Good looking vehicle, interior is well done. My only issue is road noise from the tires. It is a Turbo Premium Plus but louder than my 2019 CX9 GT. Not much wind noise or any other noise but just the tires.

2026 Mazda CX-50 review
The CX-50 is a great car. The exterior and interior are sleek and luxurious, and it drives great. The combo leather/canvas seats are awesome, because you still get the look of leather without the sticky/sweaty feel. Responsive infotainment system and variety of control options (joystick, touch screen, steering wheel buttons) is nice. AWD works great for me in the mountains.

Len Stoler Lexus review
The time that I and my sister spent with Tyrone in Len Stoler Lexus to get our vehicles was a good one
2025 Mazda CX-50 review
I am very happy with my purchase. I already owned a 2018 CX-5 and it never gave me any problems so I had no qualms about purchasing another Mazda. I went with the CX-50 Turbo Premium Plus for the horsepower and the extra perks (i.e. automatic folding mirrors, and I like that the side mirrors also turn down to see the curb when parking, front AND rear cameras, panoramic sun/moonroof, speed display in windshield, heated and ventilated cooling seats, and a 12-speaker Bose Stereo system). I love the extra power of the Turbocharged engine that my CX-5 doesn't have. The things I don't care for: 1) the retractable cargo cover (a $250 addl charge) doesn't attack to the lift (like my CX-5 does. It's much more convenient if it's attached so there's no pulling it out each time you need to put something in the trunk; 2) I don't like that I have to turn off the automatic shut off of the engine at stops and that I have to turn it off every time I get in the car. I'd like there to be an option to turn it off indefinitely unless and until I want to turn it on; 3) I would also love it if the driver and front passenger seats raised a bit higher. I'm not short but I would feel more comfortable if the seat height lifted another couple of inches. Overall, I really love my car. The steering is tight and the ride is more comfortable than I expected, and the inside of the cab is quiet and the stereo is premium. The seats are attractive with the light colored stitching to accent the seats. Because of all the features in my model, I got a lot of bang for my buck as opposed to a more expensive car costing $20K more for all the same features with Mazda reliability as well as more reasonable/affordable maintenance costs. I had a BMW several years ago and, once out of warranty, the maintenance is ridiculously costly. Additionally, the service department at the dealership where I purchased my car is top notch and the transparency for maintenance is appreciated! In the last 7 years of owning a Mazda, I have never had a bad experience.

Ourisman Toyota 40 review
Abdul was great to work with from the start. Great communication, not pushy, answered all of our questions and knew so much about the cars. We were looking for a first car for our teenager and during the test drive he was so informative on all the different car features especially the ones for safety. After getting home we realized a floor mat was missing, Abdul replaced the mats without any issues. I feel we got a great car and stayed within budget. Nothing but positive experience working with this dealership and Abdul.

J.B.A. Kia review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Service at KIA Glen Burnie! I honestly cannot say enough great things about KIA Glen Burnie, especially Rob Sipes and the entire service team. Their customer service has been absolutely outstanding, and this is exactly how automotive service should be done. No muss, no fuss, no pressure, and absolutely no xx. They get your vehicle in on time, take care of the service that needs to be done, and treat you with honesty, professionalism, and respect. There is no attempt to upsell you on things you don't need, no unnecessary runaround, and no feeling that you're being taken advantage of. Just straightforward, honest service from people who clearly take pride in what they do. Rob and his team make the entire experience easy and hassle-free. That might sound like a simple thing, but anyone who has dealt with dealerships knows just how rare and refreshing that can be. KIA Glen Burnie has earned my trust and my business, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership service department that genuinely puts the customer first. Rob Sipes and the entire team deserve a huge thank-you for doing things the right way. Keep up the fantastic work! If you're looking for honest, professional, no-pressure service, do yourself a favor and give these folks a try. You won't be disappointed!
2024 Mazda CX-50 review
Other than an error code that was fixed about a month after purchase. The CX-50 has been a pleasure to drive. Very responsive and once you get used to the safety feature built into the cruise control that is fine as well. It will slow down automatically when approaching a slower moving vehicle. If you change to passing lane it will then speed up until set speed or you approach another vehicle. Gas mileage is 24 city and it seems like 28 to 30 highway. Not actually calculated that but miles oer tank increases. Love the car but for me back seats seem to sit too straight. Not sure if they can recline or not.

as most midsize SUV's it is not comfortable for long trips. it is somewhat tight inside. Good gas milage. There are tons of electronics. we are older, not real tech savy. we had to go back for a second training session, since the first person did not do a very good job.

Walked into their dealership on a Saturday morning, and two hours later I got the car I wanted at the price I expected. I also got a fair price on my trade in. Nick and his team made the buying experience very positive. Will return for future business.

CarMax Laurel review
Matt is really helpful and friendly. Even though we didn’t make the purchase since I was looking for to get a better trade in price, but overall it’s very good! I have been to carmax twice and both of them are all very good facilities and very professional working process, definitely recommend Carmax!
2023 Mazda CX-50 review
Have the 2025 CX-50 in white premium addition. Often think whether I should have bought the turbo as I wish I had some more power, but I didn’t want to give our insurance a reason to hike rates. It gets the job done and in style. Interior is nicely finished but I’ve experienced many little rattles from instrument cluster, A pillar, mounted Bose speakers, etc. lots of felt tape was needed to mitigate. Technology is the major con here. Constantly have to reconnect Bluetooth so I just plug it in now all the time. Wireless phone charger never works - it overheats seemingly after two minutes and stops working. At times the tailgate buttons seem to get confused and don’t know what you’re asking it to do. And the way the doors all lock / unlock together can be frustrating and I’ve learned that it depends on how many times you hit the disarm / unlock button on the key fob. Finally, memory seats never worked since buying it new, and I’m too lazy to bring it in all day for that. I like the car but I’m not sure I’ll get into another one after my time is up with it.

I purchased a vehicle on 2/16/2023. The process was fast and efficient. The staff was extremely helpful and there was zero sales pressure. The CarMax financing offer was as good as I had found independantly.
2024 Mazda CX-50 review
Keeping it short and to the point… Negatives: Front wiper leaves large area on passenger side untouched. Panoramic moon roof only opens to halfway on the front section of roof. No audible alert for rear camera No remote start option on key fob - only on Mazda app. Engine heat is felt down between steering column and peddles - will check with dealership during first service as this seems more than expected. Apart from what is mentioned above, this car is great to drive and I’m happy with everything else so far at 1600 miles

Great communications to me. Your company should be proud. Just did not have what I wanted.
2025 Mazda CX-50 review
The additional 6” in width makes the CX-50 do much more spacious than my two previously owned CX-5s. Cornering is much more stable. The turbo 4cylinder engine has the get up and go necessary for highway merges or passing left lane, driving to grandma’s house on Sunday Afternoon hogs! After owning my vehicle for just two weeks, there are only three negatives to date: 1. Poor explanations/directions in owner’s manual. 2. Poor gas mileage both HWY/City 3. No Manual Transmission option.
