We were in the market for a new car and the Mazda CX-5 was one of our choices. We were greeted in the parking lot by Damien Rivera who asked us if he could show us anything. We did a test drive and liked the car very much. We didn't care for the black interior and asked if they had one with a lighter interior. He found us a red one with parchment interior and everything else about it was perfect. We talked pricing and Damien told us about benefits of leasing and purchasing, as well as any drawbacks. They gave us a good trade-in on our 10 yr old SUV that we had dropped off at another dealer for diagnostics. Damien called us two days later and told us our new car would be available for pickup once he got it detailed (about two hours after the phone call). He even went with us to the other dealer to get our stuff from our old car that was still sitting in the lot with no info about what was wrong after five days. We love our new car, Damien was a great salesman. Plus, everyone at Naples Mazda, from Insurance to Finance was excellent. We had two Mazda minivans years ago and loved them. This new Mazda is beautiful and we are happy we went to Mazda first to check out replacement cars.

I had been speaking to about 8 Mazda Dealerships. I had heard it all. So I decided to look out of my area. I e mailed Vince Won at Classic Mazda Orlando. I heard something very different. It sounded like a straight no hassle approach. So I continued our communication. Then on a call I spoke to Jim Vella. He was on the same page as Vince and Me. I felt a large Trust factor . Which is not easy in car buying. Well on Friday we struck a verbal deal. Saturday as I was heading home from St Augustine. I stopped into Classic Mazda to meet the guys. I was not disappointed at all. They were both terrific . Everything we discussed was put on paper signed and done. No Fuss no muss. I’m a very senior citizen and my trust was rewarded. I took my 19 yo grandson there to look at a car I found online that I thought he would like, as he was looking to upgrade. We had an appointment with Mark Robinson. When we got there, things went very smoothly. My grandson bought the car and loves it! Mark was FANTASTIC and everyone seemed very nice. There was a pleasant feeling and vibe from everyone. We drove 2.5 hours to get there and would Totally do it again. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. The value was good for the car. I have no complaints. I see some of the lower rated complaints are that they had an appointment and got there in the car had been sold. I fully understand why vehicles are not held and told my grandson before we even left that they won’t hold it if somebody comes in and wants to buy it right then. The fact that people expect to hold an item when you may or may not show up or may show up and then decide you don’t like it. It’s not comfortable for you, etc.. If you’re not lacking in common sense issues, The dealership scores a five all the way around. I cannot say enough good things about Mark Robinson. He went above and beyond. Sheila Dorn

2025 Mazda CX-70 review
I've owned our CX 70 for 9 1/2 months, I like the car very much! So far the car has no problems! I like the 6 cylinder engine in our CX 70, it has adequate power and runs very smoothly. I like the styling both inside and outside. My only suggestions to Mazda to improve the vehicle is to allow the AC vents on the dash to be able to swivel up higher to blow cool air higher in the front of the car. And, the auto off and auto on feature should be smoother, but the system is not so bothersome to turn it off. My fuel mileage has averaged 17.5 miles per gallon, my driving has only been in stop and go traffic. I have not driven the car enough on highways to determine the fuel consumption over the road.

2025 Mazda CX-70 review
Did road trip Florida to Pa.. Without turbo, still has enough power to pass with ease. Use WAZE for navigation, the Mazda GPS - learning curve. I think for $50,000 Premium Plus it should come with fog lights. Little more curtesy lighting or illuminating door lock/unlock door switch. A little more secure storage would also be nice. The car is still a keeper and no plans to replace. Average 27.4 MPH.

My experience spanned 5 months from when I purchased a pre owned 2023 Toyota Corolla in October 2025 and received an excellent, professional experience.
