I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. We talked options on the truck and for financing (they beat my credit union's offer). He was incredibly friendly to be around and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him as we waited on our financing offers. He was thorough in making sure we had all the facts and options. If I had anyone in the area looking to buy, I would send them to Chris in a heartbeat. Then I know they'd have a good experience and be completely taken care of.

I had a great experience at the Courtesy Nissan of Mesa. Dennis Becker was especially helpful. He was friendly and professional. He also got back to me in a timely manner. He had my car serviced and finished at the time that he promised that it would be finished. He was very helpful and informative about the work that was done on my car. Nate Gines at the South Jordan, UT facility took the time to talk to me about what I was looking for in my next car, and he matched me up with the perfect vehicle for me. He focused on my needs and wants instead of trying to sell me something that was not exactly what I was looking for. He also worked well with my outside lender. The interest rates on the website are inflated, so I financed through my local credit union instead. Nate and my loan officer made the whole process go smoothly and I picked up my car the day after I chose it.

Best pricing in the area. Salesman (Joe) and Manager (Jose) were personable and easy to talk to and not pushy. Finance department process was as painless as it can be. Good follow up. Would be willing to do business with them again for sure... Only negative is the lot is not the easiest to get into, and once in, it is crowded and congested with small parking spaces.
