Review for service side of things- I cannot thank Liberty Mazda Service department enough. I used Liberty Mazda for over a year until I relocated and decided to try out a different Mazda Dealership. The two just simply cannot be compared. Following damages done to my vehicle by a separate dealership, Liberty took me back under their wing and “righted all the wrongs” that were not their own. They are always understanding, kind and flexible. Their actions and work alone have kept me as a customer with the Mazda corporation as a whole. Jason, the Service manager, is personable and friendly and makes you feel like you are being cared for at a small business or local shop. Craig and George, my service representatives, have always been professional and gone above and beyond in customer service. It is rare you find a dealership service department you fully trust to take good care of your vehicle with honesty and integrity. While already rated in high regards, I hope Mazda corporation further recognizes its service members at Liberty. When it’s time to upgrade, I know exactly where I will be shopping. We have owned the car for a month and have put on 3,000 miles. Its a lot of fun to drive but the passenger side is really lacking in leg room and the center console controls are difficult to get to. Its a real head turner!

Purchased a used luxury vehicle about 4 years ago. I was not looking for this Cadillac SRX but it was in mint condition, and the price was below similar less premium vehicles I found elsewhere. I've had NO issues with this vehicle. Regular maintenance amounted to oil changes only. I have taken it in for service just to have overall checkups more than once. ALWAYS, EACH TIME I was told everything is just fine. This vehicle seems to be flawless. It was the deal of a lifetime for me. I never considered purchasing a Cadillac before because I didn't realize that they could be so affordable. I am not thinking of anything less now, and I know when the time comes, I'll go right back to see what Tapp Motors has to offer on their lot. I hope this car dealership never disappears. I have nothing negative to report.

We felt zero pressure from him, which was a stark contrast to another dealership we were working with who pressured us hard and had an attitude when we didn't buy on the spot. Vernon just wanted us to have the best car for us, regardless of whether or not that was from CarMax.
