Having purchased many cars, had a terrific experience with the staff and salespeople at Porsche of Bellevue. They actually followed which in today's world is getting harder to find. I sent an internet 'build and price order to a few dealerships, one of which I had purchased a Porsche previously and received no follow up. I sent one to Porsche of Bellevue, had immediate email response, no pressure, no intruding phone calls. The car I wanted is hard to get, the salesperson said I could get a 2024 if I could wait 6 months, worked perfect. Great dealership, Riley is a great salesperson. Would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful, finely crafted vehicle. Nothing else comes close to the quality and value for the money - or for even significantly more. Great fuel economy. I’m not a CUV guy ( This is my wife’s car ), but the ride and the handling are especially impressive for a “tall” vehicle. In a sea of clunky, uninspiring designs this vehicle is truly elegant. Very happy.

Honda of Seattle is top notch. They make buying a car super easy and pleasant, which is usually not the case anywhere else at least from my experience. Great car. I have turbo version and it is very fun to drive. I do wish it had a larger gas tank. I get about 300 miles out of a tank of breast.

I had some issues with some of the work done on my vehicle ( Full Detail) that was not done very thoroughly. When I made my concerns known to BMW Seattle, my service advisor, Jessica Fosberg, contacted me almost immediately to address my concerns AND arranged a complete re-detail of my vehicle PLUS Jessica also arranged a loaner vehicle so I wouldn’t be disadvantaged during the time my car was back in the shop. I have, over the past few years of owning my BMW, patronized other BMW dealerships and have had issues with some of the work which was completed. The response from two other dealerships was less than ideal with a marked reluctance to schedule and/or complete repairs that were on the work orders with vague excuses why the work was not completed. BMW Seattle, not only addressed my concerns BUT made a marked effort to “make it right”, which they did! I would also like to give special mention to my service advisor, Jessica Fosberg, who not only contacted me during my initial service and repairs but kept me updated on the progress of the required repairs and the most cost effective way to complete the work. Definitely one of the best service advisors I have dealt with for many years. Her attention to detail and the way she addressed my concerns and answered any questions I had was over and above my expectations. Jessica is a credit to BMW Seattle!

I love my 2018 Mazda CX-5 to absolutely no end! I have a blast driving it, and it is my first car. I have the Touring FWD model, but it does NOT skimp out on features, it has blind spot monitoring, lane keep assist, back-up camera, Automatic Emergency Braking, airbags EVERYWHERE, and whole plethora of other safety features. It is very quick, reliable, and fun to drive. My only complaint is there is not much in the way of cabin storage. But it is not a deal breaker, since the trunk of the car has a large cargo area, and lots of room in the spare tire area. It has an amazing Bose speaker system and I was given this car for my birth day at about 30k miles, but it was purchased new. I have FWD (Front wheel drive) but it still does amazing in conditions like rain, and minor snow. It is also the only car from this segment that placed a good rating on the IIHS Crash Test. It is often on par with luxury brands like BMW and Mercedes but having the advantage of being half the cost and Japanese so it lasts forever and also since it's not German, the repairs won't cost a house mortgage. However, if you get a 2018, make sure you get an updated Navigation SD Card. I cannot recommend this car enough, it is perfect in nearly everyway. I am now a loyal Mazda customer, and will always have a Mazda in my garage, I trust them more than any other automaker. Perks: Large backseat (I am 6'1 and can for the most part fit comfortably in the back) Fun to drive Fuel efficient Safety Feature galore Reliable and cheap to maintain Excellent use of space Cons: If I had to choose, not as much cabin storage as I want, but I want more than the average person.

It had been 10 years since I had bought a car and I was hesitant to walk into a dealer. But there were no worries with University Mazda. Patrick from sales was always friendly, low pressure, a good listener and communicator. We ended up with just what we wanted at a good price.

Soul red crystal paint best red ever. Turbo offers lots of power and good mileage. Interior is excellent. Quality thru out. Heads up display is cool. Adapative cruise is nice. Fit and finish is top notch. Has a shifter! No push buttons and no CVT!

I was looking for a car that fits my family needs. After a lot of research Mazda5 was my best bet. Great price, gas mileage, and fulfill exactly my needs. I was not sure which dealer to pick so I decided to check different ones. My experience varied between mediocre to average till I visited this dealership. First I checked the inventory over the web and found the car with the right price tag. It was hundreds of dollars less than the best deal I got so far. I couldn't believe it. I called the dealer and it happened over the phone. Anthony Wilson picked my call. He was nice, smart, and to the point. He honored the price and assured me the car color, features, and the great deal. I was excited so I visited the place on the same day. He showed me the car, explained to me the contract, and showed me different options. He was very considerate, good listener, not pushing in any direction. I really liked how he came up with a contract details that matched my needs. He stayed away from different dealers' processes to trick the client. With all that, It was very appealing to go on with the deal. We went through financing. Here I met Winnie Lam. Another cheerful & genius person who knows how to use, explain, and play with numbers. Usually, it's the boring part of the process, but with Winnie it was more than fun. She explained the contract in thorough details. She explained next steps, what I should expect from Mazda and what they expect from me. We signed all paper work. There were some additional offers with incentives. She explained them. When I decided to pass the offers for today, she respected that and moved on with the rest of the paper work. Now I'm back to Anthony. He escorted me to my dream car, handed over the keys, and encouraged me to contact him for any questions or concerns. We shacked hands and I drove my car home very thankful for him making my day after many weeks of search for the right car and the right dealership. I'm really pleased with my experience with University Mazda leadership.

I'm driving my 4th Mazda. It looks good, it's reliable, and it's fun to drive. Only issue is road noise, but it is better in this model than in previous ones I owned.

We searched a huge area for a specific Mazda. We negotiated much of the deal from over 100 miles away. After I made the trip, the dealership stuck to their word. We got good money for our trade, a fair deal on the car, and we are happy with the purchase. Ask for Cage Mattioda if you are in the market for a used car.

I bought my 2017 Mazda 6 Touring new, and have absolutely loved the car. It looks amazing, the interior feels like a much more expensive car. It's also fun to drive- agile, smooth, athletic. It's not a "fast" car per se, but it's fast enough, and has great chassis dynamics. It has been bulletproof, not a single issue with it. Gas mileage is quite good, too. The only criticism I have is that the original tires were too noisy. I switched to Michelin Pilot Sport 4 season, and they are much better.

Best Place to buy a car, i would never buy anywhere else, We were assisted by Felix who was extremely patient and very accommodating for the time that we walked the lot and test drove multiple vehicles. Felix is very knowledgeable and professional, followed up with us after the sale and made sure I was satisfied with the service they provided. There was never any sales pressure or questionable negotiating practices. Best variety of makes and models. Sales manager Robert really stepped up to the plate in order to get the purchase completed. Great car overall! Everything feels very high quality and ride experience is sporty and tight but still comfortable. But there is one pretty big issue with this car and it’s the infotainment system. Probably the glitchiest infotainment system I’ve ever used. But this shouldn’t be a huge issue for you if you value the driving experience more than the electronics

We've owned the 2021 CX-30 for 2 years. It feels solid, well built and provides good value. Gas mileage is good at 30mpg combined. On the negative side, the ride is a bit jittery. And the battery tends to act up if you don't drive the car for at least 15 minutes at a time. The dealer explained this is necessary, because all the technology and chips that are packed into it need more time to warm up - which is a dubious assertion. But it is what it is. Will be trading for another Toyota hybrid, which in our view is the gold standard based on 11 years experience with a 2010 Prius.

As a woman who has been in Sales for 30 years and has negotiated every car and RV purchase in my life, I am absolutely blown away by how glorious my experience was with Mazda of Everett. Every single deal I have ever done with any dealership anywhere has been fraught with shenanigans. Not this place! I was all set to buy a car elsewhere (that I would have to take time off of work to rent a car to go pick up), but I connected with Cindy Hedden and Jason Peters and all it took were a few emails and a couple of phone calls and texts and I had a car delivered to me (1.5 hours away) within 3 days of our first communication. I should mention that this is also during the great COVID chip shortage crisis when cars are hard to come by, many are going for more than MSRP and dealerships don’t need to work hard. I got a better car than I was negotiating elsewhere, a better price (they are also a Costco-authorized program which I used), significantly better payment terms than anywhere else I checked (a longer term AND a better APR by a .75 point than any loans online, Carvana, CarMax or with ANY of the Washington dealerships! I checked them all). They initially gave me a term .5 better than anywhere else and after I verbally agreed to buy it for those terms called me back and gave me an even lower APR! In 3 days I had my car in my driveway. It was an absolutely beautiful experience from beginning to end. At every turn Cindy and Jason answered every question immediately and directly and pulled zero funny business. I LOVE these people and I have never met them, but I will sure be stopping by next time I am in the neighborhood. These guys are crazy smart in how they run their business: Be legit, be responsive, have a sense of urgency and make it easy to buy. Instead of all the other dealerships wasting time with the back and forth and trying to pull something over on me, these guys get the deal done, make sure you are happy and then move on to please the next customer. Lower cost of sale. Absolutely Brilliant. My hats off to this crew. Thank you thank you thank you. You made this so easy and that is everything.

We have owned our 2022 CX-5 Turbo for 10 moths and it is a great vehicle. Our previous SUV was an Acura RDX Advance. It too was great but this Mazda is of a higher quality and $10-$15,000 less when purchased new. Every once in a while the doors don’t lock when I walk away (I have it set up to do so) and that is the only issue I have had in 10 months and 10,000 miles. I highly recommend any Mazda product. We also own a ‘21 Miata RF, have owned several Miatas along with a Mazda6 Signature and a CX-9 Grand Touring. All have been great vehicles.

Mazda of Everett dealership was easy to find. It has great space and is very clean. I have to do a shoutout to Frank Weiss & Adam in financing! Frank's customer service and ability to keep in touch and follow up is a treasured trait. He was upfront and transparent with the build and deliver of my car. He ensured everything I wanted was on my car! Frank found that my lug nuts had not been changed to the black ones and made sure those were on before I drove away. Frank took the time and went over every single feature of the care and even programmed my seat during the inspection. Because of Frank and this car buying experience it has forever changed the way I will buy a car in the future. Working with Adam in financing was a breeze and zero pressure to purchase add ons. Upon processing the contact I paid exactly what Frank quoted me prior to my arrival. The most amazing thing is there was zero dealer hidden fees! I did not have to haggle and ask to have something removed. I can't say enough about my entire experience from beginning to end.

My first 2021 Mazda CX-9 GT. One of the best 3 row suv out there. Very smooth and comfortable. Worth every buck. Would buy another when the time comes. Can’t wait for the next generation to come out!

This SUV replaced a 2009 Saturn Outlook we owned, and it has excelled in everyway over that one! Luxurious interior better performance and gas mileage .Handles like a sports car and plenty of standard options! Cant say enough nice things about it! Only one thing and we knew that before we bought it that cargo space with third row seat was limited, other than that I am totally satisfied! Good warranty also! It only had 23000 miles on it, came off a lease so it was like new! Great used car buy! It's my daily driver.
