There are times in life where you need the person on the phone to understand the assignment. I needed a car immediately and had a packed schedule. I called Stevens Creek Mercedes and was lucky enough to have Harris pick up on the other day end. He asked all the right questions, and understood my time constraint and budget. He got all pre-approvals done and asked me for a time most convenient for me to show up the NEXT DAY! When I got there, everything was pretty much done. I walked out with a new lease. Mercedes Benz of Pembroke Pines has an excellent customer service department, my customer service advisor is a very fun and energetic guy, Melvin every time I need him all I got to do is call him and he never said no or I’m to busy (even when they are) he makes me feel like if he is there only to serve me and there no other customers. He also makes me feel like if I know him for ever. I always look forward to see him every time my car needs a change of tires or a problem with my car. And there is another person that works in there( I think his the manager that takes care of the cars that come in for service) Spanish guy, he also goes beyond to help Melvin and myself. Love the service.

The finance officer Lauren was a delight to work with in closing out the paperwork which is always such a dreadful part of the process. I love Pugmire.Their service is impeccable.However in the 7 years of having my cars maintenanced by them ,I have never been able to get a loaner vehicle and I don't like that.Now my 23 Corsair has an issue and the part is on back order. When the part comes in and I take my car in, will I be without a car again?? Also a worker made a negative comment about another worker in front of me that was very inappropiate and unprofessional- I felt some type of way about that. 2021 Mercedes-Benz A-Class review
The technology in this vehicle is superb! I have the AMG blackout line with the upgraded Burmester stereo. I will say I'm not sure I can tell the difference between the upgraded stereo and the standard? Other than that, the large iPhone look on the dash is pretty neat. It connects to my Android and everything is voice activated. The placement of the Android auto plug is little irritating right behind the cup holder in this car versus the other Mercedes where it was inside of the center console. The interior, although with a retro type look with the black and red leather, with silver touches, the silver seems a bit cheap looking in my opinion. Plenty of front seat room! A bit firm for the seating but I'm pretty sure this will last me a long time without having any leather issues. This car gets very zippy in sport mode, I love it! Econ mode is great for my long commute on the freeway. I'm averaging around 32 mpg for both city/highway combined. I haven't driven it long enough to determine a true reliability.... But I did have to have my brakes/rotors replaced under warranty--they were thinking it's a manufacturer's type defect so I sure hope so!

I’m not typically one to write reviews, but my experience with CarMax has been so outstanding that I feel compelled to share. From start to finish, they’ve redefined my expectations for buying a vehicle. I found a car online that checked every box for me—low miles, all the specs I wanted, and fantastic photos that gave me confidence in its condition. The only catch? It was located at a CarMax dealership in Florida, while I’m in Nashville. For just $200, they shipped it to my local CarMax dealership. Knowing the worst-case scenario was losing that $200, I felt reassured to take the leap—and I’m so glad I did. Within just a few days, the car arrived. I had a trade-in—a mid-mileage VW Atlas in good condition—and to my surprise, CarMax offered me an amazing price. I’ve done my research, and they gave me a value that was very close to what I’d seen comparable models selling for, and significantly more than I owed. Needless to say, I accepted their offer with ease. As for my new (used) car, I was impressed by the comprehensive warranty options. The extended warranty they offer feels like an insurance policy: $200 deductible for coverage up to 150,000 miles. With my car’s mileage at around 50,000, this was a no-brainer. I’ve seen glowing reviews about the warranty online, and after my own experience, I can see why. Now here’s the part that truly sets CarMax apart—the post-purchase experience. The vehicle is used, so it’s impossible to catch every little thing during a quick test drive. Thankfully, CarMax provides a 90-day warranty and has a full-service garage. I’ve been back a few times for small fixes, like the gas door not working properly, tire monitor sensors, an alignment issue, and even replacing a rear entertainment system screen. Every single issue was handled promptly and professionally, leaving me with a car that feels brand new. Shoutout to Elvis in the service department! Not only did he remember my name when I returned, but he also ensured I had a free loaner car anytime my vehicle needed to stay overnight. The customer service I’ve received from him and the entire CarMax team has been nothing short of exceptional. This entire process has been so seamless that I can confidently say CarMax will be my first stop the next time I’m in the market for a car. I’ve purchased brand-new vehicles before and never felt this satisfied. CarMax has raised the bar for what car buying and ownership should feel like. If you’re on the fence about where to purchase your next vehicle, I can’t recommend CarMax enough. From great trade-in offers to their stellar warranty program and impeccable customer service, they’ve won me over as a fan for life. Here’s hoping they stay around for a long, long time—because this is how car buying should be done.
