I just bought my new 2026 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 from Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch, and the experience was amazing! Sean Roslon made everything smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable from start to finish. This is a follow-up to a review earlier this week regarding my CPO or Lemon review. We got a hold of the service manager and he was extremely sincere and honest about what had happened with the vehicle and the team was working to get all the new parts installed for me. I'm glad to report that my car was ready the following day and drove like new. I appreciate the team taking the time to triple check the vehicle and didn't rush to give me back the vehicle. I also want to give kudos to Kyle in service for remembering to replace the cover for my key which I forgot about. Honestly, it's the little things like this that counts so thank you Kyle! Now for the sales experience... I appreciate Adam reaching out to me and listening to my concerns. I even stopped by to see him at the dealership today since he was so nice and empathetic of my situation so I wanted to say "hi" in person. At the end of the day, I believe I made a good purchase and I would refer the dealership to my family and friends.

I cannot recommend Eddie Aguilar at California Motors Direct enough! If you want a salesperson who is terrifically professional and truly on your side, this is the guy. We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. It felt like "NO" wasn't even in his work vocabulary—he ground out the details and made the numbers work perfectly for both the lender and me. The BMW i4 is running beautifully, and you weren't lying when you said I paid below market price! I've been putting off getting a new card because the exhausting process (in the past) is so anxiety provoking for me. I've had 2 Mercedes in the past, and never had a bad experience. On a whim, I began looking online and searched all the MB dealerships around and, by far, Mercedes Benz of Long Beach had the best inventory and most competitive prices. So, I sent an email inquiry about one of their vehicles and within an hour, the Internet Sales Manager (Joel Turett) got in touch with me. Even with less than perfect credit, Joel had me financed in about 20 minutes. The next day I came in, test drove a couple vehicles I liked and finally settled on one. I got a more than expected fair trade on my old Mercedes, and was leaving there in a short time with my new car. In the past when car shopping (especially at MB dealerships), I've always felt I was treated "less than", because I wasn't buying $75,000 car. Not the case here! From Joel, to the sales manager, to the woman in the finance department... everyone was so kind and helpful. I'm not one to write reviews often, but I felt I needed to express my positive experience, especially with Joel. You can't go wrong contacting him if you're in the market for a Mercedes. He's patient, has been working there for over a decade so he is beyond knowledgeable, and, most importantly, never once pressured me or made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. The entire dealership operates like a well oiled machine with a team atmosphere and I believe that is evidenced by all these positive reviews. You guys have a lifelong customer... Thank you!.

i just want to say that Jorge was so patient with me during the whole process and smiling all the time and even offered me lunch which is very rare these days he's really really nice and very good at his job. Alex G is probably the most helpful car salesman there is. Not only did he make sure to really do everything he could to get me a great deal on a car I actually wanted, but as a first time car buyer no other dealership or car salesman wanted to seriously help me, but he did. I can’t recommend Alex enough at this dealership.

Mohammed was very nice and thorough and explained everything very well and worked with me to get the deal I felt comfortable with. The car had minor cosmetic issues and he took care of all my concerns before I left the lot definitely have a new returning customer.
