Mercedes-Benz of Wichita review
Harrison Barnette was very understanding of my unique situation. My home and a vehicle had been destroyed by the November 3rd tornado in OKC. I found a very similar truck online, and Harrison was somehow able to hold the truck even though I had no firm date for delivery due to everything that I was experiencing. I couldn't have asked for more, and Harrison went above and beyond. Everything was set up when I was finally able to get to the dealership. It was my smoothest vehicle purchase ever. Thanks again!

Euro Motorcars Germantown review
After visiting six dealerships over the course of two weeks, this was the only one that truly stood out. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with honesty, professionalism, and genuine respect. There was no pressure, no games, and no feeling that I was being pushed into something that wasn’t right for me. The team took the time to answer my questions, listened to what I was looking for, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I purchased a 2022 Mercedes GLC, and I could not be happier with both the vehicle and the experience. Buying a car can be stressful, but they made me feel confident and well taken care of every step of the way. They have absolutely earned my business for life, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that truly values its customers.

Mercedes-Benz of Hilton HeadReviews
2022 Mercedes-Benz CLS 450 review
The 2022 CLS 450 is a stylish , well appointed and amazingly tech savvy car . It drive so smooth it is like driving a cloud on Fire . The seats compensate in turns , the safety features keep you from making a mistake but most of all the MBUX Voice Control system sets Mercedes Benz apart from other cars in its class - when I need directions I just ask Mercedes to take me to a good Italian restaurant , or tell it the address and it downloads directions, I can ask the car to make a phone call, give me a massage, change the lighting - you get the idea - I have owned Porches and Lexus and not until now have I experienced true luxury in an automobile. The Con for this car has been caused by the chip shortage - I ask for a rear window sun shade option - not available , Dash Cam and Air balance options not available , a couple of standard feature were lost as well like hands free trunk opening and Navigation's Augmented Reality - even with these loses - this car is a 5 star purchase - Please check with your dealer - lost options are a variable depending on when you order your car - probably the later the better - I ordered my car in August 2021 - the height of the chip shortage problem

They contacted me immediately for an appointment for a test drive. Very polite and professional. I had to cancel due to a snowstorm but rescheduled easily and politely. Two days later I received a call that the car sold. So my experience was strictly with phone calls but Was a very positive impression.

2019 Mercedes-Benz CLS 450 review
The 2019 CLS450 is the best car I’ve ever owned. The exterior styling always catches attention when driving it. The interior is sporty yet refined with certain taste cues on par with the S-class. I was a little leery about the V6 but it has plenty of power to spare for everyday driving. It’s a low production car so you won’t see one on every corner which adds to it’s mystique. The only slight con I have is getting in the car due to it’s low slopping roof line. I’m 5’10. However, I’ve developed a way to get in and out without incident. If you have one of these cars then you have one of the gem of the auto industry and Mercedes Benz.

carneed review
had an excellent experience with Otis and Victor at CarNeed Inc. From the beginning, they were professional, patient and straightforward with me throughout the entire process. Buying a vehicle from out of state can be stressful, especially when you’re putting a lot of trust into a dealership and can’t just walk in and inspect the car yourself. Otis and Victor went above and beyond to make sure everything we discussed was taken care of. They communicated with me, followed through on the repairs we agreed on and made sure the vehicle was ready before I made the trip. When I finally picked up the car, it was everything they told me it would be — actually, it was perfect. No surprises, no last-minute issues and no feeling like I had been given the runaround. I especially appreciate that they stood behind their word. That means a lot when you’re spending this kind of money on a vehicle. Otis and Victor — thank you both for making this a great experience. You earned my trust and my business. I would absolutely recommend CarNeed to anyone looking for a vehicle, and I’ll definitely remember you guys the next time I’m in the market. 5 stars all day. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
2019 Mercedes-Benz CLS 450 review
The 2019 CLS450 stands as the pinnacle of my car ownership experience. Its exterior styling never fails to turn heads on the road, while the interior strikes a perfect balance between sportiness and refinement, reminiscent of the S-Class. Despite initial reservations about the V6 engine, it delivers ample power for everyday driving needs. Being a low-production car, encountering another on the road is a rarity, adding to its allure. The only minor inconvenience I've encountered is getting in and out due to its low sloping roofline, but at 5'10", I've found a workaround. Owning one of these cars means possessing a true gem in the automotive world, courtesy of Mercedes-Benz.

Professional, helpful, responsive, transparent, are all words i would use to describe the staff. Although I did not buy anything in the end, it was still a positive experience nonetheless. Smith Imports review
I recently purchased a 2023 SL55 AMG from Smith Imports and am extremely happy with the vehicle, purchase process, and overall experience. My representative (Riley) was great - very responsive, respectful/attentive to my concerns, and very helpful in explaining the process and making sure I was taken care of throughout. The car was exactly as advertised and the process could not have been smoother getting it here to Southern California. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle through them. I am very pleased with everything - especially the awesome car ;)

CarMax Costa MesaReviews
CarMax Costa Mesa review
I just recently purchased a Mercedes M-Class from CarMax at Costa Mesa. I was ready with all the salesman pitches, haggling and general unplesantness that is associated with buying a car (paperwork, insurance, time, etc). But moment I walked in Kyle and Ron made me feel welcome and we were outta there with our new car in no time. We had little clerical error but they made sure that we had the that day to drive home with the best price possible (they gave the best trade-in value as well). Thanks CarMax.

Great communication, very quick to respond. We worked with Ben and he was absolutely wonderful!
2019 Mercedes-Benz CLS 450 review
Signed a 3 year for this car in November of 2019 and ended up buying it because of COVID. I'm not mad at it. This elegant beauty is quite the head turner - sporty, reliable, and luxurious. The CLS 450 was ahead of it's time, with plush massaging leather seats, an inline 6 with a beautiful purr to it. Luxury scenting, dual massaging seats, and autonomous driving make it a pleasure to drive for short and long distances. This is more of a massive 2 seater in my opinion, but that doesn't matter if you don't plan on having backseat passengers. Friends tell me it looks like an NBA players car, and people are constantly complimenting it 5 years later. This car is a looker - the only issue being the fragile 20" OEM wheels. They are gorgeous, but don't drive over any potholes. Never had a single mechanical issue with this beauty, and plan on keeping it for years to come.

Came in today after looking at 3 other dealerships. I originally came in for a certified pre owned vehicle. I was greeted with a smile by Mina. We were up front on exactly what we wanted as far as a sales rep went. She hooked us up with John Modica and Andy. These two men were the dream team!! They worked together to get us an awesome deal on the dream car that I wanted. The best part is that it is BRAND NEW and the exact color I wanted. I came in with low hopes and these guys put the bar through the roof for me. These people are awesome. I definitely recommend making the drive even if you're like me and have to travel over 2 hours. It will definitely be worth your while.
2021 Mercedes-Benz CLS 450 review
The car has all the bells and whistles and is a lot more comfortable and quiet than the E-Class we had. The engine is more powerful and we love the design.

Amar sold me a 2023 C8 Corvette. He was attentive from the initial phone call. This was very important because the dealership is in Florida and I live in Tennessee. He answered every question, sent multiple videos of the car and was available from start to finish. Thanks Amad.
2020 Mercedes-Benz CLS 450 review
I purchased my 2020 CLS 4matic Certified Used from a local MB dealer. With 47K on the odometer, the car was pristine and the major depreciation out of the way. Having the car now for half a year, I can say that I purchased real value to have a very fabulous automobile. I also have 3 years of full factory warranty. 2 of the 3 years warranty I did purchase at a discount. My first impression of driving the car was that of driving a smooth and powerful bank vault on wheels. I think this car does it all, and I would classify it as a true GT. The car handles and moves incredibly well, especially with the AirMatic suspension and the 20" wheels. I would lose the run flat tires in a heartbeat, and I did. There is no shortage of power either, or turbo lag, due to the hybrid set up. Last but not least, the car looks amazing. I have had no technical issues, save for a flaky oil level sensor, which the dealer replaced under warranty. Other than that, everything works well, and I am extremely happy with this automobile. Gas mileage is incredible, considering the horsepower on tap. Hybrid or not, I think the M256 engine is turning out to be one of the better powerplants that MB has come out with in a long time. Keep up with the maintenance on this, and you should have a fine running machine for many years. Oh, change the oil at every 5,000 miles, and not the dealer recommended 10,000 miles. Just do it.

Rough credit situation after a divorce. I've been turned down or offered garbage at three places. These guys got me approved at something reasonable and were honest that the rate would be what it'd be until I rebuilt a little. Told me to come back in eighteen months and refi. Nobody else bothered to say that.
