Rob and Danny helped me purchase my Ford F-250 We love our experience they were very helpful!!
2020 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

Mercedes-Benz of Huntington review
I would like to take a moment to formally recognize Johnnie M. for his outstanding service—anything less would be an injustice. From our very first phone call through the initial video presentation, Johnnie demonstrated a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer care that immediately set him apart. Throughout our continued communication—both by phone and text—he remained responsive, courteous, and consistently attentive, ensuring we felt valued at every stage of the process. Due to a delay on my end related to a rollover of funds for the down payment, there was a brief pause in moving forward. However, with Johnnie’s guidance, I was able to secure the vehicle. He went above and beyond by advocating on my behalf and assuring his manager of my commitment, which I greatly appreciated. Johnnie then handled all necessary paperwork efficiently and worked collaboratively to ensure the vehicle insurance was properly in place for the day of pickup. His coordination and attention to detail made the entire process seamless. I sincerely thank you, Johnnie, for your exceptional service and personalized approach. Your efforts did not go unnoticed and made this a truly memorable experience. I look forward to working with you again when my daughter is ready—it would not feel right any other way.

Fortunately for me I had the best experience with Mercdes of Smithtown. I own a seamless Gutters company and have purchased 4 Diesal mercedez trucks since 2020. Joe my sales men went above and beyond. The dealership treated me so fairly. We did business by phone and I could not say better things about this location. In fact I will be calling them to buy another truck soon. Keep up the great work, and awesome Customer service.

Tom Aveni is a pleasure to work with. We live in northern VA. He was so responsive to our needs that I took the Acela train and Long Island Rail to get to Huntington, NY and bought a GLC300 from him. Great experience all around. And even after a couple of months he still reaches out to make sure everything is good. He also ordered a part that was hard to find and kept me informed until it was found and shipped. He cares and he follows through. He is now my go to advisor for all our Mercedes needs.

Every one was well informed and helpful. My sales person was Matthew Boer. I felt very comfortable with him. Both due to his knowledge and attitude. A hugely different experience than I had elsewhere. He tried hard and succeeded in getting me the car I wanted. Joseph and Jonathan also deserve a mention. Thanks guys.

2021 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Owned for a month so far. Aside from a slight rattle occasionally in the passenger door everything is great. Still on the 1000 mile engine break-in but it is very quick. Gas mileage is running about 20 MPG in town and 29 on the highway. Very comfortable and feels very much like a luxury car. Traded in a 2016 Audi A6 which was also a very good car. The E450 just feels more luxurious and quicker. Slightly better steering feel as well.

Mercedes-Benz of Wilmington review
Karen & Geoff! They both went way beyond an average or even exceptional experience. Karen is always so helpful and even though she was off the clock and had a personal appointment she still walked me to my car to help me with an issue. She then got a team (literally) to help me with a tech issue and an issue with a part that needed to be attached after the airbag was replaced. Geoff would not give up helping me pair my phone and look for the audio aux input. He even continued researching the issue by looking online after I had to leave and called me with his research results. Great team of people at Wilmington!

I have 2019 450 4matic coupe with the bells and whistles. Fantastic luxury sport car. Super smooth, powerful, beautiful, reliable, and good highway gas milage (32mpg) at 80. Originally leased then liked so much I had to buy. Nothing but routine maintenance for 75k miles.

European Auto Expo review
All the guys in the location were fantastic and made my purchase work for what i was willing to do. stayed late and were very professional
2023 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

The experience was really good, the test drive was good and nour was really nice!
2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. She gives you balanced power at the helm and take in that confidence that this lovely lady gives. Pop the top and then really take in that beach Sunset. E-450 4matic Cabriolet Excellent Ride from a classy and sassy dame.

Maserati of Bergen County review
We'd been looking for a nice car for a while and found one we loved. They worked with us to bring the price down to something we could afford and even handled the financing right there on the spot. We definitely recommend them to family and friends!
2022 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!

Mercedes-Benz of UnionReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Union review
Searching for a convertible for a few months since the wife wanted white with red interior convertible. So, I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at Ray Catena, and specifically, my interaction with Anthony Aiello. From the moment we walked into the dealership, Anthony greeted us with such warmth and made us feel like family. His polite and friendly demeanor instantly put us at ease. We had the opportunity to test drive the car and Anthony patiently went over all the features, ensuring that we had a thorough understanding of everything. I must say, it was truly a no-brainer for us to seal the deal with Ray Catena, primarily because of the exceptional service Anthony provided. His knowledge and enthusiasm for the product were infectious, and it was evident that he genuinely cared about our satisfaction. I cannot recommend Anthony and Ray Catena highly enough. If you are in the market for a new car, I urge you to visit their dealership and ask for Anthony. You won't be disappointed! Thank you again for your time, and patience you showed us please. Not the first Mercedes and won't be our last. Thanks Again Ray & Anthony!!!!
