As always, the dealership does top quality work and I am very pleased with the job they did for my 2021 S585 sedan. I was especially impressed by the video of the proposed repairs and maintenance work - a new service that worked out very well. One aspect of this visit however could stand to be improved. It took 2.5 days to return my car to me, largely due to the unavailability of a check out driver to validate that the car was ready to go - at least that's what I was told.

The whole team at Mercedes Benz of Sarasota was top shelf. They worked to secure the vehicles I wanted and got me through the purchase process quickly and efficiently. Kade, Dante, Jimmy and Bobby were excellent to work with. I highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for an excellent buying experience.
