I was involved in a terrible car accident on March 4, 2026, driving home after work, the driver of a Nissan came out of nowhere, he failed to stop at the stop sign and jetted out of a parking lot in front of me causing me to collide into his vehicle T-boning into his vehicle, I didn’t have time to brake, all I saw and heard was crashing noise and my airbags deployed totaling my 2019 Chevrolet Equinox, I hadn’t had a car payment in five in a half years, I was left in shock and heartbroken, we all say what we want to achieve in life however the Lord has his own plans. My daughter Deidra and Seven year old granddaughter Journee-Reign, met Mr. Lance Noel who’s a wonderful warmhearted caring salesman, I shared my story with him, he listened and understood the message, Mr. Lance allowed me to test drive the MLC 300 and without delay I was sold, Mr. Lance Noel knew exactly what my heart wanted. Mr. Lance introduced me and my kids to Mr. Steve, his manager who was even more heartfelt and caring, Mr. Noel and Steve gave me a deal I couldn’t refuse, my MLC 300 arrived from Texas on March 9,2026, Mr. Noel called me and told me that I can come pickup my vehicle. I truly owe him a lot, I thank Christ for making a way when I saw no way. Well, our experience with Tony was Fantastic! We found a car on the internet that we wanted and proceeded to go out there to purchase. Upon our arrival, Tony greeted us without delay and processed our request. We were out of the dealership within 1.5 hours, now that's a record! He got us our approval in a timely manner and it was all good!!! I would definitely work with them again. Now about the markup, it seems all the dealerships mark up and in order to stay in business so I don't worry too much. Plus the fact the car we purchased was in pristine condition with low miles it was worth the markup and the drive. I am a satisified!

First of all, I am 80 years old, live in North Carolina, and was not able to visit dealership. My experience with Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando was exceptional, especially dealing thru Navin over the last couple of weeks for a used vehicle. Received the vehicle today and it was in pristine condition. I was a little concerned at first, about buying a used vehicle without actually visiting the dealership in person. Navin put my mind at ease, and my decision to go forward with the purchase of this vehicle was because of all the photos that he sent, his very professional attitude in answering all my concerns and questions. At this point, I have nothing but respect and gratitude for his input in me making my decision. I had been searching, for months, this particular vehicle, in this particular color and have had bad experiences with other dealers during this search. I finally found the right one in Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando and in "Super Salesman", Navin. My wholehearted thanks to both! If I ever need another vehicle, without visiting dealership, I will definitely go back to this dealership and Navin! Again, this vehicle is awesome !!!
