Friendly, helpful people from the start. They reached out, scheduled a test drive quickly and I wound up buying the car. The experience felt mildly 'sales-y' but not nearly what I have felt in the past. They let me know my options, worked to get to the number I was comfortable with and did not try to oversell the options at the end. My only complaint is they could have been the first to point out the minor damages to the windshield but for I noticed them during the test drive but it was clearly in the Carfax report they provided. Overall a good experience.

My husband & I, both in our mid-seventies, recently purchased a 2025 Mini Cooper. Its technology systems are far, far more sophisticated than what was available on the 2016 Mini we traded in. When we saw that a software update was available we tried to figure out how to go about accomplishing that update, but found outselves stuck. We knew that if we headed to Mini of Montgomery we’d get some help with the update. We were lucky enough to be graciously & skillfully assisted by Jay Duck. With incredible patience, Jay walked us through how to accomplish the software update, pausing patiently while I jotted down notes so we’d know how to handle the next update. Jay also took the time to help us explore & understand other aspects of the new Mini’s impressive technology. We felt far more confident in our ability to use & enjoy our new car thanks to Jay’s thorough, thoughtful approach. I just bought a Ford Escape from here, I had a tatty old Hyundai Tucson, which definitely had seen better days. Martino,the general manager, was extremely easy to deal with, I told him my budget, he informed me of three cars to look at. I was immediately drawn to the Ford Escape having driven one recently. Martino then informed me of the options for finance, down payments, trade ins, and took me through the complete process. When the deal was done and I took ownership of the vehicle, I took it on its first proper outing, just to listen and feel the vehicle. Happy to report all felt fine. Then the OBD came out, what was I going to find? Nothing, everything was green with the vehicle. Can you imagine how happy I was, and still am today. For a nice car at a fair price, I'm very happy. If you're in the market for a vehicle, you should pop in and have a look, you'll never know what you might find. I did!!!
