2019 MINI Convertible review
This is my second Mini convertible, my previous one was a 2007... I also own a 2014 Mini Clubman. I just LOVE this car!! Super fun to drive and "dress up" with little customizations. I have the "S" model in an automatic now and, unfortunately, it's not as good on gas as my '07 manual was, but hey, it's a small price to pay for so much fun!

There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. Attracted to this dealer by their inventory and prices. Was skeptical, because it’s not a mainstream brand dealership. I had just left a crooked one in Norco. Car was just as advertised, and salesperson Art was completely no-stress and straight forward. Let us go on a test drive and said “take your time”. We did and found some mild noise coming from the passenger side wheels. When I returned, I told Art about the noise and warning light on. He got their mechanics and 2 of them went for a drive. Came back after 10 minutes and one of them switched and sat in the back seat. I assume to locate the noise. Another 10 minutes later they returned and told me they went back to their shop and raised the car to locate the issue. It turned out they needed to replace the shocks and bearings. They would need to order the parts and would have the veh ready the next day. They would also warranty their repair. I was sold. An honest dealership with honest employees??? I bought the car on the spot and will return tomorrow to pick up the car. This is my daughter’s first car, so safety is everything. Don’t let stereotypes fool you. These guys are serious about quality and the customer.
2013 MINI Convertible review
Very happy overall with Mini, and particularly the exterior & interior appearance. Couple of flaws...antenna mounting broker which resulting in "flapping" sound when driving home which was a 250 mile trip. And, the driver's side handle mechanism is hard to engage to open the driver's side door.

I BELIEVE THAT A "QUALITY LUXURY" COMPANY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PARTS THEY INSTALL. THE MANUFACTURER OF THE DEFECTIVE PART AS WELL. i WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR THIS PRINCIPLE.
2021 MINI Convertible review
This is such a fun car! It is great to drive and handles well. I have the convertible and it has been a delight to take family and friends around in the Mini. I feel like I'm in a movie as I drive a long - even when going to the grocery store!

2023 MINI Convertible review
I love, love, love my new Cooper S convertible! She is paying for herself in compliments already. Literally everywhere I go, someone stops me and says "your car is so cute!" She is so fun to drive and it isn't even convertible weather yet lol. I ordered black on black and I couldn't be happier with the aesthetics and performance! I hope she and I have mini happy years together!!

I purchased a used truck from AN-Timonium. When buying a used vehicle, it should be understood by the buyer that it's a used vehicle and the dealership cannot predict failures if they we're not disclosed. In my case, there was an intermittent electrical issue. AutoNation immediately took the vehicle and tried to repair it themselves while putting me into a very nice loaner. I picked the vehicle up and a few days later, the problem re-occurred. AN didn't hesitate to take the vehicle back and put me into another loaner; equally as nice as the first. They then had a RAM dealership try to fix the issue at their cost. I am extremely happy with the service and the communication from the key people at AN. In particularly, Ron, the Sales Manager. He was fantastic in customer service!

2019 MINI Convertible review
I wanted something fun and sporty, yet fuel efficient, for my commuter car. Wow! This car is a blast to drive! I'm 6'3", and I fit just fine with plenty of head and leg-room. It is snug with the performance seats, but you soon get used to that, and it makes taking corners fun. Sport-mode shoots you off the mark. The car has all the tech features you want and the convertible top makes your kids through up their hands. I love it!

I bought two new Hyundai vehicles over the winter from Pam with far better trade values and discounts each time versus the 3 north GA Hyundai dealers near my Cumming GA home. The first deal was done over the phone until I drove over to make the trade, sign the papers, then drive home my new Elantra Hybrid Limited. The second trade was done completely remote, with a driver bringing the new Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid to the house along with the paperwork to sign. The driver drove off in my wife's CRV hybrid.
