Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
I was extremely pleased and impressed with the process of purchasing my new vehicle. Our salesman was Jose Gaston. Soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the friendly staff. Jose was dedicated from the start. I was pleased with how he went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. I purchased a previous car from a different dealer year ago and it is nothing like i experienced today. He made the whole experience super easy, Communicated EVERYTHING so we were informed about everything. He made sure any questions we had were answered. He was friendly, Professional, and very helpful. Thank You to Darlene Janora in the finance department that went over all the paperwork to also making sure he knew what we were signing beforehand. She was very friendly, professional and made sure everything was understood and made sure any and all questions were answered as well. She made sure to offer us any extra services we may want to add. She was great. She made the last finishing touches to our new vehicle very smoothly and easy. Thank You Darlene Janora! I have never had such a smooth process on purchasing a vehicle before until today. I highly recommend Jose Gaston for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to come to Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in cape coral Ask for Jose(salesman) and Darlene (finance depo.) I am beyond Happy and pleased with the service provided and I AM IN LOVE WITH MY NEW JEEP. Thank You for your great costumer service. I am very pleased! Brendaliz L.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my MINI Cooper S! From my very first conversation with the dealership to driving the car home, the entire process took less than just a few days. The communication was clear, transparent, and efficient throughout. The whole team was incredibly professional, helpful, and genuinely welcoming — they truly made me feel like part of the family. A special thank you to Antonio in Sales for being knowledgeable, patient, and responsive every step of the way, and to Brian in Finance for making the financing process smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. This was by far one of the easiest and most enjoyable car-buying experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for exceptional service and a great experience!

We found a 2017 Acura RDX that BMW of West Chester was selling. We contacted Scott (salesman) and from the start felt at ease and he was honest and trustworthy, hard to find in a salesperson. The whole process was seemless and we could not be happier! It’s simply a great place to buy any car.

Seattle Mini review
I recently bought my second Mini Cooper. My sales person Nick was super helpful. I wanted to sell my car before I bought a second one and he did not pressure me at all. He helped me get the car I wanted and I love it!!
2024 MINI Hardtop review
A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

Hendrick MINI review
No one likes being without their vehicle or dealing with unexpected repairs, but Hendrick MINI Service Center made the situation so much easier. From drop-off to pick-up, the experience was excellent, and they took wonderful care of “Izzy,” my MINI Countryman. Craig kept me updated every step of the way, and I truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism. Having a team that communicates and cares makes all the difference. Thank you for making a stressful situation a positive experience. Highly recommend Hendrick MINI Service Center!

Bought a car Sunday. Had Excellent service, and was a great buying experience. Summer was extremely knowledgeable about the features of the Nissan I purchased. Went out of her way to help me set up phone and music connections which was a Bonus 😁 She also went out of her pervue to provide me with photos of me and the car and added balloons 🤩 Tyler was extremely thorough with all the paperwork and warranty options which was greatly appreciated. Thank you. 👍👏👍

Although I did not end up purchasing from MINI of St. Louis, the experience far exceeded anything I have had to suffer through with the dealers down here in Texas (Houston area). They had all fees and total pricing out front, with no surprise add-ons or non-negotiable extras that were not included in the listed price. [Yes, theyy do that down here in TX.]

I've been taking my car to the Mini Dealership since I purchased it. I've always been treated with kindness, respect, and the job is always well done. I've heard horror stories about people dealing with the dealership and with Mini of Fairfield County, that couldn't be furthest from the truth. I feel that my car is always in good hands and I'm always satisfied with the work. They always go above and beyond and I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking to purchase a Mini. I've recommended this dealership to friends as a result of the customer service I've received.

Mini of Hawaii review
We both had a wonderful experience at Mini Hawaii. Jose was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. He took the extra time to explain everything we needed to know about our new purchase. We highly recommend visiting Mini because they will take care of you.

Appreciate the honesty and transparency regarding the vehicle inspection and what work had been done on the car. Jessica was great at keeping me informed of where she was in the process and what the next steps would be. It was a pleasantly quick but not rushed buying experience.

Schomp MiniReviews
Schomp Mini review
Typically don't write reviews, but buying from here was a relief compared to the other dealerships I went to on the same day. I didn't go through a telecom service, the salesman Lisandio contacted me directly, and gave me any information he could when I asksed. When we were done and I said I'd like to look at other offers, he said cool, let me know if your still interested. I went to Echo Park next. They tried to pressure me into buying, could barely tell me anything about the vehicle, the vehicle was in bad shape, and all service was automated in a bad way where you get left wondering if anything is happening. So I went back to Schomp, Lisandio had got me financing despite the car being older than 10 years, he walked me through everything. Schomp also did more service work on the vehicle too, new brakes and tires.

Hendrick MINIReviews
Hendrick MINI review
Amazing experience all around! Very glad that I was able to findI the perfect car for me, and meet some great people in the process! Brian from sales, and Michael from the finance department are honest and friendly, guiding me easily through every step. I had been researching online for about a week, so I went in knowing exactly what I needed, and with a good idea what I wanted to pay. It’s always a little stressful going to a dealership, not knowing whether they will slip things in like little protection packages or warranties you don’t need. The process here was very transparent, and I never felt pressured in the least. So happy with my new car 🚗 I will definitely be back if I need any services in the future; possibly even to trade in my wife’s car 😉 Again, thanks a bunch, and keep up the great work!
