I recently had my Jeep Wrangler serviced at this dealership, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The service representatives were incredibly helpful, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. Their professionalism and efficiency made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Friendly atmosphere, attention to detail on repairs, cars available for loaners as my car was there 2 days, helpful, polite, pleasant staff. The service manager was attentive to my need of repairs.

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

After contacting the dealership via cars.com I received an email communication from a sales representative saying the car was in stock and available to view. I wrote back and stated, I would be available the following day in the afternoon and left my phone number. After not hearing back from the sales representative. I drove to the dealership the next day and walked into the store. The few sales people that were in the showroom appeared to be busy with other customers and no one was at the welcome desk. I looked at the car outside near the front of the store, but left a few minutes later. The sales person did follow up with me the next day and apologized as it was their day off when I was there. I appreciated the communication, but did purchase a new car at another dealership.

Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

Dion was great. Super helpful and a great negotiator! He made the process super easy for me and had me out within a reasonable time. Also super professional and friendly, easy to talk to!

For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service.
