BMW/Mini of Coconut Creek review
Do your self a favor and ask for Mike (Michael E Loiselle) I highly recommend this salesman and dealership to all my friends and family! It’s hard to car Mike a salesman when he wasn’t never trying to sell me anything, he wanted me to get the exactly what I was looking for. My experience was outstanding, thanks to my salesman, Mike. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional and patient. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and never pressured me into making a decision. Instead, he genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle that would make me happy. It’s rare to find a salesman who prioritizes customer satisfaction over a quick sale, but Mike truly did. If you’re looking for an stress-free, enjoyable car-buying experience, this is the place to go!

Leo was great from start to finish. Bought a used Lexus hybrid that I found online and he had it prepped super fast so I could come in and see it. The previous owner hadn’t yet dropped off the second key but Leo followed up and made sure I got it. The wait for finance was way too long but otherwise great experience.

The overall experience was a pleasure. Jade Ramos is a great salesperson. She was super helpful and very responsive, even on her days off. From first email to first foot in the door until handshake leaving, it was a pleasant experience. I worked with Michael F who stayed in contact (not pushy) and was able to get the deal done. The facility is beautiful, and easy to get to. Both the sales manager and GM reached out asking if there was anything on their end that they could do, when I had to leave due to family obligations. I did purchase from here and would do so again without hesistation. Thank you team.

Laurel BMW of WestmontReviews
Laurel BMW of Westmont review
I recently purchased a used Mazda from Laurel BMW of Westmont, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. What really stood out was the straightforward approach. There were no unnecessary upsells or attempts to pressure me into buying additional products or services. Everything was explained clearly, and the communication throughout the process was excellent. A special thank-you to Vesna, who was fantastic to work with. She was professional, responsive, and made the entire buying process easy and as stress-free as possible. I truly appreciated her honesty and communication. I would highly recommend Laurel BMW to anyone looking for a vehicle. Even though I purchased a used Mazda rather than a BMW, I feel I was treated with the same level of attention, professionalism, and care that I would expect when purchasing a brand-new BMW. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish!

Everyone who worked with me was phenomenal, especially the sales respresentive, Mike Russo. He was patient, diligent, hard-working, and very kind. I would not be in this gorgeous new BMW if it weren't for his excellent salesmanship. The general manager was attentive and professional. The financial department was quick, efficient, and personable during signing. When I arrived for my appointment, the car was impeccably detailed and waiting in the glass-encased parking spot donned with a red bow. Wonderful experience. Even with a 3 1/2 hour commute to this dealership, I will be back and recommending BMW of North Houston to others.

One of the best experiences purchasing a vehicle if not the best experience. Working with Luis and Danny Lee was one the easiest processes in buying a car. The dealership was curious and very professional. They weren't pushy or anything. I worked with Luis over email and he figured what I wanted and when I arrived at the dealership my BMW was ready. I got the speak with Ross the manager and he wasn't pushy he asked if I was happy with the vehicle and said to take my time in making my decision.

BMW of Bel Air review
I bought a new vehicle at BMW of Bel Air, what a pleasant experience. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I showed up to the dealership, the vehicle was prepped and ready to go. Upon driving home I noticed a small tear in the passenger seat. This was on Monday and the dealer sent someone to my home Wednesday, no more tear. Huge shout out to Nana and Sam and all the folks in MD.

BMW of Buena ParkReviews
BMW of Buena Park review
Thanks to Gregory M. I picked up my custom order 430i this week from BMW Buena Park. We had an issue at first, but Gregory and the Autonation team stepped it up to remedy the error. My visit to pick up my car was perfect. Gregory was great in every way, super friendly, efficient and exemplary at setting up my new ride and explaining as many features as possible. He followed up after the purchase as well to thank me for my business and even answered some additional questions I had setting up some features after I got home. I've purchased A LOT of cars and this was by far a great purchase experience.

This is an excellent BMW dealership and maintenance facility?. Staff are excellent and the service techs and maintenance technicians are superb. My wife and I have had great experiences when we purchased her new care this year to them taking great care of my X6 M50I when it needs maintenance or is due for service. Both the Maintenance technicians and Maintenance techs keep you well informed as your vehicle goes through a service.

Came in for service, and we greeted by Pablo. He was very charismatic, and welcoming. He brought me to my advisor Bryan, he was able to identify me by my key...amazing! He walked me through the services, and provided me an accurate time for completion. Vehicle was serviced, washed, and vacuumed in just a hair over the 90mins quoted. I appreciate the transparency, and care given by both Pablo and Bryan, and look forward to my future services at BMW.
