As usual, the service rep was courteous and professional. He gave me an estimate for how long it would take and the work was finished about 15 minutes less time than he had told me. My Subaru drove smoothly when I left the service center, which was nice since part of the work was to rotate the tires. The other work was to change the oil. I don't know how to evaluate that service, but I know I've never had any issues in that area and don't expect to. I also liked that they covered the space in my car where the mechanic was working there y keeping that space clean.

2026 Dodge Charger review
The Charger is pretty comfortable with high grade materials and large passenger seating. The backseat can actually be used by adults which is impressive in a sports coupe. In my opinion this is not a sports car. Rather Gran Turismo (GT). It’s extremely quick and will get over posted speed limits in a few seconds. The Charger is full of high tech which we’ll see how they hold up with the years. But for now everything works as it should and very well. One big hiccup for me is the exhaust sound which is extremely raspy and tin canny. But this growing on me and don’t mind it as much. I couldn’t expect a V8 note out of a twin turbo straight six.

After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. Sansone Hyundai did the right thing. My son and I purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 Hyundai Tuscan on July 15,2024. During the courtesy oil and filter change in January 2024, the service technician indicated that all four tires needed to be replaced. Instead of reacting, a second opinion was sought that confirmed the tire tread was deteriorating or wearing. Noting that the vehicle mileages at purchase was approx. 23,000 miles and had approx. 27,600 miles in January, plus quality tires should last 50,000 to 60,000 miles assuming normal driving conditions, the tire condition seemed abnormal. Another fact was the second opinion revealed the tire’s manufacturing date in 2020, which also does not seem proper. Upon contacting Sales Manager, Operations Manager and Service, another set of tires were installed and aligned at no cost.

I had driven 7 Jeep’s between NH and MA at 7 dealerships. Aristedes was the only person that really knew the Jeep; he was the only one to point out there are radio controls on the backside of the steering wheel. Aristedes no pressure knowledge about the vehicle approach makes him the best car shopping experience ever. When I heard Poulin was being Key I called looking to find out if I was going to want this new dealership...there were three things I wanted to know...is Aristedes still there? Cuz my car salesperson is more like a friend and I can still call and ask him anything. Is Jeremy there? Cuz when you can actually look forward to talking to your service guy he is something special. Do I still have Jill? My powerhouse technician that makes tossing my wheels around look easy (trust me the guys will tell you it’s not) and meticulous attention to detail makes my the customer side of getting your car serviced simple. I am 45 minutes away from them and I always take my Jeep back because I don’t want to deal with anyone else.
