Lithia Volkswagen of Des MoinesReviews
Lithia Volkswagen of Des Moines review
Excellent service. I go to this location for servicing my VW vehicles and yesterday purchased a nearly new Taos. The Sales man (Jeff) worked to find out what would be most suitable for my requirements (long commutes and night driving) and what would fit into my limited budget. The whole team (service, sales and finance) worked seamlessly together to get an optimal solution to my predicament. Jeff and the Finance/Lone gentleman stayed well past closing time to get the paperwork completed and get me on the road with a nearly new vehicle. I would strongly recommend the Merle Hay Lithia to anyone wishing to have a stress free purchase without any heavy sales pitch performance. I might also add that the service group is also very helpful and polite.

BMW of SarasotaReviews
BMW of Sarasota review
I took my dream car to BMW of Sarasota for scheduled maintenance. Carlos was quick to receive my vehicle and reviewed the automated diagnosis. After satisfying all code requirements, Carlos educated me in great detail of the listed items required to restore my vehicle to mechanical perfection. Carlos is an amazing technician but he is also very personable, connected to and interested in the well being off customer he serves. Carlos represents BMW of Sarasota with integrity and a high degree of professionalism.
2026 BMW M440 review
Over the years I've heard a great deal of the outstanding driving experience and fabulious features of the BMW cars. Now that I have purchased a 2026 M440X I understand their praise. The slogan " The Ultimate Driving Experience" is not just an advertising gimmick. I'm still learning the many, many cool features of my car even after the excellent tutorial by the Dealership and reading the manual. In short, I'm sold on Germain Engineered cars and am now part of the BMW family. Too bad US car manufacturers don't make this quality of car. My opinion, is that it the cost would be outside the reach of most Americans.

I went in for an oil change and came out with a new car! Both the service and sales departments were professional, courteous, and welcoming. The sales team truly listened to my needs and understood my financial limitations. They worked with me to get me into a new car without breaking my budget. I left feeling confident, happy, and with a payment that worked for me. I’m very grateful for the excellent service and would definitely recommend this dealership!

Acura of Columbus review
Purchased my first ever Acura in 2021 an MDX 2022 and thoroughly pleased with my decision.SUV style is my fav yet smaller version and sales was very good but in the long run It’s Service and mine has been over and beyond every time . WOO is amazing, takes a personal interest to attend and meet my service needs especially in cold December when I couldn’t get roadside assistance to answer he personally came and jumped off my dead battery and helped me get back to the dealership .( Glad I was just up the road ) He put me in a loaner so to check my car out for overnight , it was in fact only the battery so Acura replaced and WOO had me back in my ride within 24 hours. Thank you WOO and Acura Service department and had a battery check up today and it’s all good !

Bommarito ToyotaReviews
Bommarito Toyota review
This was my first experience with Toyota and it was a positive one. I came to Bommarito Toyota to test drive a pre-owned Mercedes Benz. The sales person I was referred, Tommy Morris, was very nice and friendly. There was no pressure. His main concern was that we were satisfied. He was a great person to deal with for my recent purchase of a used car. I might have made it easy on him because they had the car I came to look at priced right so we didn't feel the need to haggle. Nevertheless, he was super friendly, extremely patient and worked to make sure that I left a satisfied customer. In addition, the finance man (Paul) was outstanding as well. He explained the best options available for monthly payments and length of contract. I was made to feel comfortable during the entire purchasing process. Buying from Bommarito was a unique experience. This was a pleasant car purchasing experience for my husband and I. We felt our business was truly appreciated. I will definitely refer family, friends and neighbors to this location.

Dover Honda review
We recently purchased a new CR-V through Sales Consultant Charley L. As we were first time Honda owners, Charley was patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He answered all our questions and provided additional advice in areas we didn’t initially bring up. We look forward to many years utilizing an equally professional Dover Honda Service Department.

Had a wonderful experience with my new vehicle purchase. Desmond was a great sales representative and helped me with all the tasks. While working with Jon, we were able to put the entire deal together over the phone and get final OTD pricing. When I arrived, everything was exactly as expected. As an out of state purchaser, they worked with me to get everything set up properly. Would absolutely buy from them in the future.

My experience was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. It was quick and easy, as I dealt with one person throughout the whole sale and paperwork process. I showed up to the dealership to complete paperwork and I was in my new car heading home in 45 minutes. I couldn’t have been happier.

AutoNation Honda ChandlerReviews
AutoNation Honda Chandler review
My wife Adriana and I recently purchased a 2019 Honda Pilot from AutoNation Honda Chandler, and although our experience had a few bumps along the way, we genuinely appreciate the effort their team put into making things right. I initially spoke with Andrew on Friday, and when we arrived on Saturday, Isaac stepped in and helped us through the purchasing process. We appreciated his time and assistance. We traveled from Sierra Vista expecting to bring the Pilot home, but unfortunately, there were several mechanical and cosmetic concerns that still needed attention. This meant leaving the vehicle at the dealership and eventually making another trip to the Phoenix area to pick it up, which was a little frustrating considering the distance. However, we really appreciated that the dealership provided us with a loaner vehicle while our Pilot was being worked on. That was a thoughtful gesture that made the situation much easier. Their service department also put considerable time and effort into addressing nearly everything they had agreed to fix, including some significant repairs. Of course, we wish the vehicle had been fully prepared before our purchase, and clearer communication along the way would have made the experience smoother. But we also believe it's important to recognize when a business makes a genuine effort to address concerns. We've had our Pilot home for a few days now, and we're happy with our purchase! We're grateful to Andrew, Isaac, and the service team for their help and for the work that went into getting everything taken care of. Thank you, AutoNation Honda Chandler! We appreciate your efforts and look forward to making many good memories with our Pilot.

Group 1 Toyota Fort Bend review
Had a newly purchased used car with 40k miles inspected and serviced in order be sure the vehicle was caught up on maintenance. Met Mr. Jeff Spears when we pulled up and he helped check us in, addressed our concerns and was also kind in explaining the work that would be done. As a younger driver, my daughter gained some important and valuable knowledge of car maintennace from Jeff's patient and pleasant conversation with her.

We recently purchased our first Acura. No regrets, absolutely love our RDX. We called ahead and spoke with Matt. He met us at the door and had the vehicle ready to go when we arrived. Matt told us all about the vehicle and answered all of our questions. We drove our RDX home that night.
