D'Angelo was very knowledgeable about the car and its features even though it was not a Kia brand vehicle. No pressure sales just kept me informed about the vehicle and pricing. Stefan in finance was also very professional. He explained the optional items, their cost and coverage and let me make my own decision yes or no and was not pushy on selling me additional items I had no interest in. Incredible buying experience. First, the car! I just leased a brand new 2027 Kia Sportage Prestige Hybrid. This car is phenomenal. Next the buying experience - Imad, my sales person was 11 stars in every way: knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, can do. A true delight to deal with in every way. The sales manager James, who I also worked with, was fantastic…ready to help me in every way he could, And he got me into this vehicle, painlessly and with care. Finally, the vibe and energy in Tasca Kia of White Plains was the best car dealership environment I’ve ever seen.
