We, wife and I decided we wanted a convertible vehicle. We had a C- class before so we went to MB of Orlando. We were greeted by a young man by the name of Mr J. Haines. Asked us how he could assist us and we explained what we were looking for. He showed us a few vehicles in the range we mentioned. Mr Haines was not pushy or tried to get us out of our comfort zone. We felt comfortable and at ease because of the way he treated us. Very good communication with us and salesman. We are very happy with our new ( used ) car and with the dealership. Mr Ramie ( finance) was also very pleasant to work with.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Mr. Jenkins, Salesmen/ladies (Brady)and (Robert) and employees it was rewarding to drive over 180 miles to review a Toyota Rav4 that I wanted. After a test drive, we discussed a price. With little negiotation I got it for a less cost than posted and happy purchase. Your men Brady/Robert worked to fix my vehicle so I could drive it home. It was a class purchase. I have had experiences before, but this was the BEST one in my life. You are praised for running a satisifying business for your customer. I am happy I drove down to your dealership.

The 2026 Palisades Calligraphy Hybrid is awesome, I loved my 2023 Palisades Calligraphy, but the Hybrid is far and away better from the increased horsepower, back to the 6 speed transmission and the outrageous MPG 600 plus to a tank, I drove the BMW X5 and X7, the MB, Porches, etc. could not find a $35,000 to $90,000 differences. For $60,000 and the 10/100,000 it cannot be beat.

very clean inviting place. The manager lady greeted us when we arrived, we were attended immediately by a very polite young salesman. Only disappointing thing was that we were given a written % rate and when we finished the deal the person that does all the finishing paper work, I believe the finance manager, had a higher interest rate, I was upset about that but I really wanted to get the vehicle, as a birthday present and did not want to do it all over because my credit score was already pulled and I wanted to give the surprise to my wife.

Even though I haven't had for very long, I love my car! It drives like a dream and it looks marvelous! Not to mention that it's my favorite color RED!!

I came to AutoNation Toyota Winter Park with zero intention of buying a Toyota ? and definitely not a new one. My wife and I originally came to look at a used vehicle, but it turned out that the car we were interested in wasn?t even on the lot ? it was located in another city. Since we were already there, we decided to stay and casually look at the new 2026 Toyota lineup, without any real expectations or plans. To be completely honest, Toyota was not on my list at all. My main concerns were price, build quality for the U.S. market, and the clear difference compared to what I?ve seen in Europe. On top of that, the financial aspect was a major factor for me, and the price-to-quality ratio honestly worried me. Everything changed when I saw a 2026 Toyota Corolla on the lot. I looked at the MSRP, then noticed a number of additional fees that were unclear to me. I wanted to understand the real out-the-door (OTD) price, so I asked for help from the sales consultants. Unfortunately, the first three consultants were either unwilling or very unmotivated to explain the details ? probably because my questions weren?t the most comfortable ones. At that point, I was frustrated and ready to leave, fully deciding that I wouldn?t come back. And then the turning point happened. Right as I was about to exit the dealership, I finally met people who approached me with a completely different mindset ? calm, respectful, and customer-oriented. It didn?t work out with the first person, but with the second one we finally started to move toward the first real step of a deal. I received the information I was looking for, and at the negotiation table I was honestly surprised by the fact that the dealer was thinking not only about their own profit, but about making the deal fair and reasonable for both sides. Considering my previous negative experiences with other dealerships, this stood out a lot. We decided to take one day to think about whether the car was worth the money. The key factor that ultimately influenced our decision was the way the entire team worked during that time ? they did everything right to make sure I wanted to return, without pressure or manipulation. The next day I came back, and we finalized the deal. I would also like to mention one important point regarding financing. I know my credit score and credit history very well, and I believe that customers should always receive maximum transparency about the real APR they are getting from the bank. Transparency builds trust, and trust is critical in deals like this. In the end, the deal was completed successfully, but this is an area that can always be improved. That said, I purchased the car from this dealership, and I am genuinely grateful to the AutoNation Toyota Winter Park team. They did serious work to keep me as a completely cold customer. I have over 15 years of experience in sales myself, and I truly understand how much skill, patience, and the right approach it takes to close a deal like this. I also really appreciated a small but telling detail: while we were at the dealership, the team offered sandwiches and drinks. I downsized from an Odyssey, and it's just the right size for this small 80-year-old woman. It's easy to get into, with the seat at the right height so I don't have to climb up or drop down. The only complaint I have as far as comfort goes is that there's no armrest attached to the driver's seat. I'm short, so when I raise the seat, my arm does not touch the center console, the intended arm rest. I love that they went back to the gear shift rather than buttons. As far as performance goes, I love it. It drives very smoothly and is very easy to drive, park, and U-turn. They improved the cruise control, which was uneven on the 2022 Odyssey, going up and down on hilly freeways. The paddles and the idle stop feature save fuel and brake pad wear. The dash display shows when gas is being used, and also when the battery is being charged while coasting. I'm very happy with this car.

I purchased the Kia Sportage EX Hybrid model. It is very comfortable and nice to drive. There are many extras with this model. I am still learning the options available. I purchased it on 11/1/2025 the phone app is great to have. The warranty is great as well, we took the paint protection plan considering we live in the Midwest. Go check out the Kia Sportage Hybrid I think you will find it worth your while.

It’s really a pretty great car. For the price, the car is quite luxurious and well-made. I had a glitch or two when I first got it, but they were quickly resolved and have had no further problems over my first year of ownership. The car is smooth, quiet, very powerful and quick. I’ve been getting close to 3 miles per kilowatt hour over the long haul using the regenerative braking system. There is a little adjustment to drive an EV over a gas engine car, but the advantages are easily stated such as the smooth power and low maintenance required. The lower range is an issue for long trips, but if you’re not in a real hurry, the stops to charge can be quite pleasant. That said, my wife and I usually use her hybrid Lexus when we go road tripping as it is just more comfortable as it is what we are used to. Kudos to Cadillac for a job well done.

1 month in and really enjoying the car. Very comfortable and quiet. The ride is smooth and pretty responsive for a true 3 rom suv. Charging has been easy and can use any fast charging stations. Home charge is very easy. Set the time, plug it in and all charged by morning. The range is holding pretty true. Using air-conditioning and cooling seats on the highway will drop the estimated range but I still did 270 miles I am 6'5" and I can fit in the 3rd row and have someone my size in front of me. The electronics are all their and using the auto hold a lot.

So far tour KIA Sportage Hybrid runs flawlessly and drives great on the highwasy. Fully loaded with useful features and an incredible panoramic sunroof that's quite enjoyable during the warmer weather. Engine and transmission runs smoothly. Love the 10 year - 100,000 mile warranty; gives us peace of mind. One complaint is that although our model is top of the line, it does not come with the Homelink feature. To open our garage door we have to a remote attached to the diver;s side visor. All in all highly recommended!
