AutoNation Toyota South AustinReviews
AutoNation Toyota South Austin review
I cannot recommend Mr Joe Deanda at Autonation toyota south austin enough! From the moment i walked in, they had the car completely ready for me, and the entire process went incredibly smooth. They took time to listen to exactly what i needed and went completely above and beyond to make it happen. Every single step of the process was perfectly explained with zero pressure. They worked tirelessly with management to secure the abdolute deal ever, and i walked out with a fantastic vehicle at a price that beat every other dealership in the area. If you want an honest, hardworking and genuinely kind sales person who will fight to get you the best possible price and value your time, do yourself a favor and ask for Joe Deanda.

Had a wonderful experience with my new vehicle purchase. Desmond was a great sales representative and helped me with all the tasks. While working with Jon, we were able to put the entire deal together over the phone and get final OTD pricing. When I arrived, everything was exactly as expected. As an out of state purchaser, they worked with me to get everything set up properly. Would absolutely buy from them in the future.

I have purchased a few cars from this dealership. Each time they have been fantastic in how they worked with me and treated me. As a result of my experience, I trust when I purchase a vehicle for me or my family, it is done with the best intentions and outcomes. Sean Goodgain took his time to make the encounter personal.

Holler HondaReviews
Holler Honda review
We have always gone to Holler Honda to care for our Hondas and have always gotten a fair estimate along with recommendations for timely repairs. We take their recommendations under consideration and if it is something we can do ourselves we buy the parts and do them at home. This visit was no exception. Holler performed the service and included a recall that was pending for quite sometime. Along with this service I had reported a nagging problem I was having with apple carplay and our Hondas. In the past I have just mentioned I was having the issue and was looking for advice but this time I needed it documented because I had reported it to hondaamerica. When I picked up my car, carplay was reported fixed by rebooting the infotainment system. At that time I was warned to always use an apple certified cable to connect carplay. Carplay worked until that evening when we went out for dinner. My phone would not connect. I repeated Holler's recommendation to reboot infotainment and I also got a new apple approved cable at the apple store. Neither solution fixed the problem. What did fix the problem was the realization that even though my phone was plugged into our honda ridgeline, it was also interacting with our other car in the driveway and would not connect with the honda. When I made an adjustment to the settings in carplay on the phone it immediately connected to the honda and now works without issue. When I reported this to Holler they agreed to give me a service credit to use in the future. We are satisfied, as usual.
